I rarely leave reviews, but I want to leave one for the best salesman at Seekins Ford Lincoln. Tom Pluma went above and beyond what any salesman has ever done to make sure we were happy. He went out of his way to get us in the truck we wanted. I know when we decide on another purchase it will be with Tom at Seekins. Thank you so much Tom!!! You truly are AWESOME!!! I scheduled a service appointment over the phone 3 weeks ago for Monday, July 5. I showed up at 7am to drop my car off for the appointment and the gate to the parking lot was closed. I waited around for 10 minutes before a Ford employee pulled up in his car and told me they were closed for the day. The employee didn’t know they were closed, had showed up for work, and had to call his boss to find out about the closure. There was no notice posted anywhere on the gate or website that they’d be closed for the day. Today, July 6, I tried calling at 7am to reschedule my appointment but no answer. It’s now after 9am and the dealership should be fully open but still no one is answering the phone in the service department. I called the Ford operator and told her I was trying to reach the Service department and asked if anyone is there because they’re not answering the phone. The only response I got was “Yes, let me transfer you” but it was the same result. The phone rang until the Service department’s voicemail answered. I have made 5 attempts to call the Service department between 7am and 9:15am and no one has answered. Absolutely atrocious “service.”

Their drop off oil change service is comprehensive and very affordable. They do a good job and provide a summary of your car's health.

Quick lane does not answer their phone, nor do they return messages. The customer service reps act as if you are an inconvenience when you drop off or pickup your vehicle (body language speaks louder than the fake smile and “telephone voice” you adopt when speaking to customers). Unfortunately, I prepaid all my oil changes so I will continue to deal with them. Furthermore, when Quick Lane identifies an issue, then you can go schedule with the service department to verify there is a problem (45 days later for an appointment) once the issue is verified, you can schedule to get the issue fixed (who knows how long that will take to get an appointment). Kind of ridiculous to wait 45 days to have an axle seal leak looked at (and possibly not even fixed) on a brand new vehicle.

By far the best buying experience I have ever had! Both Salesman were awesome and helped track the vehicle as it was coming in and never pressured me into the sale. Both also followed up after the sale and got the scratches buffed out that happened during transporting. I love my Edge so much, its drives smooth the 2.7 engine has amazing power and the new features on it are insane but I love it!! This is definitely a vehicle I am keeping for a long time.

We had an excellent service experience at Seekins Ford in Fairbanks, AK. If we lived in Fairbanks they would be our dealer for life. My wife and I are fulltime RVs traveling the country. About 100 miles out of Fairbanks the transmission on our 2016 Class C RV failed and would not shift into overdrive. We were stranded on the outskirts of civilization. They got us in the next morning. The service was excellent and they had the equipment to lift and service our rig. They pulled the transmission and towed us to a safe nearby cul-de-sac so we could live in the RV while they ordered the parts and rebuilt the transmission. They filled us with water, gave us a loaner vehicle, checked on us throughout the process. It took a while for the entire process, but we are extremely satisfied. Best auto repair warranty experience ever for us and night and day compared to the dealer where we bought the coach. Josh Greier was excellent. Ralph, Gregory, Bob and Chris thank you. The Service Techs we do not know by name, but thank you as well. Ralph Seekins and Margaret Russell you run a first class dealership and your service team is excellent. Ralph we even saw you donating your time to drive the tractor at the Tanana Valley Fair Alaska Rodeo. Looks like you are giving back to the community. Thank you very much for fixing our home, getting us back on the road with confidence and making the whole experience very smooth. PS: Josh Geier is so good he deserves a raise.

I have brought my Ford Explorer to Seekins be repaired for a howl in the rear end. Seekins Ford does not have the skill or willingness to fix the garbage they sell. Seekins has told me all explorers howl over the sound of the radio at 55 MPH. I brought the vehicle to an independent mechanic and he was able to re-due the work Seekins was not able to complete. I am going to do some advertising for Ralph Seekins. Ralph I hope I am in town when the time comes that another ford dealership comes to town and cuts your business dramatically; you have the worst reputation that I have ever seen for being in such a small town. You and most and your technicians have proven incompetent.
