Went in not expecting to get a deal done. GREAT car dealership that has a list of over 30+ lenders they deal with (as a major dealership here in San Antonio only has 5). Archie & Randall made it all happen down to the insurance. This is an Awesome dealership that is now licensed to carry Corvettes. Archie has the personality that makes doing business such a pleasure. Everyone should be able to deal with a personality that Archie has plus he WILL get something done at all costs. This dealership definitely has my business for life!

Sam did an amazing job in assisting the purchase of a car for my daughter. She was very very helpful through out the journey. She even took the time to feed my mother and make her feel so comfortable and you don't get hospitality like that anywhere! I will say I just had a great call experience with the receptionist Amanda. Let me leave 5 stars and utilize my time to say she was ever so helpful, and answered all my questions. Not only was she patient she went out of her way to find the answers I needed that had been pending in regards to a recent purchase. She even took my information and called me back with exactly what I wanted. This is what Excellent Customer Service looks and sounds like. Actions speak louder than words, but when your in another city and all you have is the call it means the world to get assistance you need. Thank you Amanda!!! Great service deserves great feedback. Buyer Beware! I purchased a used 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Seguin. I drove off the lot with a faulty tire sensor that I was told would be fixed before I left the dealership. I noticed the power steering going out during my first week of driving and informed my salesman. I didn't hear from service until a week later when I called the sales manager, I then heard from service that day. However I was continually pushed back due to lack of an available loaner vehicle. After two weeks of this I was informed I don't qualify for a loaner. I also discovered that the speedometer was almost 10mph off thanks to the officer who pulled me over and gave me a ticket for speeding even though I had the cruise control set. Fast forward one week and I no longer have a running vehicle due to the oil pump failing causing the engine to cease up. When I informed the dealership that the vehicle needs a new engine I was told, after two days of waiting, that they are offering no assistance. Perhaps they never intended to fix it and simply wanted to keep me waiting until I was outside the Consumer Rights Act 2015s suggested 30 day window? Without a doubt I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Our salesman Ramiro Castillo helped us pick out the right vehicle fir us. We love our Chevrolet Tahoe very smooth ride and great gas mileage. Everybody was very friendly and willing to help. Really recommend this dealership

Actually purchased 2 cars from Seguin Chevrolet as my kid had an accident in the first vehicle just 60 days after purchase. They were incredible to say the least. They worked with me and made sure we had the perfect vehicle for our child. Seguin Chevrolet has a customer for life!

Our car broke down when we were 11 hours away from home and we brought the car to seguin chevrolet. When we first brought it we were told it was a common problem and the car would be fixed right away. As the time ticked on, our car was not being worked on.After being at the dealership from friday to monday, there only resolution was to get a part, wait 3 more days, spend more money and the best part of all was they had no idea if it would work. Not once did they try to call technical assistance or really even work on the car. Instead the technician called it a nightmare, didnt work on it and charged for labor that he did not do. We had to get our car shipped back and we brought it to the local dealership and a couple hours later it was fixed. This dealership has the worst customer service and the worst techs. Do not waste your money as they have no idea what they are doing
