Can't say enough about this dealership. Drove 200 miles to work with them. Derry is absolutely fantastic, answers your questions, keeps you informed every step of the way. Eric does great to make the buying/financing process as smooth as possible. They helped make a complicated lease buyout and new vehicle purchase pretty simple when everyone else I talked to either didn't know how to do it or made it really complicated. Definitely recommend Shepherds, especially Derry and Eric. They do business the right way and have strong values.

Purchased a vehicle from them a couple years ago and was told it had a clean car fax went to trade in at another facility and found out our vehicle has moderate damage on a car fax . So trade in value is significantly less than we expected. Contacted them and they did offer to try and make It right but when we went to look at other vehicles three we looked at one had oil on engine block they didn’t know about it, another one had dents , and another one was leaking oil all over the ground. Can’t trust them now to sell us quality vehicle or be honest . Only positive was was salesman Derry was great and if he worked for another company would buy from him.

Worked with Ron Walter and he was amazing! So patient and understanding. I have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler and was very very specific on what I wanted. Ron took the time to listen to my wants and found the Exact Jeep I wanted. I had a bad experience in the past and was nervous about trying again at a dealership. Ron eased all my anxiety and completely understood my fears about spending so much money on a new car. Ron and Russ in finance were got me a great deal and got me at the amount I was comfortable spending on monthly payments. Totally recommend Shepherd's to anyone wanting to buy a new car.
