Nov 2020 – I leased Cadillac XT5 from your dealership and Jacqueline was my Sales Consultant. Jacqueline and I spoke on the phone and worked out the deal prior to coming to the dealership, which is 1.5hrs away. She exceeded my expectations; she was wonderful to work with and made the whole process seamless! I worked with many sales consultants in the past, as I have leased cars for myself and my family. I was truly really impressed on how she handled herself and how she represented Cadillac. Since that time to now, I have kept in touch with Jacqueline - referring my family and friends to her every chance I had. Oct 2021 - I no longer needed one of my vehicles (2019 Acadia - Lease). My first call was to Jacqueline. She started working out the deal right away and provide me a good trade-in offer. I informed her that it was not what I was expecting, and she worked on my behalf to get me more for my trade-in. We agreed to the trade-in value. Again, she impressed me by how seamless the process can be working with a really good sales consultant. She had someone come pick-up my car, I did not even have to drive it to the location. - She saved me a 3 hour trip.. (1.5hrs each way). I am extremely pleased with your dealership and more importantly your sales consultant, Jacqueline. She is a great asset to your dealership.
