Brought my 2014 Pilot for scheduled maintenance. Advisor Angel was swift on the required check-in and paperwork early in the day with my appointment, and the mechanics were quick and efficient on the routine oil change, tire check, and hose checks... done in less than 30 minutes, "Dang!" I didn't even have enough time for my complimentary mocha to cool off. I appreciate the explanation of what was done, what the results of the check ups were, and even their appreciation for me using their service. Thank you Selma Honda advisor and mechanics! So very consistent with your service! My purchase last year of the Pilot was so easy... third one in a row.

I bought a Civic at Selma Honda in 1994 and had a wonderful experience. 20 years later, another Civic, and the overall experience was even better. The Salesperson was super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He got me into exactly the car I wanted and some, and the finance department gave me a better rate than my Credit Union. I'm not sure I'll ever shop anywhere else for a car.

we went to go see a truck that was for sell back in June of 2013. When we were negotiating the deal i noticed that the key did not have a control for the doors. I ask Joshua about the other key and the control for the doors and he said that they were looking for them. They came back saying they couldn't find the other key. I said if the truck doesn't have a control i don't want the truck, Joshua said if thats the only reason holding back to purchase this truck don't worry we will get you the control, call us back later and will take the truck in for you and get you the control at a toyota Dealer. When we were signing papers we didn't really pay attention the guy that was signing papers with us said "sign this form its so that we can get you a key and the control". He never mention that it was some kind of key replacement insurance and that we were actually paying for it. This was a charge that we were not aware off. We went back to the Dealer "Selma Auto Mall" talk to Joshua and all he said was "sorry but if its not on the Due Bill I can't do nothing about it". I said are you serious????!!!! you promise me the control and thats one of the main reason why we purchased the truck, i told you that i wouldn't buy a 27 grand truck that didn't have a control" He said i can't do anything about it. That was very rude of him after promising the control and then adding fees on my contract that i didn't even know.

My wife and I visited Selma Honda on two different days. Rico greeted us the first day, and Hector the second day. Both salesmen were very helpful and friendly. They did not try the high pressure used car salesman pitch. They took their time and allowed us to check out the cars that were of interest. We really liked a Ford Escape, but we could not agree to the price. Unfortunately, we had to walk away. We ended up making a purchase at another dealer. It was not because of the sales staff. It was because the management would not budge on the price of the car. They know their business better than I do, so I'm sure that they were confident that they could get their asking price for the Escape. Anyway, I would recommend this dealership for anyone wanting to purchase a car. They are part of the Selma Auto Mall, so you have a vast inventory of new and used cars in very close proximity, and the dealerships work together. It is a great place to shop for a new or used car.

I just bought a pre-owned suv, I love everything about it. It did have quite a bit of miles and for that I was able to get it at a great price. For some reason my suv runs so smoothly like new, I'm glade they only take trade-ins that are well worth it. The whole buying process was fast and painless. They have an area for the kids to play while you take care of business, they also have refreshments and a train to take the kids for a ride. The place is clean and the staff is great. There was no one there to pressure us, simply trying to give us a better deal on what we wanted. Our sales man was "Tony" he's a great guy, he's nice and friendly, a great sales guy and wish him the best of luck!!! People like him deserve the best. He was able to get us in the suv we wanted at a great price. Thanks Selma Honda and Tony for treating us great.

I had emailed a question on a used vehicle on their lot. I got a quick response and "no push" from Melissa "Missy" who did not give me the "Yes, it's still here but you never know when it will be sold." She never did that, it is why I made the drive! I was greeted by Daniel even though I had an appointment with Missy. She was at the Nissan dealership checking on inventory and because Daniel was nice I went ahead with him. He was very helpful and accommodating. He is a great guy and is not "pushy" a definite change than when Selma motor group had a bad reputation a couple of years ago. A couple of weeks had passed and I saw another vehicle on their website I was interested in as I had test drove a KIA Soul at another Fresno dealership. I made contact with Daniel and due to some policy about the dealerships, he could not sell me a new KIA as he was assigned to Honda. Even though I did not purchase or lease a vehicle from them I would recommend if you do purchase a Honda or used car on their lot, to ask for Daniel. It is unfortunate that Daniel was at the Honda dealership but could not sell/lease me a vehicle at the KIA dealership which was heart breaking and a deal breaker for me. :(

Service person was polite and knowledgeable. He answered my questions regarding the "reminder" maintenance feature that's available on newer model vehicles. Service was fast and all work was explained. Waiting area was comfortable with magazines and TV. Coffee was also available just outside the waiting area.

RECENTLY TOOK IN MY 2012 HONDA ACCORD EX-L COUPE FOR ITS FIRST OIL CHANGE. TREATED GREAT BY ALL SERVICES EMPLOYEES AND WAS GREETED BY NAME BY MY SALESMAN DANIEL. THE OIL CHANGE WAS VERY QUICK AND THEY EVEN WASHED MY CAR WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

i bought my 2007 honda civic from selma honda when it was brand new. i never wrote a review before, but i just had to express my feelings toward this dealership. EVERY time i have gone in for service, they treat me really good, also i must mention my car. when they are done with the services, my car is like the day i drove it off the showroom. AND, at a very good price. no need to go anywhere else. they get it done right, the first time. no hassles. thank you selma honda and my service advisor, angel. i might add, i am 69 years old and have done business with many dealerships over my years, but nothing compares to selma honda.

I received a recall notice for my 2011 Honda Pilot seatbelts. I called the dealer to make an appointment, and was told none was needed; Come in and the vehicle would be inspected. If no repair was needed, I'd be on the road in a half hour. If a repair was needed, it would be an hour or less. I was pretty skeptical, but I got right in and was out in less than a half hour. That's great service!

I brought my 2004 Honda Odyssey in for a 172,000 mile check-up. I was met by a serviceman (Angel Cantu) whom I have dealt with throughout my vehicle's life and have found great credibility, honesty and wise recommendations over the many years of customer service. This time a simple rear light was out. Angel told me the price and said i could get it somewhere else cheaper, then they could put it in. He gave me an option that involved another business, and I thought that was rare honesty. I went ahead and purchased the light at Selma Honda, in large part because I really appreciate the character of the service workers, like Angel.

Upon arriving service came out proptly, called me by name. Then looked on the computer and told me how much it would be unless they found something that needed repair. I went to the waiting room, got myself into a GOOD book, and the service person came in about 35-40min. to tell me it was completed. I thought he was coming to tell me there was a problem. Surprise! LOL I had just settled in for a relaxing read and I got interrupted. I love the service I get at Selma Honda. I've bought 3 cars over the years.

I came in a couple of days ago with my husband to take me car to get new sun visors the employees were really nice and serviced my car, the repair took less than 30 mins. I also had a question about my engine and with no hesitation they checked it out and told me everything was perfect.

I was really impressed with the service I received today, very efficient, and friendly. My car was ready before I even knew it. All tof the service staff was very helpful and iinformative, however, the two girls at the iinformation center when I first walked in wwere not as helpful, in fact they didn't acknowledge I was even standing there when I first walked in and was waiting for information as to where, and,I should do, not helpful at all, somewhat ccourteous, could use some improvement in customer service area.

Personnel is very prompt in take-in, performing service work required, informing client what needs additional attention, and completing maintenance as scheduled. Compared to other Honda dealers in near-by communities, I have found the Selma Honda Dealership superior in providing service and at more reasonable prices. Waited for 45 mins for our oil change, and did get our complimentory car wash. Had to ask for it and told me it would be another 20 to 30 mins more. They should'nt of handed over my van to me until everything was done including carwash. This was at 5:25 close to there shutdown time. I beleive that's really the reason they didn't want to follow thru with there promotion.

Me and my wife and son were passing thur Selma on a road trip recently and experienced a problem with our Accord.We had a flashing check engine light and a engine miss.When I called the Selma Honda service department, Chris the service manager was very friendly and helpful, he told me that he could work me in and get us on our way in no time, even though it was almost 2pm and they closed at 4pm.When I got to the dealer Chris did exactly what he said he would, took my car in right away and in no time his excellent mechanics fixed our car and we continued with our plans.What a wonderful dealer ship Selma Honda is, I would recommend them to everyone. I took my car to Selma Honda for an oil change. I was greeted and assisted in a very professional and friendly matter. I was provided shuttle service. I was contacted of an A/C filter change. My car was washed and all services provided in just over an hour. The cashier was very helpful in completing all transactions.

I was contacted about a need for an A/C Filter change. My car was washed. All services took just over an hour. The cashier was very helpful in completing all transactions.

I want to thank Selma Honda Service dept. for the wonderful job they did on our car. They were able to diagnose the problems and fix them in a timely manner. You know how women describe sounds the car is making...well, their service dept. listened to what I described and was able to give me an idea of what was going on. I was on the road when the problem started and I called them right away and they were able to tell me that it would be alright to drive slowly to the shop without doing any major damage to the car. They were all very helpful.

i bought my 2007 honda civic at selma honda. i also have a 1997 honda civic. both cars i have serviced at selma honda on a regular bases. from my 1st time i went there to purchase my 2007 civc ( which by the way, was the best price i could find, including the bay area) i was totally impressed by the way they treated me and my wife. after the purchase, we started taking the car there for service. these people were outstanding, not only in service but the way they treated us. we then started to take the 1997 honda there for service and repairs. not once, were we disapointed. they put our family at ease as we know the job will be done right and at the 1st time and most importantly at a fair price. we will be looking for a new honda in the near future and you can bet, it will be at selma honda. trust me, you will be impressed as we were.

I went in for a standard oil change and ended up with a bill for $150. Stripped the threads on my oil plug leaving me no option but to pay them to take my car home. Will never use there service department again.

The staff is always professional and courteous. They treat you like a family and very attentive to your needs. I have been a customer since 2003 and never had any complain or problems with Honda service. I like their service so much that I even take my Toyota truck to get it service as well.

I have purchased two Hondas from Selma Honda and always take my vehicles there for service even though it means driving 25 miles from where I live in Fresno. The personnel are very courteous and helpful. The waiting area is spacious with coffee, tea and cocoa provided. The salesmen are friendly and willing to spend time showing the vehicles even if they know the customer is not currently in the market for a new vehicle. I will be moving from the area this year and sadly know that I will never find as great a dealership.

My car battery kept dying, I called ahead a time and they said just go on ahead and bring it on in... Everyone was helpful through out the whole process... Excellent Customer Service! They replaced my battery, I was out of there in no time! Very pleased and I'll be back for future services! Thank you Selma Honda Service/Repair Department!
