When a service issue became complicated, the dealership manager was accessible and attentive, even responding by email in the evening while traveling. Rob in the service department kept in contact with us regarding our vehicle throughout the process, and he went above and beyond to help provide an acceptable resolution for our necessary repairs. Their efforts and courteous communication are noted and appreciated.

I bought my first car from a dealership at Serra Honda Brighton. I did this after moving across the country to start a new job. So, along with the novelty of buying a new (actually it was used, but the nicest car I've ever owned), I had to learn about how things are different in Michigan than California. I worked with Bobby, and pretty much from the get go I liked Bobby. He was easy going, he talked about all there is to do in Michigan, and he also informed me about the car buying experience. At no point did I feel pressured to make a snap decision. I had done some research on their website prior to actually visiting the dealership, and I already had an idea of which car I wanted, why I wanted it, and how much I was willing to pay for it. Bobby was able to give me some rough numbers for financing the car, and then I went home to sleep on it. I was counseled not to get to excited because I was probably not going to be able to pay what I had budgeted for. The next day I worked with Tyler at Serra Honda, and he was similarly great when it came to explaining the process. He answered all of my questions, and when it came time to talk numbers I was excited to see that the car was in my price range which was close to what Bobby had quoted me. I have to say, I had a great experience and so far I love my 2017 Subaru Forrester. I actually recommended Serra Honda Brighton to a colleague the next day. Best of luck to them.

Just wanted to share a small positive experience with this dealership. We were about to go for a test drive of a used vehicle, and our sales person called us ahead of time to share information about some flaws that could not be seen on the pictures. We ultimately decided it was not worth the drive as we were looking for a specific vehicle with specific features. However, we really appreciated the honesty that saved everyone a lot of time. After working with other dealerships that scheduled test drives for vehicles that have been long sold just to make you come over, we were pleasantly surprised that this one was so straightforward. If we were flexible about the kind of car we wanted, we would totally check out other cars on their lot.

First Time buyer from Serra Honda in Brighton. At first glance this establishment seemed friendly and professional. Walked in and was instantly greeted by receptionist and pointed to a salesman. Salesman was polite, nice easy going. That's all the nice things I could say except the building was clean. I looked around and everyone was at their desk on their phones texting. No wonder I didn't get service out front while looking at cars. After testing driving car I decided I like it enough to purchase the vehicle. After hours of waiting I was directed to the finance guy who was very shady. Lies about how hard it was to get you approved then won't give you any paper work saying it's all digital. Hell quote what you'll be paying before fees and taxes constantly. Just make sure you read the fine lines and don't sign until you see the break down of price.
