Everyone was very friendly, helpful. Very early to try to give us the best price around. We would recommend taking a dry it would be worth the drive for anyone. They are just off hwy 57 in Paxton, ill. Great prices, Service, friendly and very acomadating.

Thank you Rick and the service techs that fixed our suburban! My wife and 3 kids we’re driving from Missouri to Michigan With a trailer when the front hub assembly(bearings) started to freeze up. We happened to be 5 miles from Paxton so we stopped not really having a choice. It was after 4 pm when I walked in to see Rick. It must have been the pathetic look on my face because he told me to drop the trailer and they would take a look. So all five of us went to the waiting room wearing masks and all expecting to be sitting there for a couple of hours. Rick told us they had the part in stock and they would start right away. Rick came back in within an hour and said they were wrapping it up and taking it for a test drive. So from start to finish and back on the highway it was less than an hour and half. Everyone there was great!

After my car being totaled in a car accident Dale Scudder from Shields Auto Mart set me up with my new Cruz. I absolutely love it! Went to look at a Buick Encore with my wife. Shields went over the vehicle with her and let her drive it overnight to make sure it met all of her expectations. We love the vehicle! Had a good experience buying a van from Shields. Drove a red Dodge mini-van from Shields in Rantoul back to Paxton. Our salesman there was able to talk to us. Looked at their website and noticed they had a white van just like the red one. Rich (on his day off) met us in Rantoul to look at the white van. Decided to purchase it. All the paper work is done and signed. Treated very well and would recommend this dealership.
