Happy after 4000 miles! Almost two months ago I purchased a used 2012 Hyundai Tucson from Chuck Rogers of Seeger Toyota in St Robert MO. Seeger Toyota is the first place I look for buying used and new cars near Fort Leonard Wood. I have bought three new Toyota's from Seeger of St Robert, and was worried at first about buying a used car. I am happy to say that after two months and 4000 miles of commuter driving, the Tucson runs like a dream. The buying experience went incredibly easy, from test ride, negotiating purchase price, valuing my used car trade-in, and completing the purchase and loan paperwork. Fast-Efficient-Friendly. Chuck Rogers was honest and upfront about any minor car problems (car had 72K miles) and made sure all of my concerns were met. Jessie was incredible. Extremely patient, informative, not pushy and will give you all the tools you need to make the right decision. She actually stood there quietly for 15 minutes while my husband and I debated (argued) which car was better without trying to interject or push anything on us. However, after patiently waiting, she was able to help with certain points that helped settle our debate. You could tell she really cared about helping us make the right decision for our family. It was an easy and enjoyable experience, and everything about the experience made us walk away confident in our purchase. Didn't hurt that she actually sounded like Jessie from ToyStory as well

My 07 Prius was purchased in St. Louis and Service seemed to find needs others couldn't or there were really no problems. They found problems that others couldn't or/didn't to put up hugely large and costly and seemed not to be needed. I would buy the suggested part and never found it making a difference. Then there is Seeger. Others always quickly suggested St. Robert Toyota's service. I found Steve H. a top of the line service man, he finds my known problems, fixes them well and sees that hidden problems are taken care of as needed. The half hour drive each way is well worth its time and is stress free and trustworthy. Go Steve!

I visited Seeger Toyota on 10/26/16 after going to another dealership in town. I didn't expect the level of service I received or to necessarily find anything I wanted to buy. After talking to me and getting an idea of what I was looking for I asked Melissa about a vehicle that was posted online in their lot in St Louis. I asked if they ever moved vehicles from that distance for a test drive. To my surprise, Melissa offered to bring the car to Waynesville. She stayed in constant(but not excessive)communication with me about when the car would arrive, worked around my schedule so I could see the vehicle, and treated me like I was buying something more expensive. When I arrived on 10/28/16 for the test drive, the car was out front, scrupulously clean and available to drive as long as I wanted. I had already test driven that year and model prior(2013 Toyota Corolla) so I knew what to expect, but having a longer test drive was invaluable. It definitely helped me decide. I, of course, decided on the Corolla over a couple of other possibilities. The next part of the process, price and payment was also where Melissa excelled. She listened and was able to troubleshoot to make the car more affordable. I walked away(or maybe I should say drove away) satisfied that I had made a sound purchase on a car that will serve me well for years! I was very glad I was able complete almost the entire process with Melissa. Everyone else at the dealership was friendly, professional, and didn't waste my time. The finance department didn't pressure me and explained everything clearly. I expect this car to last and last, but when I need another Toyota, these folks have my business again!

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Seeger Toyota and this experience was even better then the last one. Cory, the management team, and Jessie made sure I was taken care of. The best part was Jessie was available every step of the way. I needed some time to figure out what vehicle I needed so the process was spread over a week. She was never pushy and was able to accommodate all of my requests. When I finally decided on a vehicle, Jessie made sure that the day I came to pick up the Avalon was a memorable one. Had the first service completed on my vehicle and was completely happy with the dealerships service department. The service managers and technicians conducted themselves in a professional and courteous manner. They let the courtesy vehicle take us to a near-by restaurant where we could eat while we waited for the service to be performed. I was slightly disappointed with the Toyota Care Program. According to the manufactures maintenance guidelines if one lives on a dirt/gravel road or pulls a trailer the engine oil and filter should be changed at the 5000 mile interval, however the Toyota Care Program doesn't cover this maintenance item at the 5000 mile interval.

We worked with Chuck Roberts. He lets us test drive the 2015 Nissan Frontier that we were looking at, and took down information. Then we went home, and came back a few hours later where he had the deal all worked out and in the finance office. They came very close to exactly what we needed and were very helpful every step of the way. I have gone to Seeger Toyota of St. Robert since arriving here in April of 2013. My latest experience for service was absolutely unforgettable! I had a 15,000 mile service conducted on my 2015 Toyota Tacoma. Part of the service was to rotate the tires. The technician inadvertently forgot to replace my wheel lock in my truck. Being in a rush for duty, I did not even think to check. Billy called and left a message at my home number before I even got home.The level of care that Billy, Brent and Steve give to each and every individual is absolutely phenomenal! They have treated me and my family as part of their family and my vehicle as if it were their own. I was very worried about car shopping at a dealership. I thought they would be pushy and hard to work with. My experience at Seeger Toyota in St. Robert was the total opposite. Gerry was down to earth and friendly and talked to me like a person instead of a sales mark. He offered me all of the different products that Toyota has available without trying to make it sound like I HAD to buy all of the extras. He explained about the car and answered my questions in plain, easy to understand language. The other sales personnel in the store were also very friendly, even though they were not the one selling me the car. Even a week later, I didn't regret my decision to purchase my Camry at Seeger Toyota. I highly recommend their store to anyone who is looking for their next car.

From the moment you walk in the door, someone is saying "HELLO" and asking if they can help you. 2 years ago we bought a Tundra Crew Max from Jessie, so of course we ask for her again. Jessie is just "SUPER" amazing, she is always so friendly and answers all our questions again and again. We walked in looking for a used vehicle and ended up buying a new one. Saved some money buying new!!!!!!!! I will come back and deal with her (Seeger) again. I had driven Toyota vehicles for over 30 years but wanting to trade closer to home, I recently switched to a Jeep ... big mistake! I quickly realized that I was not taken care of anywhere near as well as I had been with my Toyota. Over the years I have had experience with several Toyota dealers in various cities ... the Seeger folks are far and away the most knowledgeable and friendly people to trade with. They are about a 40 minute drive from home, but well worth the time (... there is another Toyota dealer about 45 min. the other direction I wouldn't send my worse enemy to ... just saying.). The bottom line ... if you are anywhere near South Central Missouri and want a great car through some top notch folk ... you need to make the trip to Seeger in St. Robert. (... and ask for Jessie ... just saying.)

We walked in and Chuck greeted us right away. He was friendly and very personable. We knew what we wanted it was just a question of "Can we get what we need for for my trade in and make a deal". Chuck and the assistant manager worked some magic and we got a pretty good deal for my trade in. Everyone was incredibly helpful. The Credit Union that we had a pre-approved loan from ended up being a pain in the butt to deal with for Toyota but you would have never guessed when talking to the. I love that we were not pressured into anything.

We purchased our 2011 Avalon new from Seegar, St Robert. We were extremely happy with the service, the dealership and the personnel. We had purchased a service plan that extended the service to 50,000. We were never sorry we got the plan because the service was excellent. Unfortunately, our Avalon was totaled in an an accident. The car was in like new condition because of the service and care received. We cam back to Seeger to replace the Avalon but, unfortunately, Seeger had nothing at the time to meet our need. We were able to find a low mile, Certified, 2013 Avalon Limited at another dealership. We were led to believe, because the car was "Certified," our service warranty would be extended for an additional year from our purchase date, which would have been until the end of October 2016. We wanted Seeger to be our service provider. So I brought the car to Seeger for the service check and tire rotation and to purchase the extended service since the car only had 23,000Miles on it. I was disappointed to learn our car did not qualify for the extended service plan!!Jason worked hard, even with a computer problem, to research the car. He took the time to try and explain the situation. He was extremely professional and caring which helped take the "sting" out of the bad news. He got the car right in, the tires were rotated and the checks were completed. Again, great service. I paid the service fee and left, a bit disappointed but, we will return to Seeger for future services. Nice to have at least one Toyota dealership that can be trusted!

I went into Seeger Toyota in St. Robert, MO with the intent to trade in my truck for a newer model. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff. I received a very fair trade in value on my truck, and the dealer I worked with, Chuck Rogers, was able to find the truck I wanted at a nearby Toyota dealership and had the vehicle transported to St. Robert. Throughout the process he was great to work with, as was the finance department. All questions were answered in great detail, and the process went smoothly. Prior to trading in my truck, I had taken it to this dealership a couple of times for service, and similarly had great experiences with the service department. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used car, trading in or up, or simply for service.

Good purchase price in line with Kelly Blue Book "fair price" estimates. Salesman, Chuck, was very cordial, didn't pressure during the vehicle search and eventual vehicle decision process. I also valued the fact that Seeger Toyota granted a military/veteran discount, which I think almost no other dealerships consistently offer. Seeger Toyota also had pre-cleaned the vehicle we purchased inside and out, which to my surprise, almost no other dealership did. They also re-inspected the vehicle again and made a few minor repairs as part of the purchase process. Finally, after the purchase process was completed, we were also given a free tank of gas. Again, no other dealership in the area offered this either. Especially appreciated by me, was that we just worked with the one salesman, rather than having to suffer through the game of "check or see my manager" as we had experienced at other dealerships. Overall a stressless and satisfying experience!

Visited the dealer back in January just to see what new vehicles they had and to compare to what was currently driving. Was not interested in buying at the time. Was shown couple vehicles and discussed different options while standing out in 20 degree weather. Decided then that when time came would be using Seeger Toyota for our next family vehicle but at the time wouldn't be probably until the end of the year. Well, murphy law hit and took my 2014 car that I had into my dealer for its regular oil change servicing and was told I was due for my $600 + servicing because I was at 60,000 miles. I said the car is running fine and didn't need some of the required servicing. Was told that was not optional and only had 1,000 mile grace period to get it completed or would violate the warranty. I told them to just do the oil change and would schedule time to come back as I was now interested in trading it in. Talked to a sales rep at that dealer, told them what I wanted and was told that they don't have one and they would call me if one showed up but that they don't normally have those vehicles, even though I was driving one, just a earlier year that they got me. Took it that they were not interested in helping me. So I contacted my wife and we decided to say good bye to current dealer and came to Seeger like we discussed in January. Showed up at Seeger and met with Jesse Oursbourn and talked about the Highlander, 4Runner, and Tundra. Tundra honestly was the last thought as was really in need for truck. Test drove all 3, after sitting in the Tundra first and falling in love with it. Had our concerns about the 4runner and highlander, likes and dislikes, but loved the Tundra. We had long sit down about our situation with the current car and they made it work. We walked out as new owners of our 2016 Tundra Limited and we are loving it. Thanks Seeger Toyota. You are our new home for car business.

The staff there are very friendly. However, I had one experience to share.I had my car serviced for tire rotation. When I picked up my car from the lot, there's a small pool of water on the driver floor. I had no clue why the water could get inside. The next day, I noticed there's something wrong with the steering wheel that was not centered when I drove on a straight road. I was told that it had something to do with the alignment. I wish I was informed from the shop when I picked up the car after the service rather than I had to find out myself. I guess when the car was driven to the lot after the service, the problem might be spotted.

I usually visit this Toyota every time I need a service on my vehicle. My car is a Honda Accord. my last visit was for a oil change. But I also noticed before the visit that I had a slow leak of air in my tire. I let them know and they worked on my car right away. After about twenty minutes they said they were finished and that my car was good to go. They told me about the tire. They said it was a leak and that it was fixed with no extra charge. You guys really don't know how happy I was to know that they performed a oil change and fixed my tire that quick. Not only that, they checked my brakes, air conditioning, tire tread, and much more. Including a free car wash and vacuum. This Toyota also has the best customer service when it comes to respect and manners for their customers. I am just thankful that I am able to bring my car to this particular Toyota for service. Thank you guys so much for your hard work!

This is the best dealership we have ever worked with. The customer service, from the moment we walked in Melissa Callen and Gerry Lewis greeted us with a smile and were very friendly. Jessie Oursbourn is an outstanding salesperson. Never at any point did we feel pressured to buy or lease. Jessie took the time to ask what we wanted and provided a tour of the car we decided on. She is very knowledgeable. Rob Calwell in finance made purchasing the car very easy. All of them did a great job. My wife and I highly recommend this dealership.

I had started my new truck venture knowing exactly what I wanted, but was an ocean away from our new post. Jessie from Seeger worked with me over the phone and email to order the vehicle I wanted, with an estimated arrival date for the week I would arrive here. Although Toyota took a bit longer than expected, outside of the control of the dealership, Jessie and her team kept me updated on the estimated arrival and any delays. When my truck arrived, she was extremely thorough in going over the entire vehicle with me to ensure it was exactly as ordered and to show me all of the functionality of it. Normally the Finance folks go unmentioned, but Rob did a great job as well. He was organized and proficient in all the paperwork and options. He was friendly and made the time at his desk a breeze too. I am highly impressed with the transaction and never felt like just another sale to them!

The employees at the service desk always go the extra mile. They have given me sound advice and always works with me to get appointments to meet my schedule. They treat me the same in person and on the phone. I go to Toyota for all my automobile needs it is out of my way but it is worth it to take it some where I feel I can trust the work to be done right. They have taken the time to show me how to do things myself. I have now dealt with them for 6 years and I can not imagine going any where else. They have never made me feel stupid. The team in the service area is awesome.

Let's just start with I am very picky and know my cars and exactly what I want. This toyota dealership had not had a Trail Premium yet and it's all I wanted to trade for. They did not try to sell me on anything else which i think is very hard to find, they didnt just want my business, they wanted to make me happy. They worked hard, calling all the other dealerships that had one and they didn't want to give theirs up. They got to reserve one for me that was on a boat still not in the U.S. that was promised to another dealership but the potential buyer backed out. This only took about a week before I got the actually VIN to my car. I had my 4runner also lifted and install new tires and wheels by the dealership. My salesman worked very hard and updated me everyday about the status of my 4runner from finding it on the boat all the way to the last detailed car wash. I am impressed with toyota vehicle quality and service I received from the staff at Seeger Toyota. I have never had this much commitment from a dealership to getting me exactly what I wanted, including aftermarker parts for a very good price. And they gave me $3000 more for my trade in than any other dealership in 300 miles! Buy a Toyota, and go see Ethan Galindez at Seeger Toyota in St Robert, Missouri!! Best decision I ever made!!

Seeger was not only friendly but fast as well! We picked out the car we wanted and within 2 hours we were signing paperwork and driving it home! Such a good selling point considering our 3 year old doesn't like to stay in one place for too long! They had snacks and drinks that were complimentary for him and even gave him a balloon which made his day!!! This process was so painless! And as for the first maintenance I just got, that was easy too! I walked in and dropped off the keys and before I knew it I found my husband trading in his truck! Haha They just make buying a car so easy. Not only did they change my oil and rotate my tires and all that good stuff but they washed it!! And vacuumed the front floorboards! Such a nice surprise. But here's the best part... It was free! I love how Seeger has taken care of my family and I and would highly recommend them as far as selling and buying.

While driving on I-44 just northeast of Rolla, MO, after dark, our Toyota Sienna Van hit a shredded tire from a semi-trailer truck and the front bumper was badly damaged. The State Patrol Officer at the scene told us of the Toyota Dealership in St. Roberts, so the next morning before leaving Rolla, we called the service department and talked to Billy Wood. He said to come in whenever we could get to town. Within 5 minutes of our arrival at the dealership, Billy & his crew were evaluating the car. Fortunately there was no damage to the underside of the car and he was able to reattach the bumper pieces using larger washers. All the work was completed in 35 minutes and the car was again safe to drive. We were then back on the road for our family vacation from Central Michigan to SW Missouri. I've been a Toyota owner for 35 years and this service department was the best!!! Thanks Billy & crew.

They are always professional while at the same time friendly and treating me like family, not just a customer. Billy always takes the time to explain any work that was done on my car and answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend Seegar Toyota Scion off St. Robert to anyone looking to buy a vehicle or looking for someone honest and fair to provide maintenance on their Toyota. I have bought two Toyota's from Seegar, and both vehicles (both pre-owned) were excellent vehicles. They have taken great care of both of my vehicles. I will be moving out of state soon and I regret having to find someone new, as I'm not sure I will find the same excellent brand of service. If you go to Seegar, they will treat you and your vehicle right!

Had my oil changed and had to return the next day due to an unplugged air hose causing engine lights to come on and rough engine idle. Usually great service, but this time a little inconvenient. Billy Wood was excellent in all aspects of my vehicle service. I would still recommend Seeger Toyota for vehicle services and I will continue to come back, despite this one time event.

The team at Seeger was awesome! I have to admit, I wasn't exactly an easy customer (I'm incredibly indecisive and brought along a my 5 year old and our dog shopping with us ~ we were basically a traveling circus) and the Seeger team was extremely accommodating. Melissa took her time with me, was genuine and was interested in meeting my needs, not in selling me the most expensive car. When I couldn't find exactly what I wanted on the lot, she was very creative and found a way to get it. I truly believe she was interested in me as a customer, not in a commission check. This woman has a heart of gold. Not only evident in the way she treated me and my family, but also in a way I observed her helping someone else down on their luck. She's good people. Go see her! The entire staff treated us great and genuinely cared ~ even though I put them through the ringer! We will definitely be back and would definitely recommend them to others.

Don't believe the hype that you have to travel as far from a military base as tou can to get a good deal. Atleast, this holds true for the Fort Leonard Wood, Mo area. Seeger Toyota has a great staff from the top down. Would recommend this dealership and our sales rep (Jessie) to anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle. Small dealership but will go to great lengths to earn your business and take care of you long after the deal is complete. We traveled to St Louis to Branson to Kansas City to find a good deal. Turns out we only had to go down town.

We had looked for cars online and found just what we wanted at Seeger in St Robert. Because we were nearly two hours away, we were hesitant as there were other dealers closer to us but finally decided to give them a call. It was a great decision!! We talked to Melissa who patiently answered our many questions - and we had a lot! She was so personable and friendly we decided to make the trip and check out what seemed like our dream car. When we arrived Melissa had the car ready. It was indeed our dream car and to make a long story short we did purchase it. Melissa was with us all the way walking us through the process and making sure every detail was taken care of including getting an owners manual (it was a used car) and making sure the 90 day Sirius XM was activated. She was amazing! We also talked with Jessie, Rob, Kevin and Cory during our adventure there and they were all very courteous and helpful. We love our van and have decided to keep going the extra distance to have it serviced there. We felt they were fair, honest, very capable and just a lot of fun to be around. We highly recommend them!

We have purchased our last two automobiles here and will keep coming back. Our sales person, Jesse Oursborn is wonderful to work with and really cares about the buyer. She is always willing to spend as much time as needed for the customer ans is always gracious with our sometimes dumb questions. The service department is just a wonder to me! The service area is always so clean and we have never had to wait for a scheduled appointment. They are fast and do good work. So very different from our previously owned Jeep dealer which was always dirty and inconvenient. Everyone we have worked with here has been kind, patient, efficient and caring. I'm the president of the Mt. Hood Miata/MX-5 Club in Portland, Oregon; have owned three different Miatas since 2006 . As I searched for a very rare 2009-2010 Competition Yellow MX-5 nationwide as my next car, one popped up at Seeger/St. Robert. Roberts is closed on Sunday, but Ethan Galindez replied early the next morning and we were able to agree on a very fair purchase price that was lower than advertised, and a credit card reserved the car for me until I could obtain full financing from my local credit union. When I said I wanted to fly in from Oregon and drive the car home, Ethan and Kevin Johnson arranged to pick me up at St. Louis airport by a Seeger/St. Louis driver and provide me with a dealership shuttle car to travel to St. Robert. I flew in at 2:05pm, arrived at Seeger/St. Robert by 4:30 to see my fully-prepped car; Corey Poe breezed me through the already-organized paperwork and I was out the door and on my way with a full tank of gas in my new car by 6pm. During the intervening week I'd shipped new, louder electric touring horns for the roadster to replace the original "meep-meep" Mazda horns. Ethan coordinated the installation with the service department for a very reasonable price. I'd also been able to track down the original owner, a member of the SW Missouri Miata Club, and they were hosting me in Springfield that evening to meet me and say goodbye to this car that had driven with them for the past six years. Between Ethan & Kevin's helpfulness and the Miata club members, this was a very enjoyable adventure.My trip west was almost uneventful, but midway through Wyoming one car wheel started making a noise out in the middle of nowhere. I couldn't find a tire/brake store until I got to Utah, and in Brigham City we found that a bolt had backed out on a brake caliper from work done not by Seeger, but by a brake shop months earlier. This was not work that probably would have been apparent by any used car inspection, but when I called Ethan and Kevin I was reassured that Seeger would stand by me and pay for any repairs necessary.Fortunately, it was a quick fix with a new bolt and pilot pin kit and I was on my way west again. A few days ago I was able to take it to my home mechanic, who confirmed there were no further problems and just made some additional adjustments to the previous repair.After sending photos of the work and the invoices this morning, Kevin Johnson advised me this afternoon that he would mail a check to reimburse me for the charges from both repair shops tomorrow morning. I am totally pleased with Ethan, Kevin and the rest of the Seeger staff I met, and if it weren't that I'm 2,000 miles away I would come shop with them for any future cars.David FosterMt. I had heard from neighbors that Seeger's service was good and wanted to buy a Toyota, so I tried them out. From the sales person to the finance representative to the manager, the whole experience was great. I wasn't hounded to purchase a car. The sales person helped me when I was ready and got me a good deal on my car and trade-in. The whole team (Melissa, Rob and Kevin) worked to make what is usually a dreaded experience a VERY positive one for me.

This dealership is absolutely unbelievable. From the moment you walk in till the time you drive away the customer experience it top notch. I went in to look at a specific vehicle I had found online. I was greeted immediately by several friendly sales associates. They welcomed me to the dealership and asked if I needed any assistance. I told them about the vehicle I had in mind and in less than 2 minutes I had the keys in my hand looking at the vehicle I wanted to look at, not the vehicle they wanted to sell me. At no time was I pressured to do anything that I didn't want to. I genuinely felt as though they wanted to help me not sell me. After agreeing on price, which was a breeze I felt comfortable about the decision I was about to make. I literally waited 10 minutes max to get into the finance office. Which if you have ever shopped for a new car you know this can be an all day ordeal. Again, there was no pressure in the finance office either. I was give several finance options and was able to choose the right fit for me. Not to mention everything was accessible on an iPad and tv for me to make my own decisions, not be force feed options that they thought we in their best interest. I ended up walking out of the dealership with the exact car I wanted, a sales rate lower than my bank could offer me, and protection on my entire vehicle for less than a quarter a day. So please do yourself a favor and go see the awesome team at Seeger Toyota. Everyone was friendly and great. Way to go guys!!

I received a coupon in the mail for a 30K mile scheduled maintenance priced at $130. When I got to the dealership I found that the $130 got me just about nothing. So I was sold a "better" plan for $250. I hate it when companies do this, I feel it is dishonest and unethical. However, all the maintenance work I have had done at this dealership has been of high quality. Therefore, I would recommend them for maintenance work, but do your homework before going in. I have had no dealings with their Sales staff, new or used.

We experienced a semi-emergency with our Toyota Highlander as the vehicle's TRAC Off and Check Engine came on and were blinking and idling rough. It did not look good for our trip to St Louis Airport and we did not want to take a chance on attempting to make the trip. Instead, we drove the Highlander to Seeger's for a quick check and also experienced a sluggish ride with hardly any acceleration without pressing in hard on the accelerator. Upon arrival at the dealership, the vehicle was left running while notifying the service desk of the problem. Mr. Steve Henderson stated that all mechanics were busy with other vehicles at the time, but he did want to check an see if there was a problem with the fuel cap, additionally, that the rough idling and check engine blinking light may be an indication that sometime has gone wrong with the Coil. We would have to have the Highlander's engine scanned to verify the problem. Mr. Henderson assured us that if we left the vehicle at the dealership, he would get one of the mechanics to check it out with a scan as soon as possible within 30 minutes. Since we had no option, that time was agreed upon and it turned out to be true as the check was performed and results provided to us in a less than expected timeframe. The scan verified a problem with the coil and we agreed to the vehicle repairs immediately. A check to see if a coil wire for our Highlander was available at the dealership and the repairs were made in a timely manner to get us back on the road to St Louis to meet our party on time. The cost of repairs was more than we expected, but under the semi-emergency circumstances we had no other choice. Hopefully the cost was normal or better yet, lower than usual. We have not experienced any problem with the repairs and definitely hope that all will go well with our trip back to St Louis in two weeks and then return home to St Robert.

In December I was in a crunch so I took my truck in and talked with Lane about selling it and purchasing the 1999 Harley Davidson Fatboy they had for sell. We came to an agreement within an hour and we both got everything we wanted. After an inspection on the bike Harley noted some deficiencies. I spoke to Lane and Seeger corrected them. What can I say? Seeger is for the customer. They will make it right the first time. If your looking for a new or used car, truck or minivan start with Seeger.

I have a 2010 RAV4 and it has been a terrific vehicle with no major issues. Last week several of my warnings lights, including the one for my 4W drive ams on. We took it to Seeger and they quickly determined that a rodent had chewed on of the wires. It was promptly repaired and the cost was very reasonable. Thanks for the excellent service. Love my RAV.

I just purchased a new Tundra from Seeger through my salesman, James Delk. I have purchased many new vehicles (Chevy trucks) over the years and happened into the dealership to check out the Tundras. James was top notch in introducing me to the line, and with no pressure from him, I decided to trade my Silverado in for a new Tundra. James found the one I wanted (which happened to be 3 hours away at another dealer) and arranged to get it to Seeger so I could purchase. Besides James' great customer service, I met Kevin, the GM, and he, as well as Rob and Cory in Finance and Stu in Parts were simply good people. They all treated me fairly and with great respect and with no pressure. I couldn't be happier with the Team at Seeger. Plus, they gave me a great deal on the Tundra!Must mention, nothing is perfect and we had a couple snags due to the holiday timing of my visit and the Accessories I wanted but I must say, Seeger relentlessly pursued customer service with me and did not quit to get done what I needed done. Btw, I was there to see my new grandson and family from Charlotte, NC. For a whim and a crunched time frame before my return home, the Seeger Team excelled as humanly possible to get me into not only the truck line I went to 'look at', but the truck with accessories I had decided I wanted. Upon arrival at the service desk, I was met with the usual friendly greeting by Steve Henderson. The process was simple and I was able to get in, drop off my Highlander, and get out within five minutes which assisted in making it to my appointment else where. Mr, Henderson informed me of the approximate time it would take to complete my service and agreed to give me a call once the service was completed. I received that call at a very good time that allowed me to pick up my vehicle after an appointment without losing valuable time. Mr. Henderson also informed me of the eyeglass holder problem of flopping down while in transit. The fix will be simple after acquiring the correct small rubber pin cover. I am a satisfied customer!

Anytime I take my car to the shop for routine maintenance, I always receive excellent service. They have set the bar high in customer service and making sure I understand what was done on the car. I've never felt talked-down to or intimidated like some other mechanics can do. This is a great place for service (and sales!).

From the previous experiences in the past, I will say that Seeger Toyota has the best customer service. I can tell that they really care about their customers and the customers vehicles. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was scheduled one the same day. You can't beat that! It took no longer than thirty minutes. They also threw in a free car wash also. From now on Seeger Toyota will be my first option!

After i bought a RAV4 from another Toyota dealership in Augusta GA, and found out they sold me a car with bad transmission, luckly i bought extended warranty which i had to go through BBB to have them pay for new transmission. Billy Wood at Seeger really took care of my problems. He was curtious, professional and kept in touch with me through all aspect of the repair, I think Billy needs to be send to the other Toyota dealership so he can train them as to what customer service is about. I called for an appointment on Wednesday afternoon for the seatbelt recall, scheduled service, and state safety inspection. It was in at 1:00 on Thursday and out before 3:00. Everyone was helpful and courteous, the coffee was good, and the service manager made sure I understood what had been done. That's just what I expect from this dealership.

As always, the Seeger Toyota Service Team scheduled my appointment fast at a time that was convenient for me. I normally drop my car off, but learned that they are very expedient and were calling me shortly after I arrived at work. This time I waited, they took care of my car while I sat comfortably and enjoyed free wifi, and coffee. Billy also reminded me that I had one more Toyota Care Service remaining, which is always nice to get a heads up plenty in advance before getting charged with something I was not expecting. I picked up a new car at this dealer and dealt directly with Jessie Oursbourn. She went out of her way to make my experience an excellent one. I got to the dealership at 5pm and still had to fill out paperwork. After the dealer closed Jessie spent until 8PM going over the cars features and explaining everything. We had driven our 2014 Toyota Sienna from our home in Wisconsin to Missouri and were on Interstate 44 about 25 miles from St. Robert when the check-engine light came on and the cruise control stopped functioning. Through an internet search we found the Seeger dealership and then called to arrange to bring it in for service. The Service Department was very busy, but Billy Wood broke into their schedule to run a diagnostic check. The problem was in the cam timing valve assembly. Billy ordered the replacement part which would arrive and be installed the next day, if he could work it into the shop schedule. We were on our way to Branson, MO (over 100 miles away), and Billy provided a loaner Corolla for us to continue with our trip. The next afternoon Billy called to say the Sienna repairs were completed and we could come for it, which I did the next morning.We are very grateful for the great emergency service when the shop was so busy, the loaner vehicle, Billy's knowledge of the vehicle and his helpful spirit when we were in a bind, and for the follow-up after we picked up the repaired Sienna. Everyone we talked with was very helpful, and we certainly appreciate being treated so well!Charles D

I needed to get the 70,000 mile service on my FJ Cruiser completed. The dealer ship was very prompt and thorough with the oil change and tire rotation. In addition, they pulled the air filer and air cabin filter and showed how me dirty they were and asked if I wanted them replaced, which I did. My work place is roughly 85 miles from the dealership. They worked with my schedule to get me in late in the afternoon. My vehicle was worked on immediately and the work was done in a timely manner. They noted a number of maintenance items I would need to keep an eye on going into the future. I received a multipoint inspection on my brakes describing the wear on pads and rotors. Overall a very good experience.

This was by far, the VERY best car buying experience we have ever had. From start to finish the staff was very friendly and efficient and made the process very pleasant - even with a 2 year old. In the end - Cory took the time to completely explain all of the features very thoroughly in the and out of the car so we were completely comfortable with our vehicle before we left the lot. This is great customer service and SO hard to find. Can't tell you how many times we took test drives at other dealers that they didn't know how to work things in their own cars! Thank you Cory!!! With less than stellar credit, I had a hard time with financing. Gerry Lewis jumped through hoops to put us in a vehicle. Even though he made very little commission on this sale, he stuck with us through thick and thin. If you're looking for a car, buy a Toyota. If you're looking for a Toyota, go to Seeger's. I traded my 04 F150 for a 2015 Tundra and feel I got a great deal. When comparing the 2015 F150 to the Tundra, the Tundra was nearly twice the truck of the F150. Who hauls or tows with a six cylinder across country? Sorry Ford, I've been a long time Ford owner, but no longer. The folks at Seeger had the better product and treated us right. I drive a 2012 Camry but I purchased a 2002 Camry from this dealership which still runs well and is now in Columbia with the daughter, a MIZZOU student. When I first started bringing my car to the dealership for service, my then new husband laughed at me. "No one brings their car to the dealership for service." He's now a convert and likes the guys in the service department. I think I have him almost talked into a Toyota Tundra. Anyway, when I passed my car down to my daughter, we donated her 2002 Ford Focus to a local resident who lost his car in the flood a few years ago. Even though it was the same year, I trusted my 2002 Camry a lot more. As for the last service, same as always. Good, quick service. A tire rotation but I will need new tires in October, so I'll be back. Thank you for all you do.

Took out 2001 Tundra in for a service and once again the guys there at Seeger were all over it. I had a problem with the front end doing a bit of shaking at some speed, they re balanced all the tires plus my normal tire rotation, did a complimentary alignment check and all was great. I'm driiving an 11 year old Solara and I think part of the reason it's doing so well is the maintenance and repairs I've had done at Seeger Toyota. It's easy to make an appointment to fit my schedule. They're also on time and I've never had a problem with the workmanship. Their renovated showroom and waiting room amenities almost make waiting a pleasure.

The wiring harness my FJ Cruiser was damaged by rodents. The service department went well beyond what was expected and saved me an incredible amount of money. During the whole process Steve kept me informed and was exceptional through the process. He is a fine example of what a service representative interaction should be with the customers. Told Cory Poe what I was wanting he found one 5 hrs away on a Friday said he would have it there on Tuesday I said well my wife wanted it tomorrow and he called me back said it would be there ready at 3;00 on Saturday and it was. Rob Caldwell done the paper work there was a problem with it accepting our address he worked on it for 45 min after they closed.....(NOW THATS SERVICE). I want to say Thanks to Cory and Rob you guys were AWESOME the only dealer I will deal with from now on.Thanks Richard

It was May 20, 2015. On my way back to NY from AZ I started hearing a slight howling coming from one of the front wheels of my 1996 Land Cruiser. I looked Seeger Toyota in St. Robert, MO up on my phone and gave Steve Henderson a call. I explained that I was traveling cross country and he told me to stop in and they would check out the noise. I got there and they jumped right on my vehicle. They test drove it to hear it themselves and put it up on a lift. The mechanic, Craig Rainbolt felt the heat coming from the left front caliper. I looked at it myself and also saw the inboard pad was worn and offset. He removed the caliper and pushed the pistons back in. He reinstalled it and we tried the brakes and it was working normally again. I think I was back on the road in less than an hour. I can't tell you how grateful I was. This dealership has a first rate service department.

I have always been skeptical of going to dealerships to get my vehicle serviced, because of a previous bad experience as well as other people's horror stories. I was here from out of town for business, and had no choice to take my Toyota in. When I picked my vehicle up, all repairs had been completed in a timely manner, and the customer service was phenomenal. One employee in the service department who particularly stood out for his sincere professionalism was Steve Henderson. The overall service from the dealership was extremely satisfactory.

The service department is exemplary. They are upfront and there are no hidden costs. They will tell you straight up how much it will be. If they encounter a problem, they will let you know or ask you how you would like to proceed. They are cheaper than the local shop, which is often not the case. The work is quality and I would go back to them again.

Once again I received excellent service! I appreciate having a loaner car. I had my car detailed inside and outiside, and it looks and feels so clean and fresh. I had all of the service done that was necessary. I am at almost 200,000 miles, and my Toyota Avalon has been wonderful. Seeger Toyota always helps me to keep it maintained. Billy, in service, is always polite, informative, and does an excellent job of ensuring that I have excellent service.

The dealership is customer friendly and comfortable. Our service on the ,Avalon has always been completed in a timely manner with a complete explanation of the work performed. We were so impressed with the services, we purchased the extended service plan and we intend to continue having service on our Avalon here even though we live more than 30 miles away. While passing though Missouri the maintenance light came on. Walked into Seeger's and was treated wonderfully. Had maintenance including a car wash completed in just over an hour.the staff were friendly and professional. Clean, comfortable environment to wait in.

On my way to work the Highlander starting missing and losing power. After breakfast at Cracker Barrel I limped over to Seeger's to see if they could fix the problem. They worked me end and diagnosed a coil malfunction. They didn't have a Toyota part but for $30s more got a NAPA part and had me ready to go by 9:30. I was even able to hold a business meeting while I waited. They have a wonderful service department.

My Tacoma is rated at 20 miles per gallon I was running about 18.75 until my service in Aug 2014. Mileage went up to 22.67 per gallon. This week 5-Jan-2015 went back for another service and my mileage is still holding strong at 22.67 and I only use 87 rated fuel with not additives. Staff was helpful, area was clean, and had hot coffee on hand (coffee is always a big plus)

I can't say enough great things about the service department. I have brought my vehicle in multiple times over the past year and it has always been easy to get an appointment and they get my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. The employees are always courteous and professional. The whole service area and dealership is immaculate. I recently had the interior of my vehicle detailed and I thought the price was very reasonable and they did an amazing job. My kids love the waiting area. They have a sound proof glass room with toys, books, and a television playing kids shows. There are also kid friendly drinks and snacks. My little ones get excited when I tell them we are going to Toyota for this reason. As a mom, it is a huge deal and makes it an enjoyable experience that my kids are happy and occupied while I wait. It is awesome!

We had such a good experience with the service department with the first vehicle that we bring our second Prius there for service as well. The Service department is always friendly and helpful. My wife and I had been searching for a new Tacoma for months. We test drove and looked at Tacomas in Denver, Springfield and northwest Arkansas. After a few stressful and pressured situations at other Toyota dealerships we found a 2014 Tacoma at Seeger - St. Robert. Ethan, Marvin, Terry and Jessie were awesome to work with and made it a pressure-free sales situation. The 1.5 hour drive to St. Robert from Springfield far outweighed the less than desirable experience at another Toyota dealership. Will recommend Seeger - St. Robert to all friends and family interested in Toyotas.

Price of service seems way too high, but work seems good and customer service is excellent. I was especially impressed with Steve in the Service Department. He was very knowledgeable and attentive and carefully explained why all the repairs were necessary. Toyota makes a good product and with this kind of customer service I'll probably keep coming back. Oh and the waiting room with snacks/drinks/TV was very nice....made the long wait and the big bill a little more bearable.

Billy Wood is the best. Service was excellent. My only disappointment with Toyota recently, this summer, has been having to replace my transmission in my Sienna after only 70,000 miles at a cost of $4500, and no body from Toyota Corporate even wrote and said they were sorry to hear how their car had failed me after only a few miles. I'm still happy with Seeger Toyota but I have to say my Nissan Pathfinder is 23 years old and I've only put oil, gas, brakes, tires, windshield wipers, and a new muffler-- 175,000 miles--not even rust!.

It does not surprise me when I hear this dealership and maintenance shop receives rewards for being the best in town year after year. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. I no longer feel like taking my car in is an inconvenience- instead I look forward to going in and visiting with the staff while my vehicle is getting serviced. Their service provides peace of mind, knowing I don't need to shop around on costs, and knowing that any work being done is top notch. To me, this is the only dealer/shop in town. I have heard about horror stories from friends when dealing with other dealers/shops in the area. I'm so glad I have never had to worry about that with Seeger. They treat you right and make you feel like family. If you are on the fence about which dealer/shop to handle your auto needs- let this review be your guide. I went in for a standard oil change and inspection. I also asked them to drill on my front license plate (I just moved from out of state that only required a back plate, and I needed holes drilled in my bumper to attach the plate). They were friendly at check-in, screwed in my license plates free of charge, and got me out of there in just over an hour. Their waiting area is full of comfy chairs, drinks, and snacks while you wait as well. Definitely wish I could bring this Service Department with me since we are moving next month!

I called to make an appointment for a recall I had just received by mail. I was informed over the phone that I in fact had 2 recalls on my car and both would be fixed at the same day. I dropped my car off at my convenience on a Sunday evening, was called Monday afternoon when it was ready, in plenty of time for me to pick it back up after work. When arriving at the dealership I was explained exactly what had been done. As I was leaving I noticed that my car had been washed, which is a really nice extra when getting some paid work done, even for oil changes, but for free recall work, I never expected it! Great service and super friendly people every time. Also, the drive-in bay for the service department is really convenient for us customers. Keep up the good work!

Dear Customer, Please come to Seeger Toyota if you want to deal with a trusted brand name under terrible management. If you are a woman, great! I will assume you do not know anything about vehicles and will treat you like you do not know what you're talking about... especially if you decide to question the services we provide to you. I will assume you do not know anyone in the area who has "dealt with us" in the past as you are a new customer and do not know any better. You will be paying a high rate for labor and I cannot ensure all your requested services will be performed. There is absolutely no way you can question the integrity of our services as we have the best workers who never forget anything; so therefore, there's no need for a good quality assurance and control program. We will take their word over the customer's at any time. Come by and spend your hard-earned money (especially you new cats who have a lot of money to spend after coming home from deployment) and we will charge you a good arm and leg for everything. If there's ever something wrong with your vehicle, it is not our problem as you took it home and broke it on the way there so there's nothing we can do for you.

My '06' RAV 4 runs like a new car. Work was done in less time than it was thought to take. They even washed the car. FANTASTIC service! Was looking at the new RAV 4, but no one bothered to even check to see if I was interested in trading, felt ignored, except for the pregnant girl who gave me some information on the new ones.

Driving in to the service bay is the best way to start this revue, because that area is next to the service rep desk. The person to greet me is "Billy". He knows me by name and knows my car. He makes sure that I get the recommended service (this time was my 10,000 mile service). while I wait inside in a comfortable area with drinks, snacks and TV, I am greeted by many employees, including my salesman, Cory, and the Manager , and any other personnel who come through that area. Today, there were two friends from my hometown, waiting for there vehicles, and we had a good visit. The time passed very quickly, and Billy came to get me and escort me to my car. He explained all of the services that my car received. The icing on the cake was may car had been washed and vacuumed on the inside. I am totally happy!at This is my third new Toyota Prius!

Visited the dealership at noon on May 24, asked what time they closed they said 5 pm. Went back at 4 to request a test drive and to take it to show my husband who couldnt come with, who was 5 min away. Was told no, I needed to come back on tues. Explained to them my husband was only here for the holiday weekend and wouldnt be back for several more months. I reminded them that I asked earlier when they would close. Salesperson again went back to the sales manager, who told her no, I could not test drive a car because they were closing early but that I could come back tues. My husband flew out Monday. Not once did the sales manager ever come out to speak with us or even try to accomodate. I did end up buying a new car from a dealership. However now I will never shop at any of these sales lots because of the lack of customer service. I understand wanting to get home to your family. However I asked when you closed earlier, I explained to them my situation and why I really couldnt wait til Tues. Customer Service is not a priority at this facility, if they cant see a potential sale and knowing the money they would have made off that sale, I cant imagine what the other services are like.

We are a 3-Prius family - myself and my two adult daughters (we haven't convinced Dad yet, but we're working on it). We all love going to have our cars serviced at Seeger because Billy and Brent are like best friends to us. They greet us warmly and treat us with respect - not always found in men who run auto service departments when you are a woman. They take care of us and our cars, give us good advice, and actually talk to us about the systems and conditions in our cars, so we can plan to do non-routine service items such as tire replacement and brake work ahead of time. Best of all, they are fun, and they tease our daughters just like family! We have a running joke with them about bringing them treats, so we usually try to bring them cookies or some sort of treat! On a more mundane level, they always get us in and out quickly, the dealership has a lovely waiting area with free beverages and snacks, and they wash the car before they give it back, just a nice extra touch.
