The staff was amazing. They made you feel very welcomed. They did not pressure anyone and helped you with everything.They were very understanding and thought of all your needs you might need in a car or truck. Amazing customer service thay you can't find anywhere else. With cars and price you can't beat. Go stop buy will not regret it.

If you don't have the money for a nice car, I suppose it's a fine dealership, I guess. Every car in the lot is filthy and/or damaged; the one decent car I made an offer on, I was told "the owner isn't sure about selling it, he wants to keep it for himself." Assuming that wasn't just a ploy to get me to offer more for a Prius with a near-dead hybrid battery, I was rather glad to leave and find the much nicer car I eventually drove home that day at another lot not far away. Seriously, don't waste your time here unless you're looking for a fixer-upper project car. If you're a mechanic and/or a detailer, though, I'm sure Shannon's MIGHT have something worth the small budget you're willing to spend.
