I purchased 2005 Ford f-250 power stroke crew cab back in Sept, I brought it home my wife noticed a fuel smell in the truck while driving it. I took it back and without hesitation they replaced the injectors and other items at no cost to me , my truck runs like a champ. Shaw Auto Sales is a top notch dealer.

WHEN I FIRST CAME TO THE LOT I ONLY HAD A LITTLE CASH ON ME,PREVIOUSLY I WAS ON OTHER CAR LOTS BEING TURNED DOWN, I WAS REFERRED BY A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS SO I CAME TO SHAW'S AND TALK WITH LARRY ABOUT A CAR, I TOLD HIM HOW MUCH CASH I HAD AND WHAT I WANTED MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS TO BE, LARRY SAID HE HAD A CAR IN MIND WE WALK OVER TO THE CAR, I WANTED TO CRY BECAUSE I NEVER PURCHASE CAR IN MY LIFE BEFORE,,LARRY&MARK WERE EXCELLENT TO ME THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS A SOMEBODY INSTEAD OF A NOBODY,I GIVE THEM BOTH 100% WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE AND SATISFACTION. I have purchasd 5 cars from Shaw's over the years. The cars good and the price is always fair. Mark has always treated us like family and is always true to his word. The 30-day warranty allows sufficient time to discover the noteworthy flaws in the car, and Shaw's always fixes them... no euivocation, no hassles. I've looked around other dealers in the Fresno area. Of them all, I heartily recommend Shaw's Auto Sales for a used car purchase.

I had the worst experience from another dealership, this same day I happened to walk into Shaws Auto Sales. After wasting 3.5 hours previously, I was surprised to experience LITERALLY Driving out of this lot with a car. I was there maybe an hour. Got all the answers I needed up front and the car I wanted with a GREAT deal. The General manager (Mark Sexton) was Fantastic. It has been 2 days since my purchase and I have already told everyone I know exactly where to go to get a car!! EXCELLENT SERVICE. EXCELLENT CAR!!!

Hi, my name is Vinnie and I bought a truck from them, and I plan on buying anther from Nick and the Crew. Dow at Shaw Auto Sales they really took care of me, finally an auto dealer that really takes care of their customer. Really old school, customer comes first, if I had any issue they where right on. Mark and Larry at Shaw auto sales recently went above and beyond to help me keep my car. I am recently going through a divorce and my soon to be ex-husband refused to help me financially with bill and our 3 kids. I was unable to keep making my payments so i had to return my car. Later in the day Mark called me to say they would lower my payment but when i got to the office Mark and Larry did the most amazing thing. They handed me my pink slip and along with encouraging words, that everything will get better soon. I would refer them to everyone, not only for what they did for me but through out the years of making my payments they have always been kind and friendly. Very understanding when something unexpected came up. What they did for me is give me hope when i needed it the most. I can never thank them enough. Thank you Mark and Larry.... Monique

Mark (Sales Manager) was very honest, informative,professional, called me back when he missed my call right away, took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, let me take the car with my fiends for the test drive. Made the experience feel like dealing with family, easy and fun. I felt very comfortable, satisfied, safe, and well served:). I highly recommend Shaws Auto Sales. When I think of Shaw's Auto Sales the word "Phenomenal" comes to mind, these guys are great!! When we started our search for my daughter's car, Shaw's Auto Sales was recommended and they have a wide selection of cars. When we arrived the guys were great, answered all of our questions, and was honest about the vehicles she wanted, so she could make the right choice for her and her budget. After thinking about the vehicles overnight, we went back the next day and made the purchase. There were some issues, which can be expected when buying a used car; however, they have taken such good care of us and the issues that have come up they have addressed without hesitation and without any hassle. Absolutely Amazing!! I would recommend Shaw's Auto Sales to anyone that is looking to purchase a used car.

What a wonderful experience bought a car from them about 2 years ago and it was a great car also sent our daughter to them and they bought a car and it was a good car so we came back and the same service was there again. Service with a smile!!!
