I originally went to Serra Nissan to test-drive a Rogue. I had no intentions of purchasing for another week. I thought I had made myself clear. I had to practically beg for someone to help me, then when someone finally did, they took me for a test drive in a well-equipped model. It was the car for me. I loved it. We went to the back lot where I was able to choose which color I'd like. He drove the one I picked up to the front and started writing up papers for me to buy it even though I told him I wasn't going to purchase that day.Then he took my keys (I was not trading in my old car) and gave them to the appraiser. He continued to move the buying process along. The finance manager came to me and began arguing with me over the price. He would not tell me the price of the car, nor the interest rate of the loan. He tried to get me to sign that I would buy the car that day. He was rude and a jerk. I finally got to the finance man that runs your loan through and he was very nice. He was understanding and finally returned my keys to me. I was about to call the police. I walked out after that and will never return. What started out as a quick test drive turned into a 4 hour kidnapping and my daughter was with me through it all. I did love the Rogue though and after driving more mid-sized SUV's this weekend, I may go to another dealership to purchase one.

I had a great experiences shopping for my car. I was in and out in about an hour with no hassel or worry. Everyone was very nice...I would recommand anyone to buy a car from Serra Nissan on Centerpoint Pkwy.
