I recently purchased a car from Sheridan Nissan and had the best buying experience that I have ever had. Mike Bellina was my salesman. Mike is a very knowledgeable salesman and explained everything to us about the car. I live downstate and read great reviews on your dealership and wanted to see for myself what was so outstanding. All the reviews I read were correct!!!!! I had such a good "no pressure" experience I will certainly buy again from Sheridan Nissan. I think that lots of dealerships can be nice places but your customer service was just outstanding. I can't say enough good things about Mike either. He was just wonderful from the time we got there until the time we left. Everyone was really nice to us. It's your outstanding customer service that will keep customers coming back. I will definately spread the word downstate about your superior dealership.

I have never gone to a dealer for repairs because of the dreaded "mark up" (the saying "they replace not repair") but I went to Sheridan Nissan and was SO pleasantly surprised! Not only was the service that was done to my car excellent -- and has been working beautifully for the last month with no problems -- but Mike consulted with me about what REALLY needed to be done and didn't try to talk me into anything and provided me with a coupon that saved me 20%. I was so grateful as my funds were pretty low. I will now go back and get the rest of the work done - I wish I could remember what the mechanic's name was as he was terrific also. EXCELLENT place - highly recommended!

Unscrupulous dealership with highly questionable/unethical business practices. Shame on me for trusting what my salesperson (Sonny) had guaranteed in terms of price and parts. There's nothing they will not promise you over the phone to get you in and once they had my paperwork complete and payment collected, I was on the hook for the cost ($500) of a missing part (on a 2015 model) they had promised to replace. Important to note that Nissan NA will not assist with any complaints so look elsewhere or look forward to a "bill of goods" sales experience.

My engine seized on my car on a Friday morning. My aunt gave me a ride to the dealership. As soon as we pulled into a space and the first friendly face we see was Mike Bellina. FROM START TO FINISH. .his level of professionalism and knowledgeable was amazing. The Nissan Sheridan team is Awesome. I was in a new car by Monday. I was carless for only 3 days. Note to mention: I didn't have the best credit. .less then year post bankruptcy. I left with a upgraded car and doable payments. Mike and Brandon was a pleasure to work with....oh can't forget Drew.

Ask him whatever about the automoble and the answer was forthcoming without any hesitation. We asked a lot of questions. Ask for David when buying at Sheridan Nissan.

They do not seek to stand behind their certified preowned vehicles. They do not stand behnd their core value of meeting the needs of their customers.I purchased a CPO Maxima recently and my husband discoverd that the the lights on the back of the mirrors were not all working. Now if you are performing a checklist and representing this as certified would you not do your best to put your best foot forward with this car as well? Apparently not and you want me to beleive you checked this car thoroughly? How could you have if something simple, that I as the potential new ower would not have known were functional lights,were not working?Either you knew it and did not care or your employee did not do his/her job.Either way, I bought a beautiful car that needs 1200.00 in repairs because mirrors are almost 500ea the labor is 100 ea and matching paint is 85 ea. You offer me 500.00 toward a repair that you know xxxx well I shouldn't have to be making anyway.No matter, I'm telling everyone everywhere that CPO is BS!I called Chip to decline the measley 500 and asked him to return my call and to date he has not! No surprise there...why would you not want to speak with me Chip? Perhaps guilt? Just remember karma is a B!

He kept in mind the things that I needed in a vehicle and he went above and beyond to help make that happen for me. He wS knowledgeable and helpful. My wife went to buy a car here. They reviewed her trade, made an offer, bank loan was approved. Called back the next day and was nastly about "you need to bring your car back" Said the bank didn't give a loan, but we called the bank and it was approved. Andrew Miller was the most un-professional person I have ever dealt with, nasty and mean. I am surprised that a so called reputable dealership would have this type of person representing them, but I have come to the conclusion that this is thier normal way of doing things...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Called on a Murano that was for sale, Manager Andrew advised it was available, I advised I'm in New Jersey and would leave at that moment to see the vehicle. I offered to start the deal remotely by running my credit and to leave a deposit to insure the vehicle would be there when I arrived, Andrew advised no worries, he would assign me to a salesperson who would help me when I got there. 5 minutes later I got a call from salesperson (Dave), I advised I was literally getting in my car to head their way and would be there in 1 hour. I arrived as scheduled only to be told someone else arrived before I got there and they were buying the car and sorry, but it's first come first serve. What a waste of time and money..............you really need to treat customers better.

We recently visited Sheridan Nissan and purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue to replace my 2001 nissan maxima. The sales team was excellent. Sonny Durham went above and beyond and found the specific rogue we were looking for, including the premium package and options I wanted. He showed us all the options and explained in detail how they worked. He was courteous, respectful and very good natured as he put up with us constantly teasing him. Chris Tomlinson was great and kept the payment within our price range. That is why I keep coming back, it was the same great service, excellent sales and financial team that I had when I purchased my original nissan. Way to go Sheridan.. After being lied to by salesperson....i needed help from manager.....owner and owners son concerning interface with gps/satellite/telephone. No service.....intermittent service with truck and programmed phone. Phone still doesn't work correctly. Title person is not helping with transfer/title. Using vanity plate. Took so long to get paperwork i received a temp tag that was out of date and not usable. I was supposed to use my vanity tag. They will not correct the problem......i need a new temp tag so i do not get a ticket on an expired tag. No one is returning my calls. I agree with another reviewer.....if i could give them a negative rating i would.

I arrived for a scheduled routine maintenance appointment today. I was not aware that at my appointment time there was a big employee luncheon scheduled. The garage doors were closed and it was difficult to find even one customer parking spot left. There were people grilling foods right next to the Service entrance. Instead of being friendly to me as I walked by the limited space to enter the service area, I was given some really weird mean looks, and none of them even said hello to me. I mentioned that to an employee named Chan in the Service area, and he sarcastically told me not to penalize his service department with a complaint because it would look bad for them too. I did not mean to insult the Service department and have never been treated so badly there before. I called Chip Sheridan's number that he gives for online complaint and am awaiting a response.

My experience with Sheridan wasnt a walk in the park (close though). But it was more pleasant than other horror stories Ive read about other car dealerships. My sales person was David Swett and he was so humble and understanding. He really is a people person. Really down to earth and no pressure at all. Almost to the point where I wanted to make sure he got the sell for the simple fact that he wasnt trying to convince me to get it. I first entered Sheridan after doing much research online and reading up on not only the cars but the reviews of the dealerships as well. I drove to Sheridan three times. First on Saturday to test drive and to get some basic information. Second, on Monday where we were able to start talking numbers. Finally, Tuesday, where I actually purchased the vehicle. There was some back in forth with negotiations because I also had a trade to factor in the equation. Chip Sheridan was also working with David to help me better understand my options. But the person who help seal the deal with David was, Sales Manager, Chris Tomlinson. He came out and cleared up any confusion and made all the numbers make sense in a way that I didnt feel that I was a victim of a dealership. I can honestly say that I do not have any buyers remorse. I was able to lease a brand new 2015 Nissan Rogue SV w/Premium Package for a monthly payment lower than what I was paying for my 2008 Nissan Altima S. Another thing to note is that David took the car, filed up the tank and got it detailed. He sat in the car for 15 minutes going over every feature and every menu option. He even pre-programmed my Home address in my navigation system (its the small things that count too). Sheridan Nissan was the only dealership I went to during this purchase. If you do you research ahead of time and narrow down what you want, Im pretty sure you will walk in Sheridan (maybe not 3 times like I did, lol) and drive out with the car. We traveled 99 miles to purchase our 2015 Murano and were not disappointed. Mike Bellina treated us professionally and courteously; Mike made us comfortable as soon as we met him. From trade-in to final purchase we couldn't have been happier. Mike worked diligently and carefully to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase - we were. We will to return to Sheridan to buy our next Nissan, through Mike.

I had heard some people using this dealership before so I assumed they were reputable. I was wrong. My word of advice is make sure they lay out on the table every single document before you sign a single one. They tell you a different finacing rate when selling you the car versus when you actually settle on it. Tell you different fees and charges to make it seem like your monthly payments are lower and then when you are signing papers they say oh well we forgot about this so its just a few more bucks each month (60 months). Then they made it seem common to give you one key promising that they other key would be turned in that week. Come to find out it wasnt and after numerous requests, they refused to do anything about providing an additional key at $375. Make sure you know all their tricks prior to settling as they are frauds.

I had been searching high and low for an Infiniti EX AWD Journey. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would find one at a Nissan dealership, looking practically brand new, with low miles, and fully loaded! Well, I did. My EX was online for maybe a total of 7 days...then it was mine. Mike Bellina answered my call. He was very informative. I came in that evening to check the SUV out. He told me all about it's features, then we test drove it. It was WONDERFUL!!! The handling was tight, the ride was crisp and the luxury was evident. (This was a stark difference from a similar SUV I drove from another dealer.) We were sold...instantly. What impressed me more, was when I mentioned I wanted my Infiniti mechanic to look at the car, Mike asked where the shop was, and volunteered to take it over himself! Who does that??? Mike was so accommodating, that it made the entire purchasing process a breeze. And...he got me my desired figure for my trade, on the first round! No haggling back and forth about anything. How refreshing. Mike really listened, and helped me through the entire process. All of the figures, with warrantees and all, fell in perfect, with a perfect car payment. Then, at the end, he took my picture with my new EX! Nice touch!!! I couldn't be happier! Mike made it happen. Go Mike!

Bought a used 2009 pathfinder with 79300 miles on it in December 2013 from sheridan nissan that they claimed was certified. Told me it had a clean car fax, no accidents, and a 123 point check to ensure it was certified. Asked the dealer about previous accidents and they said no accidents. They did not provide a carfax so I took them for their word since they are a dealership. Recently went to trade it in and discovered that the vehicle was in fact involved in an accident as reported by several companies including carfax. Carfax states they reported the accident in October 2013. I bought the car from sheridan nissan in December 2013 AFTER it was revealed on carfax showing that sheridan nissan knew it was involved in a previous accident and lied to me. Went back to sheridan nissan to advise them. The only response I got was that since I didn't request a carfax it was my fault. Their not required to tell me things like that. They proceeded say over and over that I should have asked for a carfax. When I told them that I inquired several times as to if the car was involved in an accident, they said if I was that concerned I should have requested a carfax. Sheridan nissan is a dishonest dealership that sells flawed vehicles and intentionally hides it from the customer. They can't be trusted for their products or what they say nor will they take responsibility for their deception. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that isn't worth as much as it shouldI will never recommend this dealership. Not even to my worst enemy. I am looking into any legal recourse I have.

I visited Sheridan Nissan 2 weeks ago on a Saturday morning to buy or lease a car. I had done my research in advance and knew what model, trim, and features I wanted. My husband and I looked at the car and test drove. After almost 2 hours, my 1.5 yr old became cranky. It was time for lunch and nap. I had provided all of my contact information, my license, and insurance. I wrote done the exact details of the car I wanted and asked the dealer to call me with a price later that day. No call. I called them later in the day and left a voicemail again requesting a price. 3 days later I got a generic email saying they would like to work with me. I responded to the email, apologized for the inconvenience of needing to leave on Saturday, and again, asked for a price on the car. No response was given. I called Concordville Nissan. They gave me a price, over the phone, within 20 minutes of my call. I picked up the car I wanted the next day. Concordville Nissan is awesome. Don't waste your time with Sheridan!

Several months ago I stopped in Sheridan Nissan to look at the 2014 Nissan Altima as I was going to be purchasing one in the near future, I was greeted by Sheridan Nissan Sales representative Alyce Driesbach, I explained to Alyce that I was looking to purchase an Altima, but it would be a few months before I was able to do so, Alyce spent an hour or so with me, going from one Altima to another explaining the differences between each model after which I thanked her and told her I would be back when i was ready, Alyce followed up with a phone call a month or so later and then again around the 1st of July to let me know they were having a 4th of July sale, She never put any pressure on me as most salespeople do. Well, On August 6th, I returned to Sheridan Nissan, this time ready to purchase an Altima, Again I was greeted by Alyce, who surprisingly enough remembered my name from several months prior, I told I was ready to buy the Altima we spoke about, I told her what I wanted in the vehicle and the color I was looking for, She said "Give me a few minutes". No more than 5 minutes later, Alyce pulled up to the front door in a 2015 Cayenne Red Altima with the options I told her I wanted, the same Altima I drove home that day! The deal I got was over $3000 less than other Nissan dealers in the area, Alyce made me feel like a person, not a number on a deal jacket, my overall buying experience at Sheridan Nissan was 5 STAR treatment all the way!! So, in closing, I would say, If you're in the market for a Nissan and Sheridan Nissan is within driving distance for you, check them out, they are a first class operation with first class people working for them!! Thank you Alyce, I love my 2015 Altima.

The first time I bought a car here, I worked with Bob Knowlton by chance. The next time I needed a car, I made sure he was there before I even went down. My experience both times was top notch. I liked this dealership up until the first time I went to get my car serviced. I bought a 2011 Nissan Rogue in April 2014. I tested the air and heat and it blew out cold and hot respectively. It was April. Now in June 2014 when we're having 88 degree days, my air is blowing out hot. I took my car in and was told that since I bought the extended warranty, they would order the part to fix my air conditioner and I would be contacted in 2 days to bring my car back in. On day 5 I still had not heard from them. I called in just to be told that they didn't not order the part because it was not covered under my warranty. Ok...thanks for calling to tell me - NOT. Also, my warranty says it covers the air conditioner but evidently it covers everything EXCEPT that one part. Whatever. And the fact that I just bought the car in April and would not have bought a car where the air conditioner does not work, especially since I live in the very hot inner city, doesn't matter. I am spending thousands on a car but that's still not enough. They want me to spend "just" $200 more to get the air fixed. And the used car manager - Max or Mac or whatever - was not helpful AT ALL. On top of not helping me, he acted like I was getting on his nerves. My feelings are hurt and I am done with Sheridan Nissan of New Castle County. From now on I will keep my butt in Pennsylvania where it belongs.

This would be a negative if it was an option. You lost out on a cash purchase (was in back office completing the paperwork) for the following reason. My handicapped friend came back upset that she was asked to move her car from the handicapped parking spot, with her handicapped tag, so that it would be convenient for the sales staff to bring cars up to the front door blocking, all handicapped parking access and spaces. She felt intimidated and did move her vehicle to a non-handicapped spot further away. To add insult to injury, the salesman who would have had a cash sale, commission, was the one who requested that she move. Not only would I never buy a vehicle from Sheridan Nissan, but this has left such a bad taste that I doubt I will ever buy a Nissan. By all appearances Sheridan Nissan does not respect the handicapped community, or want any of their business. This would be a negative if it was an option. You lost out on a cash purchase (was in back office completing the paperwork) for the following reason. I feel the dealer ship has little to no respect for the people they help.I go in to have my oil change and tires rotated that service went ok,I order a part just before my warranty ran out (weather strip) when The part come in it was wrong now my warranty ran out ,Now there giving me a hard time and a run around.Its a seventeenDollar part,this is why I don't like dealing with car dealers.
