I recommend this Dealer to everyone. The staff was personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly they were trustworthy. From the start it was an easy and enjoyable process purchasing a new vehicle from them. They gave me a fair price on my trade, got my payments within my desired budget, and even filled my new SUV with gas. I've also been back for my first oil change and the service department is equally as capable and kind to work with. I've dealt with other local service departments and specialty stores and Sherwood Groves far exceeds my experiences there.

My grandmother recently purchased a car from Sherwood Groves Auto Group. Sherwood Groves was nothing but helpful and considerate while she was selecting her vehicle, a Ford Focus. The sales people at Sherwood Groves made sure to show her all the features of the Focus, making her feel fully comfortable with the car. Sherwood Groves has also been very effective and efficient regarding any service that her car has needed.Other family members have purchased cars from Sherwood Groves and have had very positive experiences. I had a recall on my 2010 Mercury Milan and contacted Sherwood Groves for my repairs. They made the repairs at no cost to me and all I needed to do was bring my letter from Ford about the recall. They took care of the rest! They were so easy to work with and got me back into my car the same day!!!! I would recommend Sherwood Groves for all of your service or sales needs!!!!

Recently bought a 2010 ram pre-owned truck from Chris Case. Awesome sales personality and made it seem like we where friends for years. Very accommodating dealer, for living 2hrs away Chris met me half way for a test drive and also for purchase day. We purchased our daughters first car today from Sherwood Groves Auto Group. I found the car on cars.com and couldn't believe my eyes. It was everything my daughter was looking for and more. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. They knew we were coming and had the car ready for the test drive, offered us drinks while we waited for the paper work and did everything possible to make sure we got what we came for. I was pre-approved with my personal bank at a good rate...they beat that rate for us and we drove away today. We couldn't be happier with the hospitality and service and will recommend them to everyone.

I went to this dealership to look and ended up buying that day an F-350 Super Duty Ford. From the time our salesman Chris walked up to us and said hello I liked him. They are not pushy salesman and they also do not praise up and down their sales. They want their customers to be comfortable and happy. When picking up the truck one of the owners Brandon introduced himself and made a point to say Thank you, which was really nice. You could not tell Brandon was an owner as he works along side his guys and he makes sure your happy. We are trading a Ford Taurus next year and we would definitely go back to Sherwood Groves. Casey in the Financing cannot beat the service he gives also. I would be number 1 on their list to express our outstanding Customer Service we received!

Thrilled with my experience at Sherwood Groves. Just bought a 2015 Ford F-150 and I love it. My salesman worked hard to get my payments where I wanted them. They ended up giving me a great deal on the truck. Overall, it was a great experience. I never felt pressured into buying and all the employees were very kind to me. I'd recommend them to anyone!

The service department sucks stay away. Worst service I ever had. I took my truck over to get fixed and it looked worse after the repair. Long story short after 4 times of them trying to fix it it still looked worse than when I took it in. They left fish eyes all over the hood.

Sherwood Groves is an excellent dealer. Their sales staff is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable, Their service department runs well and they are very accommodating. This is the second vehicle in two years that we have purchased. Two years ago we bought a 2013 F-150 and got a great deal, however my wife didn't want to drive the truck so we traded it in for a 2016 Explorer. They didn't have one we wanted so we ordered one and it came in quick.(4-5 wks) Our sales person Chris Case was excellent in handling this sale, he answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. Sherwood Groves vehicles are reasonably priced and everyone there is very friendly. I recommend Sherwood Groves to all who want friendly service, knowledgeable staff and a good deal.

After much searching my husband and I found a car that we loved. We were hesitant to travel to Towanda as it's about 1.5 hours but that's where our dream car was so we did it. We are so happy that we did. The Sherwood Groves dealership is fantastic. We called ahead and when we arrived our salesperson, Mike (who was awesome) had our car washed and ready for our test drive. He hopped in with us and answered our questions about the car and even gave us a good suggestion for lunch. After we decided to purchase the car the dealership was willing to work with us and gave us a great deal. For the first time after a large family purchase my husband and I have no buyer's remorse. I would recommend Sherwood Groves to anyone. The people there are wonderful!!! Thanks again for a great car buying experience!!!

I shopped around for the first vehicle I purchased. Sherwood Groves offered the best price and package compared to the other dealers. I highly recommend them.

Where do I start? Back in 2009, I never thought I'd be able to afford to buy a truck from an actual dealership, but I thought, what the heck, I'd give it a shot. I pulled into Sherwood Groves and spoke with one of their fantastic salesmen, and was treated like a person, not a "sale." We went over many options on a vehicle that was right for me, and my budget, and they never tried to force me to buy more, or steer me away from what I could afford. About two months after buying my used truck there, my alternator died. I called up Sherwood Groves, and explained what had happened to the service department. They asked how long ago I had bought the vehicle, and I told them. Even though I was out of warranty, they stated that if I brought the vehicle in to them, they would split the cost of the alternator, and waive the installation fee. Even though they did not have to do this, they made me a lifelong customer. Fast forward to this past Friday, 4/10/15. I came in to the dealership to trade in that same truck on something newer. I told my salesman, Chris Case, just what I could afford, and he showed me what there was out there. I was fighting myself on this purchase, just because I did not want to have a payment on a truck again, but it was a necessary purchase as my old truck was just getting too old. Chris never pressured me into making a decision, nor did any of the other members of Sherwood Groves. In fact, they suggested that I sleep on it, and come back in the morning to discuss more options, even to look at other vehicles to start all over. They could see that I was not happy with what I thought was the only vehicle I could afford. With a fresh start the following day, Chris and I went over several other choices of vehicle that were in my price range, and Avery Snell worked the numbers to find out which deal would fit my budget perfectly. I am a completely satisfied customer in every regard! I will always come back to Sherwood Groves, because start to finish, they are the BEST dealership in town!

Nelson was the salesman I worked with and he was very pleasant, helpful and got me a great deal on my car. Plus he even put gas in it before I took it home.
