Andy Heavens and Shaker’s Family Hyundai were exceptional. Andy took the time after I first walked in to sit down and really understand my situation. Because of his exceptional questioning and listening skills he was able to suggest the perfect vehicle for me as well as give advice on other aspects of the process such as payment models and packages. I walked into the dealership just looking to get some initial information and Andy was so comprehensive that once I saw a purchase was feasible on that same day, I did not hesitate. Would recommend Andy and this dealership to everyone.

Rod has been such a pleasure to work with at Shaker Hyundai while looking for a used car. Such a kind, pleasant, patient and helpful individual, Rod was neither pushy nor steering us away from what we were actually looking for. Rod has been respectful of what we came looking for right from the start (while still helping us explore all options we might not have known about). I was so pleasantly surprised at the sales experience I had at Shaker’s. The sales representative that handled my purchase was great. She answered all of my questions and was patient with giving me instructions on using the new tech equipment in the car. She was so pleasant and upbeat. I never felt pressured. She was knowledgeable and tried to anticipate the information I needed because it had been a lot of years since my last vehicle purchase. Sheri in finance was wonderful as well. She was straightforward and helped me make the decisions that I felt comfortable with when finalizing the loan and warranty. This was the best experience to date that I have had purchasing a car

Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with. She made car shopping easy and comfortable. She was not pushy or trying to give me add ons that I did not want. I even felt like she was just as excited if not more than me about me buying my first new car and not excited because of the sale. She told me upfront she is newer and did not have all the answers and would have to go ask, but she did just that. Every question I had that she didn't know she jumped up and found out the answers in depth. I 100% recommend her to every and anyone car shopping. Michael also helped me and he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. He also was not pushy and answered every question I had. Sherri was the finance worker who helped me and she was also fantastic!! She was able to explain everything at a level I could understand (with no financing knowledge at all). Every employee diligently went over my car with me after being cleaned and detailed. There was a scratch on the passengers side and Ed was quick to come help with setting up an appointment to get the paint fixed.
