Dian is an amazing salesman and an amazing person. I highly recommend him. I purchased my first car from him and the process was easy and enjoyable. I’ll be buying my next car from him as well! EDIT: Dian left this place, and the management switched. I had a HORRIBLE experience. I was moving to California and planning to drive my Mercedes there. We wanted to make sure that the car would have no issues along the way. When we took it in, we asked for everything to be looked at and fixed if need be. We were charged $2000 for whatever needed to be fixed (brakes, etc). As I’m driving to California, my car literally breaks down and we have to get it towed in the middle of Oklahoma. We take it to a Christian Brothers place and are told that the Serra people absolutely butchered my car. All of my equipment was rusty and god awful and they said they absolutely should’ve replaced it. We spent so much extra money there. So we get to California, and I am due for my A3 service. Apparently my battery is dying, there needs to be a reseal on my engine oil, my tires need to be realigned, and a few other smaller things. ALL of this should’ve been done at Serra, but because they’re incompetent, none of it was done and I was charged $2k. I complained to the service manager because I specifically asked my AC to be checked and they claimed that there were absolutely no issues with it even though it NEVER worked. I took it to a local shop and they immediately told me the blower was broken and fixed it for like $120. These people are dishonest. Go to any other Mercedes dealer before you go here. And if you work here, you should be ashamed.

Jay is a fantastic representative of the Porsche brand. I’m not a local buyer and Jay’s help getting my vehicle was leaps and bounds better than trying to deal with my local store. He is courteous, knowledgeable, always available and willing to help out, and perhaps most importantly he does not play old school car sales games. Dealing with Jay was absolutely painless and a true pleasure. Great service!

BMW makes great cars. But, everyone makes great cars. The stark contrast I've found with BMW is the level of customer service that seems to be universal across all BMW Dealerships and Service Departments. Serra Auto Campus took me in, figured out the confusion with the paperwork, telling me "don't worry, we'll figure this out, do you want anything to drink?" The people at Serra Auto Campus met the standard of what I've become used to with BMW. Service was done in quick time, no drama, no anything other than satisfaction. I highly recommend! Heck, they offered to clean my already clean car!
