Purchased a vehicle from this "dealership" in September of 2012. The vehicle is now a total loss in 2015. I emailed the owner, Paris, asking if he had copies of these documents for the GAP Insurance company, and he said he would provide them for $300.00. This is ridiculous! How is something like this allowed?

few years ago i bought a car here for my daughter anyways for a second timei went to this used car dealership at the weekend i waited for a long time before the sales person came to talk to me , he was rude and had attitude , he didn't answer my questions and wanted to charge me more than the car's price on the window , he didn't even offer me a test drive saying he had no time , he was on the cell phone and didn't care to explain the features on the car.this place is very low on customer service.even when I was asking for the manager the guy didn't have much respect for him so he laughed and told me the manager was off.this place was better before now is a mess.

only few cars on display , poor quality of cars , look shabby , the staff not attentive on the cell phone poor customer service would not recommend it to anyone.

Just last week for Christmas bought a BMW for my son, had visited this dealership 3 times and have test drive 6 to 8 cars ,they have been very help full ,after 2 months shopping ,finally bought the car I had in mind, This car is in out standing condition, new tires, was ,interior is like a new car, most important Paris the manager help us with low Rate at 2.9% for a used BMW ,yes I have good credit, But they work very hard for us..i and my family will recommend this small car lot. I have been looking for my favorite BMW and I heard from a friend who was their customer that Shick Automotive has it, so I gave them a call, they quoted me a reasonable price with so many futures on it. the good thing about them is that they don't waste your time like other dealers, they make sure everything is getting done fast and the price is as low as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

What a wonderful deal and people , after looking around the town for a car I wanted, I finally found it at this place at a great deal. Do not consider the bad reviews those are just from complainers that complain about everything. Everything from A-Z was perfect at Shick Automotive, very nice people with great attitude. I'm sure you can find what you want there, as I did.

I finally found what I was looking for after a year of looking for a good clean BMW 745 LI. The sale was seamless and the car is a dream to drive. They have many cars to chose from and a top notch service team.
