Spoke with the manager, Benny by email prior to driving the 200 miles to purchase the car. He was a straight forward person who was not making you feel pushed or pressured to buy right now. Did everything to make my purchase nice as could be. which on his end it was. My bank caused us a lot of headache, yet he still went out his way to get everything done in a timely manner. I Tested 2 cars, bought 1 and plan on buying another one from them later. The car was as listed on web site.

All I can say is the positive reviews posted here for are spot on from my experience. I purchased a flawless Toyota Sequoia from Benny last week. From the moment I arrived and met with Benny I could instantly tell this was going to be an entirely different kind of car buying experience. It was obvious he has a passion for cars, for people, and his business. He was extremely patient and went out of his way to educate me on the car specifically and in general terms. Zero sales pressure which was highly appealing and EVERYTHING about the entire process was impressive! What stands out the most though...is I've kept in touch with Benny since the purchase (and he with me)...I've purchased a lot of vehicles and I can honestly say that's a first for me. I've done some mods and he's provided a lot of guidance in the process - weekend, after hours texts and phone calls. This kind of post sales attentiveness is rare and it's the reason why this won't be my last purchase with him. Paper work was very organized and Easy! Oh and thanks for the soda.

I just bought my new car from these guys yesterday. Everyone who worked there was super friendly. They had a nice selection of used cars, without the used car salesman attitude. No pressure at all to buy. The paperwork process was very fast, in and out in 25 minutes. Benny the sales manager even went the extra mile and assisted me in syncing my new car's blue tooth to my phone. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Shell Motors and would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

After doing prior research on the type of car that I wanted to get, I braced myself for the "salespeople war" that would ensue with the usual process of purchasing a car from a dealership-just not at Shell Motors, Inc! With warm customer service, effective engagement, and fast & easy buying, this is one of the best dealerships around. Big highlight to Benny for showing how effective salespeople are: engaging people who offer great value, product and service. The mechanics and assistants are all warm and helpful, not snobby nor rude. Dana, the Statefarm agent, was also very helpful as well. Overall great experience with a great team! Suggestions: Keep doing what you all are doing :)

I bought my 2012 Toyota Corolla and so far there is no problem. Before going to this dealer, I went to a lot of dealerships but there was nothing compared to this dealership. They have a wide range of vehicles. Their customer Service was Second to None. Great and honest people . Hassle free. paper work everything was Clean. They took Care of my and took Care of my tags also. Try them and I promise you will not be disappointed.

This was the most painless process for car buying I have ever had. I had a trade-in and they gave me full value for it. I had initial concern around the cost of the vehicle due to seeing different prices on various websites. They honored the lowest price without any discussion. They offered to process all the DMV paperwork and mail me my new tags. Professional and competent service. Any future car purchases will include a review of their inventory.

We had a great experience with Ben. I have been looking for this car for about a year now (for the husband) and while he was apprehensive about seeing it, and what it might "really" look like he was pleasantly surprised. It was exactly as advertised. Even though the photos were plentiful, it still out shined itself. Ben was pleasant, respectful, and obviously enjoyed what he did. Made the 100 mile round trip in rush hour worth the drive. I enjoy seeing my husband this happy! If we look for something else again, we will definitely start with Shell Motors.

Benny was very personable and straight forward. The vehicle I purchased was in great condition except for a slight noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. Benny offered to have the vehicle repaired before I purchased it but due to personal time constraints I could not wait. He wrote into the purchase agreement he would pay for the repairs if they were not covered under warranty. The repairs ended up being covered, but the fact Benny was willing to add that to the purchase agreement made me very confident in purchasing a vehicle from Shell Motors. My car is running great and I love it. Thanks, Benny!

I bought my first car and Mr. Usman not only had great customer service,but he was patient and explained everything in detail, for every question that I had. He even stayed late being that on that particular day there was an extra amount of traffic! I plan to do business with this dealer in the future and have already had others ask me for their information because of the great quality that my used car was when I purchased it. Car is nice so far overall but did have some dents in it that i was not told about . Car was shipped to me in Rockwall TX. Buying process was made easy for me out of state by dealer and car has warranty so far so good overall happy with car so far.

This is the BEST car dealer I've encountered. I will definitely recommend friends and family to go here first and save time looking elsewhere. Benny and Usman are awesome. I found my car online, and initially was a little hesitant only because I had never heard of the place before. However they are located in a prominent auto park in Chantilly, so any hesitation I had soon subsided. I spoke with Benny the day before about a test drive and taking the car to a mechanic to have a look. He said he had no problem doing that. The next day I visited the shop, and I spoke with Usman, told him about the vehicle I was interested in. He didn't try to sell me on the vehicle at all - he just gave me the keys and that was it. He didn't even try to come on the test drive with me. That was definitely a great sign since the other shops I visited, the salesman came on the test drive with me. I wanted to be able to drive the car in silence to hear and test out the engine, brakes, tires, etc. without someone talking the whole way. I did, and everywhere looked and sounded great. The online ad did not lie. After my test drive I requested to take the car to my mechanic - again they had no problems with that. My mechanic looked it over and said it was a great car. I made the purchase and drove off the lot that day. This was the easiet, most honest car buying experience I had ever experienced. Benny printed and organized all of my documents into folders for me (insurance, warranty, registration/taxes, etc.). By the way I even got a warranty on the car at no extra cost :) This is a great shop. There are no gimmicks - you are getting exactly what they tell you. Honest guys and great customer service! I don't usually write reviews, but these are great guys and they deserve all the business they get and more. Will definitely visit in the future if and when I need another vehicle. However I plan to drive mine for many years to come. Thanks guys

My mom bought a Honda CRV from Shell motors a few years ago and had an awesome experience there. When I was looking into buying a used car I knew I had to check out Shell Motors. Benny the owner was honest, from the start and incredibly helpful through the entire buying process. He worked with us and did not try to sneak any fees into the transaction. I never though buying a car from a used car dealership would go as smoothly as my experience at Shell Motors did. If I am ever in the market for another car my first stop will be Shell Motors. I will always be a life long customer, because it is clear that Benny takes pride in the cars he sells and in giving the customer the kind of respect that anyone would look for from a car dealership.

In a world of pushy, slippery, and often unsavory used car salesmen, Benny Tokhi (owner of Shell Motors) is an absolute gem. He is calm, courteous, pleasant, and patient- a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Plus, he's a man of integrity, and offers excellent warranty packages with each vehicle that he sells- more than I could hope for from anywhere else that I know of. I have purchased two cars from Shell Motors, and whenever I next need a vehicle, I will be sure to go again. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. It's a bright light to be sure!!

I had a great experience at Shell Motors on 31-Dec-2014. I was a little scared since I had only gone to a dealer once before in my lifetime, and that was with someone, and was about 25 years ago. This time it was just me. I had a very specific car in mind and Shell Motors had one for sale (2003 Mercury Grand Marquis). It was in very good shape, low miles, and the price was exactly where I expected it to be, based on Kelly Blue Book. After purchase, I eventually went to a Jiffy Lube because I wanted to start from scratch and have almost everything done to it. But Jiffy Lube (42559 John Mosby Hwy) said it didn't need anything! It was near 54000 miles and didn't even need an oil change. I'm not used to having a car that doesn't actually need anything done to it, even though that's why I bought it. I'm a very satisfied customer and have already recommended Shell Motors to several friends. Thank You Benny! -Kurt

Everything here is top-notch. They have good cars, and the facility is neat and nice. Benny and Usman are professional and knowledgeable, and very helpful. I had something I was unhappy about on the car I was looking at, and they quickly had that repaired so it looked perfect. The detailing is superb! I got a 1-year warranty, and Benny got the car freshly re-inspected which was a nice surprise - it had last been done in June, so now it's fresh for November. He had also put new tires on it when they got the car in, last summer. At the point of all the paperwork, Benny actually separated the papers into separate envelopes for me, and labeled them 'Insurance". "DMV", etc. So helpful! I definitely recommend this dealership! Very impressed!

I recently bought a Prius for a great price at this dealership. A big plus was that they let me take the car for a pre-purchase inspection to my mechanic in Maryland. They try their best to meet you half way and are also willing to discuss the price based on the mechanic's findings. Overall, they were extraordinarily nice, not pushy at all, and patient when I needed some time to think over the offer. I would recommend buying a car at this dealership, as they are able to respond to the customer's needs much better than all the larger dealerships I contacted. I felt very good about my purchase and love the car.

Hello, My name is Krishna Patel and I was in the market looking for a reliable used car for the time I will spend in the United States. I am currently on a 2 year work visa for a company and I needed a car that would last me at least that long. I purchased a vehicle from Shell Motors in February 2014 and have not had a single issue with the vehicle till date. Only money I have spent on this vehicle has been related to routine oil changes that have been performed on the vehicle. The vehicle I purchased has a one year warranty on it they was included in the list price by this dealer. We purchased a 2005 Acura TL in Dec 2013. We waited several months to write our review just to make sure we were really satisfied with our purchase. We specifically went to a few different dealerships to find exactly what we wanted and did lots of prior research to be knowledgeable of the Acura. We have loved our car and are so happy with our purchase. Benny was helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. He went the extra mile with us in working with our bank. We felt good about purchasing the car with the carfax that was offered on the Acura and the warranty too. We would drive 100 miles again if Shell Motors has the car that we are looking for!

I live in Texas and work in VA. Bought the vehicle after seeing it on the USAA Car Buying Service. I work late hours and they stayed open later than normal so I could come out and take a test drive. Courteous and did not make me feel like I was at a "typical used car lot." I was driving a rental car at the time and after I dropped the car off at IAD they met be there so I could purchase and the vehicle and complete the paperwork. Drove the vehicle 25 hours back to Texas the day after I purchased without issue! I would definitely recommend.

First used car dealership I have ever visited where I was not treated like I was at a used car lot. Only car fax certified vehicles were on the lot. Found this dealership through USAA Auto Buying Service which is a trusted source. I was very pleased with the entire process of buying one of their vehicles. This dealership takes a lot of pride in the vehicles that they sale. The staff I dealt with exhibited the utmost professionalism and practiced low pressure sales tactics. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a good, dependable, used car to purchase.

We were looking for a Corolla for our daughter and found an ad for Shell Motors on Cars.com. We also saw another ad for a Mazda 3 at another dealer nearby, so we decided to take a trip from PA to VA to check them out. Benny turned the stereotype of a "used car salesman" on its head! He was completely honest and professional. We told him we'd look at the other car just to satisfy our daughter's flirtation with a Mazda. The other dealership was a mess -- and so was the Mazda. It didn't match the pictures and we left without even taking a test drive and went back to Benny immediately to purchase the Corolla. The Corolla was exactly what was pictured and described in Benny's ad. What a pleasure to drive that far and be treated as well as we were. Our daughter is thrilled with her car and so are we!! Thanks, Benny. We will not hesitate to recommend your dealership to anyone in PA who's looking for a great car buying experience. It was well worth the trip!

Ok we were search of a first car for our son. We went everywhere and were beginning to despair.... SLIMY DEALERS (one guy tried to keep our deposit after an independent mechanic called the car we were considering a Money Pit!) We found Benny and his staff to be honest and straightforward. ..and believe me we did our due diligence! The car checked out just as he said for a very fair price. I also think this car was exceptionally well detailed. Closed the deal quickly. Didn't play games. A really good experience. If you are buying a used car I would definitely check or what Shell Motors has available.

It was an absolute pleasure buying a car from this dealer. Benny and his staff (namely, Usman), are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Benny made the sale quick and easy. I rarely see a business as organized as this one - he even made envelopes for us labeled "DMV" and "Registration", and neatly placed all documents in the appropriate envelopes for us to take to the DMV, etc. He patiently went through each document, making sure we understood them before he moved on. He answered all of our questions and honestly wanted us to be pleased with the transaction in every way. We could not have been more impressed with Shell Motors, from the moment we stepped on the lot to the moment we left. Also, the lot and office are beautifully kept, and the cars were fantastically detailed. I purchased a car from this dealer a couple weeks ago and had a good experience with them. They greeted me when I walked in and answered all my questions. Also, they offered me a Sprite which I took b/c it was scorching outside. Anyway, I'm happy with what I bought and would recommedn this dealer to my friends. The paperwork took a little longer than I wanted (~30minutes), but I was able to get out of there just in time to beat traffic.
