I recently brought a used vehicle in I had puchased elsewhere. The Service Rep made bo comments about condition, other repairs needed or anything. I was referred to Sewell because of it's image of customer service. I've not yet experienced this great customer service.

Jason Raines is the best Service Manager ever! He always makes sure I'm taken care of, explains everything to where I can understand it and is just a pleasure to work with. Having someone you can trust when it comes to your vehicle is very important, especially as a women who knows absolutely NOTHING about cars. I'd recommend Jason to anyone and everyone!!!

We wanted to lease a new car for our daughter. She is a student at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and her 2004 Escalade (purchased from Sewell almost 7 years ago) had close to 180,000 miles and was getting a bit rickety for those long drives. We came to Sewell at 5:45 on a Saturday evening, knowing that we only had a few minutes to look around before the dealership closed. We walked over to Scott Dulin's desk; we have worked with him on many transactions over the past years (including the Escalade purchase) and have always found him to be very professional and helpful. Well, he really outdid himself this time! We left Sewell around 9:20 that evening with a beautiful new Cadillac XT5. It was the color she wanted and had the packages she wanted. Never did we think we would be able to make that happen so late on a Saturday afternoon. But Scott persevered, continually telling us (as we kept apologizing for keeping him late) that he was happy to stay and do this for us. The new car is gorgeous! And Scott is fabulous!! Sewell is known for its service and Scott is one of the company's strongest assets!! We will definitely come back to work with him again!

I was visiting from Charlotte, NC and looking for a car. i decided to five Sewell a look. Sewell was very professional and the sales person was informative and easy to work with. The deanship was clean and gave out complimentary snacks which was nice. The only reason I did not do business with them was that we could not agree on a price. Other than that I have no complaints and would recommend them to others.

Found my Cadillac on cars.com from Sewell Cadillac. I talked to Henry Williams the on line sales person. I told him which car I was interested in and that I was taking in a trade in. He gave me a estimate for my trade in and got me where I wanted to be price wise. This was on Monday I told him that I could not be there until Saturday to see the car and buy it. He then offered to deliver the car over 220 miles away. I viewed the car on Wednesday and found a few scratches, the Intern which delivered the car called Sewell and they said they would fix it at a near by Cadillac dealership. We made the deal and I never had to travel. The Intern Eric was very informative about the car and Henry was helpful and made the entire process simple and easy. I would buy from them again and cars.com was the easiest way to shop many cars.

Excellent support. Jennifer handled service appt. and got me a loan car based on my schedule. She followed up on checking dent guard coverage and all repaired as promised and quickly. Car is always washed, clean and ready for pick up. I wouldn't go to any other dealer.

I paid to have my car cleaned. The car was not cleaned and I had to send it back and wait. This seems to be the norm with this dealership, as it is not the first time I have received this treatment. It WILL be the last time this dealership will have the opportunity to perform a sub-standard task on my car.

After Crest refused to repair my vehicle under a TSB I went to Sewell who repaired it quickly with no issue. I will always look to Sewell for service or new car purchases in the future.

Absolutely piss poor experience with this dealership so far & haven't even received my car. I spoke with Cathryn which went well. After making a verbal deal, I spoke with Orlando in F&I & "thought" things went well & I was extremely clear when I informed him VERY DIRECTLY--1) that I only want to finance with Ally2) I have credit monitoring & ABSOLUTELY DO NOT want my credit pulled by anyone but ALLY3) ALLY may not be your absolute best rates at the moment but I have a great relationship with them so don't bother with anyone else. Well my emails went crazy tonight & apparently my credit was sent to US BANK, WELLS FARGO, GM Financial, COMPASS Bank & finally ALLY. 5 inquiries on 1 bureau & 4 on the other. Horrible business when someone doesn't even listen well enough to respect my wishes on top of NEVER even calling to ask my permission.. Not 1 call from F&I, only from the salesperson to set up delivery since the financing was finished. So with privacy laws we now have & dealing with private information sent AGAINST MY DIRECT ORDER is now forcing me to contact my attorney.. Let's see if Sewell listens to him & has an enjoyable experience when he is done!!

I bought my car 3 weeks ago at a different dealership. I was unhappy with my former dealership's service after the sale, so I brought my new Cadillac ATS to Sewell to have a door ding removed. Work done was impeccable, very reasonably priced and I was in and out of there within an hour. I will DEFINITELY bring my car here for any needed repairs in the future. Great job, Sewell Cadillac!!!!

I fell hook line and sinker for the gorgeous 2013 SRX I bought only to regret it later! After a few months it was falling apart. GM recalls after GM recalls and not a single call from Sewell. I feel unsafe in the vehicle. I am so mad at myself for putting so much money down for this car. This was my third car from Sewell and after this experience, I will not be buying from Sewell ever again.

Great Salesman ( Name of Brian Girard) Great Facilities and A GREAT CAR ( ATS 2014) My Wife and I had a very pleasant time buying the above mentioned Auto. Mr. Basey was my saleperson he was very attentive to my concerns and needs. Did follow up with me. Excellent customer service. Did not meet the finance manager at the pre-own lot and was some what dissapointed as some figure that was communicated back was out rages. But was taken to the new cars side and the customer service from the sales person to the finance manager whom i meet was excellent.

I smiled the dealer through cars.com and they are slow to reply and full of excuses. They first tell me the car was sold is there any else I would like , then they email me telling it was another car there mistake , but no pics in the cars.com site so I asked if they have the pictures they said they would email me them when the car was done being detailed that was over week ago still waiting on Sewell to contact me

Just purchased a 2011 Cadillac CTS Certified Pre-Owned. First looked at a CTS at another Caddy Dealer but was concerned it was too small. Worked with Chris Ninos at Sewell who understood my concerns and given they have multi Sewell Brands all along Lemmon, there may be a solution for me. Looked a 2011 MKZ that I liked and strongly considered, but overcame my concerns and bought the CTS, my first GM Car in 30 years. Chris is awesome to work with, no pressure and totally professional. Worked through issues on my trade and were willing to negotiate. Also, first purchase from a Sewell store. Been buying cars for over 35 years and this was among the most professional, pleasant car buying experiences I ever had. Everything is First Class, the store itself and the people that work there. And I am not easy to please!

We've been looking for the perfect 2012 SRX for several weeks. The 2012 SRX performance models were largely sold out in the Dallas area so we contacted Sewell for assistance. Brian and Taylor spent days searching and calling dealerships all over Texas and out of state for the exact car we were looking for. They even sent drivers to inspect vehicles that matched our needs. When the inspected vehicles were found "wanting" or damaged, the drivers rejected them and returned to Sewell. Finally Brian and Taylor located the perfect match and the driver brought it to the dealership. Less than 2 hours later, and given a terrific trade in value, we drove home in our new SRX performance. Brian came in on his day off to complete the sale and give us the run-down on the whole car. Pat in Finance was quick, extremely pleasant and did not press any additional items. Pat offered certain warranties and options with no pressure at all. So much more to praise but I think you get the point. This family is HAPPY with this experience!

Ray Lazano contacted me by email saying he had a few cars i might be interested in. I found the one i wanted and by the time i called him it was under contract. Two days later he called and said the financing failed to go thru and asked if i was still interested. I said yes and he sent me the figures and put the car on hold til i drove to dallas to pick it up. Everything went smooth. The car was very nice. I would recommend them to others.

Sewell fixed my wifes Cadillacs gas fill problems when Cadillac and the selling dealer said my wife would just have to tolerate the problem. The factory rep. also said it had been corrected on the 2011 model but it could not be corrected on a 2010 model SRX. Took it to Sewell even after they did not sell it, gave me a new CTS to drive and after 5 days called to say it was fixed. Sewell needs to give GM a leson in customer service. Recomendation, "they are the best".

Three times now I have included Sewell Cadillac Dallas on the opportunity to quote repairs on my vehicle. Every time they have been at least 250% higher. I expect a higher markup from the dealership,but their prices are outrageous. My last and final visit to Sewell Cadillac in Dallas, I waited 4 hours for an oil changes and to patch a tire. I was told less than one hour so I decided to wait. I ended up setting in the waiting room 4 hours with no explanation. I will not use this Sewell for any service in the future.

Oh where to start. I will make a long story short. I always thought that Sewell was a good name considering all the cars you see in Dallas with that name tag on the back. This dealership is just another place where scumbag car salesmen gather...they're no better at Sewell as they proclaim. I went in to buy a 2008 Escalade ESV, met with Tad who was a great guy, and who I felt like tried to help. Needless to say we worked a deal I drove the car home and realized the whole front end had be rebuilt due to a wreck. Sewell DID NOT disclose this to me when I bought the car. They told me it had a clean Carfax and was a local trade from a regular customer. Upon finding that I called Sewell to see what we could do. They said they would find me another car, but never did. The sales manager, Brad Reidel, was a typical used car salesman. He told me the car had a little paint work done, but that this was nothing ordinary for cars they sell (buyers beware). They never found me a car, they didn't keep me updated on progress, and it was a battle to nail them down on getting a check to get my down payment back. It was a month before I was able to give the car back and for them to get me my money back. I will never in my life buy a car from anyone associated with Sewell. I also tell everyone I meet/know in Dallas this story to deter them from buying a car from Sewell as well.

This dealer does a good job of touting how great they are, but falls way short in delivery. Sewell just put a band aid on the problem with the air conditioner after repeated times in the shop. After the warranty expired, and they recommended replacing the system, I had to call Detroit. They replaced the entire system for free and gave me $2000 off my next Cadillac. I do not fault GM, but Sewell will never get my business again. Don't use them, they are crooked.
