Our experience with Sheets was the easiest car buying experience ever! Brandon Williams was our salesman and we cannot recommend him enough. He wasn’t pushy like most salesmen can be & he was so easy to get along with! Rachael Wilson handled the financial part and she was beyond great! She even got us an even lower interest rate/payment the day after we left the car lot! By far the BEST car buying experience we’ve ever had. We were on our way from Pittsburgh to the NC coast when our battery light came on. We were completely unfamiliar with the area so we headed to the closest dealership, Sheets Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They got us in immediately, diagnosed our failing alternator, and installed a new one right away. Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Dylan and Chad really went out of their way to help us out. I highly recommend their service.

Brought my jeep in and waited 45 minutes after my appointment to get my car in the shop. Then the service manager couldn't detect the issue I was having. I took him out for a drive and I pointed out the issue which all of a sudden he could now feel. Don't take your car here unless u have no choice. Very poorly run
