I recently bought my first new car at this dealership and it was a great experience! I worked with Sam W. Sam was great to work with. She was kind, funny, and attentive. She had a no pressure sales approach and was very down to earth. Sam was very knowledgeable about many different vehicles not just Volkswagens. I would defiantly highly recommend Sam to anyone who is purchasing a vehicle. I think this dealership is lucky to have this women as part of their team.

Had a great experience purchasing a new car at Shearer. It was the most simple transaction and took so much less time than it usually does. I got to drive off the lot same day! Hillary is awesome and so helpful, I would absolutely recommend her to help find the right car for you.

Where do I even start. First and foremost I have never had a positive car buying experience. Until I met Sam at Shearer Volkswagen. I felt no pressure, and I didn't feel rushed. She made sure to walk me through everything along the way. She is extremely trustworthy. She listened to me. The dealership as a whole made the process easy. Sam was quick at responding and had great, clear communication which consisted of email, phone and in person conversations. No games were played at all. The final price was exactly as negotiated, the team worked with me on a price that work for me, understanding life happens, making sure I got into my “dream car.” Very thankful to be a now lifelong member of the Shearer family. Thank you Sam for being you! I could keep writing but then this review would be long winded, go to Shearer find out for yourself, and meet everyone, and get the best cars and service in Vermont! You won’t regret it. Everyone and I mean everyone there is amazing, and will treat you like family. Again a very giant thank you to everyone and Sam at Shearer!

I had been in the market for a new car, which can be very daunting at times, and decided to get a Volkswagen. I was connected with Hillary, who made the experience very enjoyable. She was very responsive, friendly, and helpful through the whole processes. I highly recommend the Shearer VW team for any of your car buying needs.

I purchased a 2021 ID.4 about 3 weeks ago. My experience with Shearer VW and Sam Williams was just about perfect. Sam walked me through the process, providing me with all the info I needed and with just the right amount of pressure. I never felt pushed in anyway. It was a pleasurable purchasing experience from start to finish. Finance dept. was a pleasure to work with as well.
