Was looking to purchase a new vehicle and found one online that had just been traded in. Called the dealership and was told it had to go through the shop before it would be capable of being sold. I was told I would be called as soon as it left the shop. After a week I called back to find out that money was put down on the truck and was now claimed. I was prepared to put money down on the vehicle my self and then buying the vehicle straight out after it left the shop. However, I was met with the fact that it was claimed when I was told it couldn't be. That is just a bad way of doing business.

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took time to sit in the truck with me and answer every question I had. He explained about and showed me where all control knobs were and even took time to hook up my cell phone to the blue tooth. I am very pleased with the truck I bought and fully satisfied with Sherwood Chevrolet.

I dealt with Kevin Woodruff when I called and subsequently came up and drove the Silverado 1500. He was a pleasure to deal with, although he has poor taste in baseball teams! Ha. The dealership itself was one of the nicest I've ever been to. Great selection of trucks to choose from and new showroom. Everything in my experience was a 10!! Go Red Sox!

There was only one thing that I would change and that is the fact that my car was serviced and the fact that my state inspection was run out was never noticed. It is part my fault in that I never noticed it either to have it done. I was using the fact that we have not had the car a full year yet is why we never thought about it. When they are doing an oil change it is right there and should have been noticed and asked about ito Ron Joe or Cheryl.. I have made an appointment to have it done on the 7th.

Very nice dealership with personable employees. They went above and beyond to help me try out the truck I went there to look at. Unfortunately we could not agree on a price but I did not leave bitter. I am hoping that I can buy my future truck from them because of the customer service they provided me.

I filled out the online form for the dealer to contact me and they never did. I ended up calling them several days later and I mention that no one ever called me with my inquiry. The dealer said sorry and that they aren't always relayed the messages to contact people. Sounds like a bit of oversight my the internet sales team.

I purchased a 2011 GMC Denali from Brian which turned out to be worth the 250 mile drive from Vermont. All the paperwork was ready to go and Tony made the process easy and was able to answer any questions we had to make the out of state purchase fast and simple. Facility is dated but a brand new facility is underway next door. I would have no problem driving back if they had a vehicle I wanted. Thanks Brian and Tony. JMM.

I searched for a Hyundai Tuscon on Cars.com and Sherwood had the exact one I was looking for. I contacted the dealer via email and Brian, the salesman, called me immediately. Unlike other dealers who want you to visit the dealer first and then negotiate the price, Brian negotiated the price over the phone. We agreed on a price and he emailed me the quote. I set a time to meet him at the dealer the next day. I flew in from out of town and Brian had me picked up at the airport which was 40 miles away. I took the car for a test drive and then purchased it. The whole transaction took about two hours. It was the most hassle-free experience I've had when purchasing a vehicle.
