Working with Jeff Wagner to build our custom 2022 Suburban was hands down the best dealership experience we have ever had. We never felt pressured into the buy and Jeff gave us the time we asked for to compare other makes of vehicles before we ultimately decided to stay with Chevy. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles and thoroughly explained all the features and buttons upon receiving delivery of our new car. I cannot recommend him more! Billy Nicol was absolutely amazing! He listen to my questions and answered them very professionally. I was very nervous to buy another car because I didn't know what i wanted. Stephanie was amazing! She definitely went above and beyond to help us out. I love her tenacity kicked in when the bank rep was having her to tell me and my g/f what was holding up the application and loan process. She dealt with them professionally resulting in us getting a brand new Equinox.
