What a great experience. We showed up, obviously knowing what we were looking for, and Charlie knew that. Pulled the car up and gave us our space to look it over. No pressure at all. We test drove the Crosstrek and fell in love. He was very personable and treated us like clients and not a paycheck. Such a nice experience and price that we bought the car and are extremely happy with our decision. I will definitely be back when I am ready to upgrade as well. Thanks Charlie!

We had a great experience here! Charlie was super helpful and made the process so easy. We were able to do most of the process virtually, the flexibility worked great with our schedule. Shamrock is super lucky to have an employee like Charlie, we had a great time chatting with him… felt like we were buying a car from my funny uncle!

Do not buy a car from here!!! They don’t do the right thing. After 32 days the car began to experience water/coolant pump leakage. Went to the dealer to bring it up since it was a 1,000 job. I understood that I would have to pay but I figured let me have the dealership take a look since it was in their possession before i bought the vehicle. In addition, I wanted to see if they can help with the price since I just spent a good amount of money on them. It took them 27 days to look at my car. They finally quoted me 1,000 dollars (which is no help in the price), and that I would have to leave my vehicle for a week. Since the price was normal and it wasn’t ideal for me to leave my car for a week, I went elsewhere. No problem. However, right before taking it to another mechanic, I got the oil pressure engine off symbol. Sure enough, another major issue. This time, the work was around 2500. The dealer took 1 month to respond to me and when they did they basically responded we can help you only by getting parts at a discount. Well, the problem is, i have already spend a total of about 4,000. Horrible experience. Follow Up with your customers. Be helpful from the beginning, not a month later. They truly do not care about you, only the money out of your pockets. This is the real definition of a car sales man.
