We had a great experience here. Randall worked with us but didn’t pressure us into anything. He was very helpful and patient with all of our questions and test driving different vehicles. It was so friendly from the moment I called. To walking in the office. Randall was great and fast with the process. It was so easy that It makes all other dealerships look bad. We all remember those days when you wait all day and they keep adding on more money. Playing games with the banks. If you want friendly and efficient service then I highly recommend this place. Ask for Randall!! I took my son here to purchase his first car, and we were very happy with the service. We found a decent car at a decent price. Randall got everything processed quickly and we were on our way without any stress! Very polite and welcoming staff!

I just saved over $3000.00 thanks to Shannon Auto Repair! My 2006 Infinity QX56 needed a new fender and bumper. I asked two other shops for quotes to fix the car, not too worried about final look, just get it road legal and safe. The two other shops came back with what I thought were very high estimates. Turns out, I was right! David gave me a quote to do what I asked for over $3000.00 less than both the other shops! When I got the car back, they had fixed the bumper and fender, as well as several other little dings and dents. The car looked much better than it did before the accident that necessitated the body shop visit. I could not be happier with the repair! The team at Shannon Auto Repair are honest, capable, and reliable. David could not have been more professional, friendly and genuinely concerned about making us happy!

Randall was fantastic to work with. There was absolutely no pressure and just very attentive. He was super personable and made the whole process quick and easy. The smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been singing their praises since I got the Ranger. I’ll def be coming back to Shannon Auto in the future and sending anyone I know in the meantime.

Over the past two decades I have purchased only new vehicles because I was always afraid of dealing with someone else's problems. My last car purchase was a new Dodge and was a nightmare from the very beginning. I have finally had it with losing money on a vehicle as soon as I drove it off of the lot so this weekend I purchased a 2008 Ford F-150 and a 2013 Nissan Altima from Shannon Auto Sales in Manassas, VA. Both cars are immaculate and run like they are new. The sales staff were friendly, courteous and professional taking care to address my every concern and need. The owners of the company are the Harris family, Mark Harris in particular assisted in the sale of both cars and took great care in helping us locate two cars that would meet our needs and budget. I couldnt feel more comfortable with our decision to shop with Shannon Auto Sales and look forward to purchasing from them again in the future! I had my brakes serviced, oil changed, and needed a state inspection. They did only what was needed, nothing more and nothing less! It's hard to find a trustworthy auto repair shop and I've finally found one! Awesome customer service! Very friendly and helpful! I will definitely come back.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Shannon Auto sales in Manassas, Va. I was referred to them by a past customer who also purchased several vehicles from them. I have purchased many vehicles in my time and can honestly say that Shannon Auto Sales far exceeded my expectations. Their dedication to my needs and attention to detail were over the top. As I was waiting for my new vehicle to come from the detail shop I walked their entire lot and noticed that every one of their vehicles were in above condition. If your in the market for a pre owned vehicle look no further. This company has been in business for decades and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very down to earth people, Loved that this is a family owned and operated business. Rick was our sales guy and he was the perfect sales guy. Not pushy, yet helpful and informative, very relaxed and laid back, but very energetic and friendly. I was out on Saturday morning pricing various Ford dealerships for inventory when I came to Royal Oak Ford and before I knew it, I was out that afternoon with my new 2011 Ford Fusion. I picked up my wife from work later that afternoon and she thought I was just test driving the car. She was amazed that for the second time, Royal Oak is the reason we continue to purchase Ford vehicles because of their determination to give excellent customer service.
