Marc Wallace, & the Serra Automotive team in Saginaw, MI completely made up for what must have been a rare negative experience. My 2015 Chevrolet Equinox, LT never performed this well, EVER! Feels like a fine tuned new car, exactly like Marc said it would! I really appreciated Marc's awareness of my car's troubles. He treated this job, & me seriously. His honesty about what needed to be done, didn't feel like up-sales pressure. Mr. Wallace made me feel valued as a customer, & the way the car drives backs up my enthusiasm! When we upgrade; buy more vehicles, & need service, I can trust Serra Chevrolet/Toyota of Saginaw Michigan to keep us in tip top shape! Sincerely, Robert Williams, Valued Driver P.S. Melissa understood my concerns and kept me updated at every step. Her follow-up phone call to ensure my satisfaction was greatly appreciated. Went back for an unrelated issue and Melissa is fantastic! Outstanding service. Was kept informed at all stages and delivered as promised! Serra proves they care about their customers! Best service ever! Had some body work done and service was outstanding!

Charlie Michael is a friendly and knowledgeable sales person. The whole Serra team was very nice to work with. Leasing a vehicle through Serra Chevrolet was quick and hassle free. I had my first maintenance visit at Serra Chevrolet and was very pleased with the service. Doug Haas and a sales rep were very helpful with a couple questions that I had concerning the hands free phone. I would definitely recommend Al Serra Chevrolet for purchasing, leasing or maintenance work.

This place had what I wanted and helped me get it. I have been looking for a month and finally got my hands on the truck I wanted. They took my down payment and secured the truck till I could make it there. Salesman Rick Firu has continued to make sure I am all set and satisfied. Definitely a place I would buy from again. And ps I have bought several new vehicles in the past, so honestly this was an overall great experience!

First wanna start by saying how helpful Matt was at the front desk was for me. It was my first time there and I really didn’t know where or who to go to. Besides complimenting me on my vehicle he really engaged into the smallest conversation with me. With a positive attitude an a great personality! Oil change was fast an quick. However was one of my best car experiences I could ever ask for!
