I waited twenty minutes just to get checked on and then another fifteen minutes to get checked in. The service was an oil change and it took longer than most places (granted they did fit me in their v busy schedule—so naturally I’m thankful for that). If you can have someone follow you in a different vehicle and then have them take you wherever locally I would say that would make for the best experience (they do not have a shuttle service). All in all, it may have taken longer than I am used to, but the job did get done w/ minimal staff there and I’m grateful for their services! Just make sure you stop for food and drink beforehand bc a happy tummy will make for a happier mind.

I had the most amazing experience yesterday at Selma Auto! Lupe is AMAZING! I loved working with her she is so kind, sweet patient and professional. Before coming in I spoke with her about the car I was looking for. When I arrived she was walking out to meet me with the key to a beautiful 2019 Ford Fusion. Everyone from Lupe, Isaiah, Aaron and Abel stayed way after closing to help me get down to a payment that was comfortable to me. There was no pressure, no gimmicks anything they were amazing to work with. They actually cared about me. Saw me as a person and not just a dollar sign. I highly recommend you check them out. They care about there customers and go the extra mile to make sure you leave with what you really want and comfortable payments. They are AMAZING!!

After going to multiple dealerships, both near and far we landed on Selma Chrysler and Eric Perez was such a great help! After his great assistance, we were able to take home a new Dodge Ram. 10/10 recommend this place has amazing customer service, and they were nothing but patient with us. Thanks guys :-))

Within the same month I've bought 2 Madaz here at the auto center. They help you in any way possible and always answer any questions you might have. I highly recommend Thomas & Erick as well as Victor the manager to explain things properly in a way you could understand.

Such a great experience! They were patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. My salesperson didn't rush me or convince me to get into something I didn't want. I got to test multiple cars and didn't feel like I was a bother. He was the best!! Everyone was so nice and courteous. Definitely recommending to everyone I know. Walking away with a brand new 2021 Mazda CX5 🤗
