Well the service department has been letting us down ever since we purchased our brand new 2020 Acadia. We have a major issue with our instrument panel shutting down. We have brought it in at least 5 times with no solution. They are basically throwing their hands up and saying I don’t know what to tell you. It is very frustrating to have to return to the dealer so many times with a brand new car. This comes after purchasing a used car a few years ago and then lying on the 100 point inspection. They said the tires were good and then I brought it in for an oil change one month later and they said I needed new tires. I stated the report showed they were good. They said there was no tread. Needless to say I got new tires at their expense because they lied on the report. I thought it was an isolated circumstance but now I am learning they just want to sell their inventory and could care less about quality. Go elsewhere is my advice.

Sean was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in for possibly trying to get out of one vehicle, but Sean listened to my needs patiently and offered to get me out of both my vehicles and get me in one that would fit my needs. I was amazed at the great terms that I ended up getting too. Overall, I would say until now I have never been satisfied with any vehicle I have ever bought and I have bought and sold around 19 vehicles new and used. This is my first deal where I wasn’t left wondering why did I do it. Amazing!!

Recently picked up a 2020 Sierra 1500 from Serra. My Sales Rep. (Craig Campbell) was awesome! Inventory everywhere was low due to COVID. We wanted "bells and whistles" and were picky. Thought I had missed out on a rare opportunity to get everything we wanted, by a matter of hours, until Craig called to inform me that the previous deal had fallen through! We drove off the lot the next day with it. The entire Serra team made the paperwork process seamless! Truly a classy outfit!!! I fully recommend them! Ask for Craig!
