I truly had the best buying experience EVER with these guys. Scott, Randy, Sean and the gang were super friendly and made you feel like family. From the first moment I walked in, I knew this was where I was going to buy my Jeep. There were no hassles, no pushy sales and LOTS of laughs! That was the best part. We purchased a 2016 Caravan from Sheboygan Chrysler. When we entered the showroom it was neat, clean, in order, and we shared the friendliness from everyone. A Special thank you goes to Brad Nelson He took time for us ,from the time we entered the showroom, welcoming us back, answered any questions we had about the changes , that took place about the mini vans. Ryan Schieble was our sales person. He was very courteess and a truly concerned for our needs. He constantly went out of his way for us. A 'Special Thank You to Randy Swihart, he was just Super!!! He constantly stopped by making sure we were happy with our buying experience. That is really Something.... A person who really cared about us and the Chrysler family. We were going to have something added to the van after purchase. We met Marc Shuman from the Service Department. He was awesome!!!! He was very informative and after the installation he made clear that if we had any questions or concerns, to notify him, and also the he would call us to see if everything is going OK. So we definitely got to see what Excellent Service, from the Service Department is all about.. We would like to extend a thank you to Randy, Brad, Ryan, and Marc.
