Sean was so friendly took all my info and when his boos arrived the process begun they both work very hard to get me approved. I thought I was going to leave with a simple car but no I left with a 2014 Honda great car. my payments great. so I'm very thankful that I came in when other places had decline or try to help me at all.

I stumbled across Serramonte Subaru Volkswagen on my used car search, I was greeted by extremely friendly and patient sales people who were happy to assist me in finding the right car for me. after a few test drives I found the perfect fit with the help of my sales person Mori. Not only does Serramonte Subaru Volkswagen have an excellent selection of used cars but the customer service was outstanding , they did everything they could to make me comfortable and didn't rush me to any decision. I can truly say those guys make the used car buying process as easy as it should be.

This experience was unexpectedly the BEST EVER purchasing a car from an agency. Arash and Mori were amazing, human, not the typical car dealer you find in this business. Easy and very practical way to do business. Peter in finances is adorable, the one last man you see when you sign all paperwork was respectful, honest and he is so charming! I usually am afraid of the finance guy, but I cannot believe l was at a car dealership! Lol! I have nothing but great things to say about this experience and I have to say that the owner of this dealership is definitely a super intelligent man, because his employees definitely reflect what type of man he is, and the human qualities he has. Two thumbs up!

I just bought a certified used 2011 Subaru Impreza from Mori and Adam. The two of them are a dynamic team duo. They were super friendly and informative. They didn't pressure me into anything I was not comfortable with. Mori was so nice and sweet; he even offered to pick me up from the bart station on my way there for the car viewing. He was patient and honest. One thing that struck me about this experience was that they gave me their honest opinion. They "cherry pick" the best used cars on the lot. So I knew I was in good hands. I also bought the 2-year warranty - so that if anything happens I only pay $100 deductible. Adam even helped me with financing, giving me his accounting advice. Really great team! And awesome experience!

Initial phone contact was excellent: they answered questions very professionally; salesman (Sean) was waiting at the appointed time; he patiently answered my questions before the test drive and shepherded me through the process afterwards. VERY accommodating with issues about trade in, financing, etc. I had no pressure during the sales process but rather had all my questions, concerns, etc. answered at every step.

I stopped at the dealership just to have a couple of questions answered regarding trade in/private sale of my car. Morteza was very helpful, and happily answered my questions. He did not make me feel like I was pressured into anything. At his suggestion, we looked at a few cars in my price range. We discussed the possibility of trade in and finance to get the car that would suit my needs. I met Adam, and felt comfortable right away with my decision to try for finance. Both Mori and Adam worked very hard to complete my loan, and get the top dollar for my trade in. We were there until 10:00pm! Even Shawn, the finance person, stayed late to complete my loan papers. I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a new or used car to come to this dealership. They will be 100% satisfied!!!!!!

I had unfortunately totaled my car and came into the dealership very late. Morteza was very willing to do everything he could to help. He stayed after hours to let us test drive a car we were very interested in. Even with the late hours they did not pressure us and we had the night to sleep on it and were excited to return the next day to purchase our first car as newlyweds! Very refreshing after dealing with an accident.

I contacted the dealer with a question about the car's features and whether I, as an out-of-state purchaser, could avoid California sales tax. Evan Schmidt answered my question about the car quickly, and after a couple days we agreed that I'd have to pay the tax if I accepted delivery in California. I didn't make a purchase, but I had a good experience exploring my options.

It was a very exciting day for my daughter and I because my daughter has just recently passed her driving test and it was time to buy her first car. She was very happy to start looking but at the same time I was feeling overwhelmed by the process, until we went to the Serramonte Volkswagen. As we were looking around, a very nice gentlemen approached us politely with a big smile on his face. Amir introduced himself, and asked us what specifically we were looking for in a car. We told him that this was my daughters first car, and we were trying to look for the perfect one. He listened to all our needs and he very kindly showed us a few cars and explained each one with precise details which I really appreciate. With the help of Amir, my daughter left the dealership very happy with a brand new car. Thank You Amir, I will definitely come back and see him again whenever the family needs a new car.

Top notch, no hassle, no games. We bought our pre-owned vehicle from SerramonteVW after searching the internet and came upon a Jetta 2011. We decided to walk in (no appointment) and just get an up close look at the vehicle. Previously, we had seen other cars during the week from other dealerships and each time ran in sales/finance people who were your stereotypical Sales people (pushy, told us that we would not find better, etc.) It was refreshing to deal with sales (Amir Momeni) and Manager (Ehson Moghaddam) people were straight forward and honest. They met and exceeded our expectations. Amir immediately treated us as if we were old friends and made the car buying process very comfortable experience. Ehson let us know right away what he could do for us and actually came in better after the deal was signed. He was very busy, however, he took the time to fully explain the finance terms. Kudos to the staff at Serramonte VW. I would definetely recommend them to anyone in the market for a VW. this was our first VW and we could not be happier.

Decent Experience... Called in 2 days ahead of time trying to get as much as possible accomplished over the phone to help speed the process and eliminate the back and forth, etc.. So many times you're stuck sitting in a dealership for hours. David seemed to be a nice guy. Still took 4 hours!

I came in to Serramonte volkswagen to check out some cars and was greeted by David Nguyen. He showed me the tiguan which was lined up nicely with the other different models. Ehson, which was David's manager made sure I was being treated right and gave me a deal! I was pleased with the customer service that I bought the tiguan that same day!! I came in happy and left happy. David even called me to make sure everything was good after selling the car to me. Overall it was the best experience at Serramonte vw!!

All I have to say is David N is a great person. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car because he tries to find the right vehicle that fit the specifics you want. I test drove a few cars and David took out his time to show me the different packages that were offered on the jetta, passat, and tiguan-since i didn't know what I really wanted. i have always heard bad stuff about Volkswagen brands reputation and quality from friends and family in the past that has owned one but i saw the Volkswagen CC on the freeway and loved the style of the car. i was not comfortable to even go to the dealer to even checkout the interior of the car because of the things i have heard about the brand. one day i went to target in daly city and decided to stop by VW just to checkout the interior of the CC and i was approached by the sales guy named Sammy. i have bought cars before about 3 times in my life and not once any sales rep gave me as much as information as sammy did. this guy explained to me why there were some issues with the brand in the past and how they have corrected the issues with the new technology and talked to me about the wonderful job they have done with their new products. this guy even knew that the Volkswagen CC had the same designer as the Mercedes CLS. this meant to me that he knew everything about their product. i still have few other brands that i like to checkout before i make a smart decision but just wanted to let people know if you guys are interested in a Volkswagen product go to serramonte volkswagen and ask for sammy he is the guy you want to buy a car from simply because he knows his product. way to go sammy.

About a week ago, my wife Laurie and I bought our first Volkswagen Passat from Sammy and Ehson at Serramonte VW. Coming from a few poor experiences the in the past, this was a refreshing change of pace; Sammy was knowledgeable, they were both very cognizant of our wants and needs, and the whole dealership made for a friendly "no pressure" environment. If you go here, I definitely recommend speaking with Sammy as a sales rep, he's super helpful and follows up on any issues you may encounter in the process. Negotiations for pricing can get a little long-winded, I recommend coming with researched pricing information of comparative dealers. If you're trading in a car, make sure you see what other places are willing to offer you for it. I couldn't get my car detailed the day I purchased it, because it was rather late, so I came back the next day -- unfortunately this turned into a 2+ hour process for what should've been 30-40 minutes. Other than that, love the car and very happy!
