Joel is a different kind of salesman, laid back and knows everything there is to know about Volkswagen/Audi. He spent several hours going through several models with us and telling us about maintenance and what to expect from each model. Unfortunately we were looking for a newer car than what he normally deals with, but should we be looking for something that he might have a chance of stocking, he would be our first choice hands down.

Bought a 2005 Toyota Tacoma, traded my old pickup in. Joel is great guy.. Had a minor inconvenience due to living 1 1/2 hours away, wheel bearing was bad, called Joel and took truck back and it was fixed that night. A little inconvenience but it was fixed fast ! Nice people, no pressure and very willing to work with you..

I am in love....with my 2001 Audi Quattro TT. Before my 19 year old son was born, I drove sporty cars. I have always missed it, but you know your kids always come first. Now that he is off to an amazing college in Florida...I am back in my sports car! My husband and I need a car that has AWD just to get up our driveway in the Rochester winters. That really limits your choices with a sporty car. My husband did a search with AWD sporty criteria and TADA!!! my Audi came up. We took the drive to see Joel in Waterloo and the rest is my fairy tail history. The car is amazing and Joel did everything he said he would to make us happy and comfortable with our purchase. I will definitely be talking him and his business up for a long, long time.

I bought my first car from Select Euro Cars and was beyond pleased! I was young and really didn't know what I was doing. Joel worked hard for me. Got great financing that worked in my budget! This year it was time to trade my Beetle in for a bigger car and I knew exactly where to go :) I now have a snappy Jetta Wagon just as awesome as my Beetle. Select Euro Cars is the BEST place to buy a car!

We were looking for a new used car for our daughter and ended up going out to Select Eurocars because there were 3 VW Jetta's in various trim levels. Joel was the only salesperson there that day and just put gave us the keys and put a dealer plate on 4 or 5 cars for us to test drive. We decided on which one we wanted but he could tell we weren't really sure and he offered to let us take it home overnight to make sure it was what we wanted. We told him it was really for our daughter and she would have to see the car. So he asked where she was and we said Brockport. He said go ahead and take it to her, just try and be back by closing and if you are running a little late just call and let me know. We returned about 15 minutes before closing and said we were given the okay. Joel started the paperwork process and we returned a few days later to complete the paperwork and pick up the car. Our daughter had to take the car back because the heating/cooling blower motor was making noises. Joel order the part and she returned a few days later to have it installed. Overall the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Make sure to ask Joel to get mugged.

Recently purchased 1999 Passat, Car was in nice shape. Clean. I had visited Select in the past and always surprised by excellent inventory choices. My trade and buying process was painless. Although I recently had some minor brake issues (rear caliper was binding), I haven't yet taken my newly purchased Passat into Select eurocars for maintenance/repairs, but I suspect Joel and his staff would be very thorough and professional. When transferring stuff from trade I had inadvertently left some personal effects behind. Joel went above and beyond what I expected and FedEx'd them back to me.Overall a very pleasant purchase experience.

As the owner of a vintage Beetle and a Bus, I decided to venture into the world of water-cooled VWs and found a little 2004 Golf at Select Eurocars, about 90 miles away from home. The website had plenty of pictures and a video, more than enough to convince me to make the drive up to see it. The owner, Joel, was personable and took the time to answer our questions and explain things we didn't understand. The sales process was smooth, and when I picked the car up later in the week I was in and out quickly. I am loving this little car and I feel confident that I will continue to enjoy it for years to come.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2005 Audi TT from Select Eurocars and our experience so far has been great. Joel and Co. have gone out of their way to take care of every issue/concern (there have not been many) we have had. I would definitely recommend Select Eurocars for both sales and service. Joel Osserman makes the buying experience a total pleasure! Every question I had was answered, and everyone in the facility is professional, polite and nice. I could not be happier with my 2008 Volkswagon Passat wagon; I just wished I had done this sooner! My first oil change was done immediately upon request. When our family took our first long trip, Joel had one of his mechanics do a thorough check to make sure everything was in order. This entire experience was pleasant and relaxed. I can highly recommend Selecteurocars!

Traded in my car and got an Audi A4 Avant from Select Eurocars. I kept waiting for "the moment" when you get that sinking feeling knowing you are about to get the hard sell/rip off. It never happened. I must say, I never had such a good experience buying a car (new or used). And, the excellent service is continuing to bring me back (despite the fact that I live over an hour away). I plan on getting my next car there, too. Joel (owner) and Ray (in service) give me personalized attention and make sure its done right. Prices for car (trade in, too) and service are fair with no gimmicks. Its an owner-run business that takes pride in itself. I never bother writing these darned reviews...but in this case, I feel that one good turn deserves another....we need more businesses like this!

My experience with Select Eurocars was originally for service/repair on my VW Jetta. Service was good and the staff provided great info. I then returned there to purchase a used Audi A4. Received excellent customer service, a great deal on financing the car, and couldn't be happier with the quality of the car I received! I love that Joel is responsive and can be reached easily over email. I was delighted to find Select Eurocars.

My first experience with joel was to find me an Audi TT. He found several but only recommended one. I still have it! Also bought a used A6. The deals were fair, the service is always top notch and he goes out of his way to "make it right".He even calls me to remind me of a service date. If you are looking for an Audi or VW there is only one place to go, SELECT EUROCARS. Recommend them? I have, many times!

Working out a deal with Joel was a great experience. I found him to be very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I always felt like I was getting an honest answer from him. I have had the car serviced there and have also had a very good experience there. I would have no hesitation to bring the car back for service there and I look forward to buying another vehicle from him.

We live over 30 miles from Joel but still he's our only service center. My Wife and I own identical Passats, they are both running great and mine's over 120 K. I sometimes feel guilty the way Joel bends over backwards to help and get it right. He's never fixed something that wasn't broken and never fixed anything that didn't get fixed. We've purchased at least 6 or 7 cars from Select, never got a lemon or a hard sell. Select has great ability to find parts, he's the best. All the things all these people are saying about Select Eurocars is TRUE. Thanks Joel.

Since I purchased my VW in August 2010 i`ve had the best service by Select Eurocars. My seat heater burned a small hole through the seat cover. Joel looked up a recall from VW and had it repaired along with a new seat cover by the VW dealer at no cost to me. I`ve had normal maintenance and repairs done at Select and am very pleased. They have kept cost to me at a minimum.

Was initially drawn to this dealership due to his user-friendly and detail-oriented website that included multiple photos and a video. Joel is very efficient and knowledgeable of his product. The warrantee is also a plus. Joel was approachable and delivered on what he promised. I would certainly buy another car from his dealership.

I've purchased five cars at this dealership since 1984. The reason I returned was because of fast, dependable and reasonably priced service. No waiting for days to get into a city dealership for repairs. Service is the most important factor for me when purchasing a car.
