They didn't check the size and ordered the wrong size. They gave me the same price on a higher priced set.. They have to reschule because they only had 3 tires at appointm .

We were first time buyers from Shottenkirk and were more than happy with the service that they provided for us from start to finish. We drove almost three hours to make the trip to make our purchase and it could not have gone any better. The staff was ready as soon as we got there to assist us and had everything ready to go so we could make the buying experience as smooth as possible. Everyone we spoke with very kind and welcoming and the entire process was quick. We were a little skeptical to make the drive from so far away but we are more than relieved and happy that we made the choice to go with Shottenkirk in Fort Madison. The staff is one of a kind and the service they provided for us was second to none. We recommend to everyone looking to buy a new car or truck!

Bought a 2004 truck and drove 7 miles and check engine light came on and now they won't do anything about it not happy about service will never buy from shottenkirk again also bought a acadia not even a year ago and having problems with it too

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ. I can tell you one thing, I absolutely love the new body style and the quality of the ride. I like to drive a truck that feels like Im driving a truck. The experience I had was great. I was driving through the lot and a salesman or two approached me and welcomed me to the facilities and took the time to sit and talk trucks with me for an hour or so. I applaud his patience because I am pretty picky when it comes to my trucks. I went inside with the gentlemen and he gave me some hot chocolate and popcorn. The dealership was in the middle of a massive remodel and had a few things going on but they made it as seamless as possible with all the madness going on. Anyways They treated me with respect and have followed up with me since the sale and even called me on my birthday to wish me a happy birthday. I honestly had a great experience. I had to wait for a long time like 3 hours to get my truck and get on the road but I guess with all the paper work that is expected. The sales manager I worked with was very pleasant to deal with and made me feel like he worked hard to make this truck affordable with my credit which isn't the best but not terrible either. The finance department offered a couple products that I purchased one being gap insurance and the other is an extended warranty that covers all kinds of things for like 6 years which was included into my payments for me. so far I haven't had to use it but I'm glad to have coverage after my truck will be paid off and the manufacturers warranty out of coverage. Thanks again for locating the truck I have been searching for and the great customer service I will definitely be back for my next toy!!! I learned that they donate many of the vehicles used by the local school systems, I felt that was a great gesture to the community so I wanted to return the favor because my son attends one of the schools that they donate too. I am a long-time customer of Shottenkirk in Fort Madison. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff and go out of their way to accommodate my needs. I don't have a lot of extra money but I have purchased several used cars from them and they always work with my budget. I take my car to Shottenkirk for service as well. They include a full inspection with all of their services and advise me on repair issues. I believe that they are fair and reliable. I recommend Shottenkirk to my family and friends.

I was shopping for a Lincoln Navigator and few months back and found the perfect one at Shottenkirk in Fort Madison. This dealership is located 150 miles from my home and I was reluctant at first but decided to give them a call. After calling I was immediately put to ease. The sales manger was extremely professional and very polite. Ben answered all my question and after a few minutes I decided to make a purchase. The dealership apprised my trade(and gave me a fair amount more than other dealers) over the phone and then delivered the Lincoln to my front door. My wife and I could not be HAPPIER!

Bought a used truck, had an issue while test driving. Well, I got it purchased (dead of winter, foot of snow on the ground) and realized it still wasn't right. The tire I told them was bad was actually STILL ON THE TRUCK. So, shelled out hundreds for new tires. Then, had to replace tie rod end, I did not catch this, there was axle deep snow everywhere.. My bad. (This truck was the ONLY one around that fit my seating and doors/4wd requirements. I was going to have to buy it, I just wanted the issues fixed BEFORE I laid out 10 grand on an overpriced used truck.) Then the U joints were shot. Their "coverage" with $100 deductible is laughable, I bought lifetime replacement U joints for 33 dollars at O'Reilly and changed it myself. Oh, the truck has the leaky 5.3L v8... guess what I didn't see in the snow?? An oil leak. Once it had warmed up, I found a spot. Too late, phone calls in netted me absolutely nothing but the line "We can probably throw you in a couple oil changes." I'll let you guess how happy that made me. I got taken to the cleaners by staff that was eating a bowl of cereal when I showed up, and let me sell myself a truck. If I could rate these guys in negative numbers I'd do it. I'll never go back, and hopefully this saves someone from a similar miserable experience.
