This is my 3rd Jeep from these guys. I generally am willing to pay more for good customer service as I see a MAJOR value in that, especially with buying a vehicle. But with them I didn't have to pay extra for it. It's just a really nice environment, everybody is always smiling and looking like they're having a good time. Another nice thing is there has never been any pressure whatsoever! Keep it up guys!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience. Drove 3 hours to look at a car that the hood would not open on. Service manager ripped the hood open damaging the fender and hood. I also received different stories about the car. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. The car was so bad they offered it to me at their cost and it was still not a good deal. I will never look at a car they are offering again

I went to Shively's to ask a few questions about a right hand drive jeep wrangler and left a couple days later in one. The sales rep Nick Garcia was very helpful. Nick answered all my questions and asked me what I wanted and then walked me through buying my first brand new jeep. I am completely satisfied and extremely happy!! Nick in my opinion went out of his way to help me get the jeep I wanted when I needed it. Every one at Shively's was very friendly which made me fill comfortable. I look forward to shopping there again.This is my very first brand new vehicle and I have not yet stopped smiling. Thanks to all who helped me at Shively's. I had been looking all over for a new 2016 jeep wrangler unlimited backcountry edition with a few "must haves" that are not factory guaranteed. I found a few near my home, but they were overpriced or "had been sold right before I arrived" type of thing. When I found 2 possible jeeps I wanted at Shively, i called and spoke With Cesar Vasquez - he was wonderful from the start! So friendly. He PROMISED me that i was first in line for the jeep of my choice and he even talked with the other salespeople to be sure no one else had interest in the one i wanted that day - i live 2.5 hours away and didnt want to drive there only to find out it had been sold. When I arrived, the jeep i wanted to look at was pulled to the front of the store and ready for me to test drive. Cesar greeted me and also introduced me to other members of the staff. He offered me a drink of soda/water, not once, but twice while we were calculating numbers. We talked about college and family life, not the typical car salesman chatter. When it came time to price my trade-in value, I was called into the main office to discuss numbers. The computer screen was turned around for me to see and Jay laid it all out for me. Even though I was already upside down in price with my trade in - Shively did everything they could to help me because they knew I wanted this jeep. They didnt even let me haggle, they were super fair on trade value and pricing of my new jeep! The identical special edition jeep closer to my house was 3-4K more in price. Couldnt have asked for better service from a car lot. Definitely one of a kind and they dont try to pull anything over on you! Thanks Cesar! I stopped in at Shively Motors of Shippensburg to look at some new cars, I was interested in the Dodge Darts. I was looking at their Darts they had on the lot when this sales rep came out and asked if I needed any help, I said just looking. Well to make a long enjoyable story short. The sales rep Nick Garcia is a very good person to work with. He was not pushy in wanting me to buy a car right then, he helped me to decide what I wanted as to my needs and size in a car. I test drove a 2016 Dodge Dart fell in love with it told Nick I was interested in it. With Nick Garcia's assistance in doing the paperwork along with Trin Garcia's assistance, I drove away in a brand new car. So if your out looking to buy a vehicle please go to Shively's of Shippensburg. Everyone there treats you like family. They want YOU to be HAPPY. It's ALL about the CUSTOMER! My wife and I were looking for a VW Beetle convertible and Shively Motors advertised one we liked. We made an appointment with Tammy Moody via the internet and went on a Saturday to see it. The car was just how she described it (I asked her questions before the trip from Winchester). It was a trade-in on one of their new cars and we were pleased with it following a test drive. Shively has been there for a long time and has a very good reputation in the community. Tammy was professional and courteous as we worked thru the buying process. Since the sale, she has called us and mailed a card to us as follow-up on the sale to be sure we are happy. We will probably not take them up on their two year free maintenance due to the distance from our home, but it is a good value add.

I have to tell you my experience at Shively motors is how car buying should be. This was our day, we had decided we wanted a sublime green 2015 challenger skat pack and we had located one 2 hours from our home that was exactly what we wanted. I spoke to the salesman set the appointment, we got to the dealer and we were so disappointed. The car was not cleaned up, it still had road salt on it, then they would not even come close to the value of our trade so we left. We were there about 2 hours. On the drive home my husband decided to stop at Shively Motors, Jay was our sales man, amazing man. We sat down he got on his computer found several that were close to what we wanted but I had my heart set on sublime. So we built one but they discontinued that color. Mean while they valued our trade and I can say they were very fair on the value I never even questioned it. We left settling for a B5 blue. Jay calls me the next day he found our car in Ohio, He drove there himself and picked it up and when we went to pick it up we were there approx. 1 hour doing financing. I can tell you from sales to financing to service that was the best I have ever been treated at a dealer, last week I found a blemish on the mirrors factory mistake, they ordered two new mirrors no hassle. I can say I will definatly give them all my business.

Just bought a vehicle at this dealership and I am beyond pleased with the service I recieved. I dealt with Bill O'Leary and Nick Garcia and they made this process of buying my vehicle simple and easy. I was looking all over for a vehicle for over a month; I had dealt with dishonest sales reps at multiple dealerships and was getting very frustrated with finding a good car at a great price with a trustworthy dealership. I found a car at the Chambersburg location and Bill and Nick did everything they could to get me a great deal on the vehicle without the typical dealership hassle. I couldn't have asked for better service. I would highly recommend using this dealership when looking to find the perfect car for a great deal, at a trustworthy dealer.

When you tell them what you want to try to buy they will give you the run around and try to put you into something you don't want. Then they will give you multiple down payment amounts for the same vehicle. Then a couple days later you will get a letter in the mail from a financial Institute for a loan approval/denial that you never tried to get into to begin with. Worst service ever and will never return to them again.

We had a very good experience at Shively Motors. We went to see Trin Garcia and he was busy when we got there and Brad Ramos helped by showing us the Dart Aero we went to look at. Brad was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the car and really took the time to be thorough. Trin took over when we came back from our test drive for the rest of the deal, with the same special care as Brad. We wanted to test another car on our list and we felt no pressure from the Shively team at all. We decided on the Dart, easily working out the details thru the week with Trin, we went back the next Saturday and the deal went very smooth and it seemed everyone that walked by us while we were waiting asked us if we needed anything. Danielle was pleasant going through the paperwork and we were off to enjoy our new car. This car deal was the most pleasant one of my life so far, (I have been through some really interesting ones) we look forward to a long relationship with Shively Motors.

We loved this vehicle and considered it the best vehicle we've ever owned, but since we were both going to be retired and want to do a lot of travelling we felt itwas time to get something with a lot less than the 200,000 + miles we had on our '03. We considered different types of vehicles but came back around to owning another mini-van (our fourth) to do the things we want to do. there was no question that it would be a Chrysler-built vehicle because they are quite simply the best. After 17 years of marriage, my husband and I decided it was time for a brand new car. We've always bought used and wanted to treat ourselves. We received a mailer with an amount for possible trade in on my Jeep Liberty. We became on their mailing list after we had some recall work done on the Jeep. We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff during that visit, and when we received the mailer, we decided to go in and take a look. I called in and spoke with Nick Garcia for a few minutes and made an appointment to come in a few days later. We met with and talked with him for a few minutes, he took our information, and while our Jeep was being checked out, Brad Ramos showed us around the lot. We were interested in looking at Dodge Darts; Brad was extremely knowledgeable with this particular car. While my husband and I both test drove a 2014 Dart, Brad explained all the features that he didn't previously go over on the lot. We were highly satisfied with our visit, drove home with a brand new car, and didn't feel pressured at any point. The entire staff at Shively's of Shippensburg was professional and friendly and definitely have our recommendation of buying a vehicle there.

I have been taking my JEEPS to Shively Motors,Inc. for servicing for about 5 years now and have always been treated great there , to add I have been a Chrysler customer for over 25 years , and believe me..not ALL treat equally , I continued to go back to Shively's because I have had bad customer care at other Chrysler dealerships in the area and have found that there is none like Shively's when it comes to going above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with there service without pressuring you into a sale ! When the new Dodge Dart first came out, I was in love instantly. I visited several other dealerships and was not even acknowledged by any of the employees who saw me peering into the new cars. I spent a few weeks looking online and in person finding the Dart with the options that I wanted. A friend of mine recommended me to visit Shively Motors in Shippensburg, he said that was the only place he would ever go. I looked at their online inventory and saw the car that I wanted. The next morning I took a trip to Shippensburg and on arrival I was instantly greeted with a friendly young lady at the desk. After a few minutes of looking at the Jeep in the showroom Brad Ramos asked if I needed any help. I explained that I was interested in a new Dart, and without hesitation he offered to show me the different Darts they had on the lot. He explained the differences between the trim levels, the engine options, safety features, and answered all of my questions on the spot. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the car. I took a Dart Rallye for a test drive and instantly knew this was the car for me. When I returned from the test drive Brad and I sat at his desk and again answered all of my questions that I had thought about on the test drive. At this point I knew I wanted to purchase that vehicle and he did not hesitate to get the process started. Within a matter of 40 minutes or so I was signing the paperwork with Danielle to finalize the purchase; during this time Brad got the car into their detail department to have it cleaned up before I left. Once I had the keys in hand, Brad spent yet more time with me teaching me how to use all of the features on the car, how to change settings, and made sure that I knew everything he knew about the car before I left. He even went as far to take care of contacting my insurance company to remove the vehicle that I traded in and adding my new vehicle to my insurance plan so I would have no worries once I left. I have never had such a good car buying experience in my life, I will recommend all my friends and family to go and see Brad for any of their car buying needs.

Brad went above and beyond the call of duty. I test drove two cars while I was there. In the end, I decided that I wanted a mix between the two that they didn't have in stock. Brad was able to acquire a car that matched my preference from another location and had it in the lot in less than an hour.Danielle made all of the paperwork easy to understand and explained everything thoroughly. I wasn't familiar with all of the financing terms and procedures, and she made sure I had an understanding before I signed anything.Everybody at the dealership, including those I wasn't working with, were all very friendly. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Ronnie Miley- would have been the 4th but he turned my granddaughter over to Brad as she was determined to buy her Dart on the very day he had off. My first purchase from Ronnie was actually at another dealership and he made a customer for life when he did not treat me as a crazy old lady when I wanted to purchase my Challenger. When he changed dealerships we followed him- and our family has since purchased 3 new vehicles from Shively motors- my granddaughters Dart, my husbands Ram and most recently traded my beloved Challenger for my new Cherokee (it was a harsh winter). That may be our life time quota for new vehicles, but they will always be serviced at Shively- and we will ALWAYS refer everyone to Ronnie. Gotta add that Brad did a great very patient job with my granddaughters first ever car purchase and spent the whole day securing her first loan and helping her with the details- and Danielle the sales manager makes everyone's papersigning easier. The survey was for service and it was my 3rd time for the problem. So I wasn't really happy, but I asked for Larry this time,& hopefully it's fixed this time. I would rather talk about my salesman Trin. Trin is a very good salesman. He was very friendly & helpful all through the sales experience, and has continued to be great after the sale as well. He told me if I ever had any questions about my truck, or needed him to help me with all the electronics this thing has to just stop by. My experience at Shively Motors was EXCELLENT!!!!! My sales person, Trine Garcia, was VERY professional, VERY courteous, VERY friendly and VERY helpful. My first service experience was equally as satisfying. The service person, Logan, exhibited ALL the above qualities and made me leave the dealership with the same "warm and fuzzy" feeling. I LOVE my new Dodge Dart Limited GT !!!!!!!! It is a quick and snappy SKATEBOARD !!!!!!! Not a snow mobile though. No worries. I didn't buy it for the snow. I have a Dodge Dakota 4 X 4 for that.

I've dealt with Trin and Nick for my last two vehicle purchases, both are very professional and over all good business men. I've purchased two vehicles from them in the past couple years and my overall experience at Shively's has been nothing less than spectacular. I've also had service work done at the dealership and on all occasions everyone I've dealt with have been professional and helpful, often times going out of their way to insure my experience was the best it could be. I would recommend Shively's of Shippensburg to anyone and I've sent multiple people there, all of which have had the same experience as I have. Truly a 5 star dealership with a hometown feel.

I bought my 2012 FIAT 500 from Shively in the dead of winter. Trin was AWESOME, as was the rest of the team. I was given a great valuation on my trade, fast service in securing financing and taking care of paperwork, and follow up that made me feel truly valued as a customer. I have given Trin's card to at least a dozen friends and recommended him highly, and when I'm next in the market for a vehicle, you can be sure I'll look him up again. It is worth the drive out from Harrisburg!

We have purchased our last three vehicles from Shively's and from day one the sales and service have been excellent. The last two vehicles we purchased Trin was our salesman. Trin has been extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were purchasing and he has gone above and beyond to make sure we were getting exactly what we were looking for in our vehicles. Overall all of the employees that we have worked with have been very professional and courteous and made all of our experiences very pleasant.

I would never buy from this dealership. I live four hours away and was going to travel to see a vehicle. I was having second thoughts because of the conversation I had with the sales manager nick garcia. I just did not trust him. I just felt like he was lying to me. so when I emailed him and told him i was not coming, he emailed me back with sarcasm like "in your face". I am glad I did not travel to go there and come away with nothing. I went to VA instead and had a great experience at Myers Ford.

Just got my Nitro back today after having collision damage repaired. I found the quality of service lacking for a couple of reasons. First, when my husband first drove it, the wheel made a noise. He was told it could be paint from the body repair. Never heard of such a thing. Second, I had requested they detail it before returning it (at my expense). It was not done. It was returned like it went in. Heck, I can get it vaccumed out with an oil change by just asking! Very disappointing.
