Well, I've been driving and buying cars for 35 years. So I guess maybe 30 times I've been through the process, some ok, some bad, and some really bad. So I just want to say that buying our 2020 Soul from Scott and his wife was the best! I trusted him from the moment we talked on the phone, and once we got there, it was so comfortable, like true family. Thanks again Scott for the help, I'd give you guys 10 stars if I could! Scotty is one of the best car dealers I have dealt with. COMPLETELY honest and makes sure you are informed about everything. Best thing are his prices which were so much better that we drove 2 hours one way to deal. It is worth it HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

I found this place through cars.com and the owner was so nice on the phone so we decided to come and check it out. Scotty was so nice and very understanding with us. We re deaf and it didn't seem to bother him at all. He was so willing to work and very patient with us. I was so impressed with him. We ended up for the car from him! I m glad I bought from him because I m so in love with my car! I highly recommend this place!Thank you so much, Scotty!

My car shopping experience at Scottys was truly one of the quickest, & most seamless buying experiences Ive ever had. My parents purchased two cars from them within a month, & raved about the customer service, & quality of the vehicles; however, it wasnt until I went through the process myself that I was able to see just how great they are. I expressed that I was looking to trade in my car for something bigger, newer, & to lower my payments. Within a week Scotty found the exact car I was looking for, & we had the entire trade-in/buying process completed within three hours literally. The next day I called back about wanting to make minor aesthetic modifications to the car, & he ordered the parts I wanted, & even recommended a place locally that I could have the work done at for the most affordable price. All in all, I would definitely recommend Scottys to any, & everyone. Their customer service is phenomenal, their cars are top notch quality, & they never make you feel like just another customer they genuinely care!

I don't know what happened with the one bad review, all I can say is these people are awesome!!! I drove over 2 hours to find a vehicle, and I will NEVER shop ANYWHERE else again. They are extremely friendly, great prices, and overall an absolute phenomenal experience. Thank you guys and I will definitely be back to see you again!! Do yourself a favor and don't shop anywhere else, trust me!!

I recently traded vehicles with Randy at Scotty's Auto. I could not have had a better experience. Randy didn't have the car I was looking for, but within 1 month he found exactly what is was looking for and the price was GREAT. I WILL be going back when I am in need again. My husband and I had been thinking of buying a new car for a couple months and I have wanted an SUV/Crossover type of vehicle for a while. We stopped in to look at (and test drive) the 2015 Ford Escape that I had noticed on their lot a few days prior. At that time, the Escape was not on the lot ( it was having a small scratch repaired.) However, the owners kept me informed and up to date on the progress and even met me after hours at the dealership when they picked it up from the body shop so I could test drive it! Randy, the owner, knows his cars! He and my husband discussed the engine and drivetrain, which gave us confidence in the vehicle that we were thinking about purchasing. Jody, Randy's wife, was so easy to work with and made the buying process extremely easy. This dealership is knowledgeable, accommodating, and their customer service is top notch! My husband had to work late the evening we bought it, so Randy and Jody delivered it to me! I recommend Scotty's Auto Sales, Inc. to anyone looking for a newer used car in great condition!

I called for information on a 2014 Ford Fiesta SE. First of all, the customer service rep answered the phone and then hung up on me three times. On the fourth time, I was able to get her on the line and inform her I was thinking of taking my business elsewhere due to the hang ups. Her response was, "Okay whatever." She then hung up on me. Don't shop here. If that doesn't show the matter of care they put into their shop, then I'm not sure what would.
