My car works great now! The employees were extremely kind and prompt about the status of my vehicle. The shuttle service was fast, reliable, and a great asset to the company. Thank you so much!

So for starters I actually bought the vehicle from you guys in 2018. In 2019 I had to come get the rear lights changed because I couldn’t pass a safety inspection when the car came like that. Fast forward to this time, I set an appointment for July 7 because of my check engine light. Due to unpleasant circumstances, it had to be towed in and put on an emergency list. For a week and a day I had no vehicle at all and you guys never have a loaner available. Then the price hits. I understand, we’re on an island and things have to be shipped here. But to be charged for check engine light diagnosis and still not knowing why the light is on afterwards PLUS the light coming back on after you guys made repairs feels like robbery. They only reason I didn’t get over the top mad is because y’all threw in a battery and a tire. But yes, after receiving my vehicle back, the check engine light came right back on same day and I still have no clue why even though I paid you guys to find that out. Another thing that shocked me was that I was asked about the vehicles computer (me not knowing anything about cars) never modified the vehicle since buying it from you guys so it makes me wonder, do you guys even thoroughly check over used vehicles before selling them? Because y’all should have way more knowledge on this car than y’all do. Now I want to get rid of it so I can get something more reliable but I know I won’t receive near what I owe because of all the small things I have to do to get it together in which by then I might as well keep the car. The staff though, amazing, great people. It’s just the service that sucks.

I been having a hard time finding a vehicle that my family want for a while and i try to get a hold with other dealership but no one really reach out to me or contacts me back. Until I found Patrick, he really helpful and friendly, make me feel really comfortable to ask him anything and he will always answers all my questions, reach out to me if have anything going on. I get the right vehicle that I want, Patrick is the best service ever. I definitely going back to him for our next vehicle.

We worked w Reid. Charged us $170 for an inspection. On the phone after inspection, he told my wife that if we were to go with their service, the inspection fee would be waived. We went with their service & when we got to the dealership to p/u the truck, our total payments for the inspection fee, parts, & labor totaled to close to $370, which wasn’t what was promised to us on the phone. We talked w Reid and he corrected it, our total bill was $294. Not sure if we’d come here again for the skeptical billing, but appreciated the service. Still give a 4-star
