I purchased my vehicle about 6 months ran and drove great, until i got it home. 4 months later I had it in the shop, had new sensors, and VCTs put in it. Still no luck. Since I didn't get the option of a warranty, I was out of luck, so I thought. But after speaking to the general manager Bill, he assured me he wanted to help, and they did!! The problem was inside the motor, no telling where, so they replaced the motor! And was able to sign me up for a 4 year, 100,000 mile warranty! I've never seen a car company work so hard for one customer! Huge Ty to Toby in the shop for keeping me informed on progress, and then getting my vehicle back before the date you said!! Great guy all the way around!!! My husband wants a extended can truck, after this is paid off, we'll see you again for sure!!!! Thanks again!

I am not sure how this happened. but this definitely made our families life better and easier.My Toyota van needed to have both doors repaired. After the initial diagnosis I was informed of the cost for repairs to both doors. I thought about it and decided 1 door was all I could afford, hey before I got this van, I never had 4 doors just 3. I took the van in for it's appointment. After a few hours, Jim Rutt called me, letting me know that this repair was not the main important repair that would make the door open and close. Jim told me I needed to be seated to hear the bad news, I was devastated to find out how much more I needed to spend. We had just had some unimaginable oncology news. My husband and I are both handicapped and my 91 year old mom lives with us. I am the only one that can drive, I am a caregiver for both people in my residence. Under NO circumstances was I able to do anymore, I think I broke, I immediately cried, even tho I didn't mean to, I think I unhinged poor Jim. I had to call back to continue our talk. When I called back I just told him to have the service guys put it back together and I would pick it up, I wasn't able to do anymore, I could barely think.Anyway when I called back to tell Jim what I decided he told me to leave it and let them decide some things. I did and was astounded that the guys in service, their boss and a master tect worked very hard on it, help me by getting the parts I needed and did the labor on their own, not charging me for it. I was so moved the tears flowed every time I thought about it. After 3 days I went to retrieve my van with a working door. I was so happy, and after many hugs, thank you's and many tears I was on my way home. I am amazed that Show Me Auto Mall was so willing to help us out. There are people out there that go to the extreme to help out and this auto place is one of them. I can not say thank you enough for your generosity. I will be going there to have all my repairs done. I am extremely appreciative of all you did for us. Thank You so much

I took my car into Show Me because I needed to get my windshield replaced so I could get an MVI. At the service counter Jeremy walked me through the process of replacing my windshield so that I would be comfortable leaving my car in their care. I was absolutely not disappointed when I picked up my car! It looked great. Not to mention Jeremy was so polite, knowledgeable and he had great customer service! I will definitely come back to Show Me.

I went to Show Me because of the confidence that my friend, Leanna had in the dealership. She felt confident I would find at least the service I wanted and hoped I would find a dependable vehicle to make me happy. She couldn't be more correct. I did find a vehicle after looking and driving many, as I just wasn't completely sure of what I was looking for. Sam was great! He had patience with me and was determined that if I could not find a vehicle, it was because Show Me just didn't have it or couldn't find one.The great service continued. The gentleman who helped us get our loan paperwork taken care of was also great!! I cannot remember his name. We had a couple of issues with the car and they were pleasantly taken care of. Parts had to be ordered and I had to leave the car but a loaner car was provided, as promised. The lady in the office (again cannot remember her name) but she went above and beyond help as I had left something in the loaner when I returned it and she tracked it down and took care of it for me.Jim in service kept me updated on the progress of my car when it was in the shop.I couldn't have had a better group of people looking out for me!Thanks to ALL of you!!!

Shown automall in Harrisonville mo went the extra mile on my purchase of my new Toyota Tacoma. I told them I was worried about the tires and they threw in a new set. The could have went cheap but they put Hankooks with an aggressive thread. I am sure they could have thrown a cheap set on but they treated the truck like they were driving it. We traded for an Escalade ESV that required some repairs from Logan. Due to it being out of the state at work sites it was a while before we could arrange for the shop to have it for a few days. Despite that once into the shop Jeremy, he was always courteous and made frequent text & phone calls to keep me in the loop as to what was happening on a daily basis. If your looking for a nice used vehicle, I suggest you try going to Show Me Auto Mall located in Harrisonville Mo. The selection of trucks and cars was the best we found. Independence, Blue Springs and Raytown didn't have what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. We left today very satisfied with the vehicle we bought and the service we received.

Josh and Jason are great and do their best to run an honest dealership. They set high expectations of their staff, and that says something. My experience with the service department, Dillion, who handled my detailing and such, did a nice job and was efficient in getting my car back to my when I needed it. Being a busy mom with 4 kids and a soccer mom, it wasn't an easy task.

I first came to Show Me Auto Mall at the beginning of the month for an oil change and I asked Dillion to have them take a look at my trunk as well to see if they could possibly see what's up with my trunk not popping, I told him I only had $100 on me to spend for the visit so he cut me a deal. I made an appointment for the next day to get my trunk fixed! Later on that Tuesday afternoon before I left town I discovered that I had $100 missing out of my car that was in it prior to my visit. I went right back up there and spoke with Dillion who apologized and with the owner(didnt catch his name) of course nobody fessed up to taking the money but I still kept my appoinment for Wednesday anyways because it's been over a year since Ive used my trunk! They fixed my trunk that Wednesday and it was only a $20 little rubber piece part and they charged me $100 for labor that seemed unfair because theres no way it took an hour to install that simple piece! But I was just happy to have my trunk fixed! A week and a half later my trunk quit working... I called up there and I spoke with Bryce I believe and explained about what happened with my money on the Tuesday and how I felt being over charged for the labor on Wednesday so I just wanted to get my trunk looked at again and not be over charged he told me to bring it right in! So today(Tuesday) i took it in and Dillion told me what they did to help me out. They cut me a deal on diagnosing it again and let me have a loaner for free for a few hours so I could take my boy to go see the Easter Bunny because it was going to take them a few hours to fix the croading I had going on with my trunk. My experience didnt start out the greatest with my money coming up missing but Dillion did everything he could to keep a customer happy! I work where customer service is a huge thing and Dillion and Bryce went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I will be back!

This is a car dealership that is hiding nothing. I'm going to give it to you straight. I bought my first car from a dealership that rhymes with McCarthy Chevrolet in Kansas. I walked out of there with a car and with the guy at the end hating me because I didn't waste 2,500 (or 800 when he finally went all the way down) on his terrible and unclear warranty that covered "sensors." Fast forward to me dealing with Sam Edwards and Bill King. First of all, my wife pointed out that all of the men at Show me Auto Mall wear facial hair which she absolutely adores and said they don't look like, "all of the other clean shaven, slightly over-weight men at other dealerships with that fake hello and cheap goodbye when you walk out of there giving them all your money." Sam was so awesome to deal with, he shoots you straight and I was so surprised after being scarred by the other dealership that when I said, "no, I don't really like this car." His reply was, "alright well let's see what else we've got." Not only did they bend over backwards on the deal they gave me with the car I bought but they continue to check on me and make sure everything is going well with me and my new-used car. Sam Edwards is a fine and upstanding guy and you can know that when you first meet him. If you are used to dealing with other salesmen you will truly have to dial it back when you meet these guys as I shamefully admit I had to do after a couple of sentences in talking with them. There are no cheap tricks here. After Sam had told us that just from shopping there you get a FREE LIFETIME DRIVE TRAIN WARRANTY on the vehicle...and then for 2,500 you can get FREE LIFE TIME BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY which can be cancelled in the next 10 years at anytime and you will be refunded the pro-rated amount our mouth's hit the floor. So not only is this a great dealership filled with real men with beards, they actually for once have a warranty worth considering. My wife and I love this place and as long as we live in or close to Missouri, we will be going back here when it's time for another car and Sam will be our guy.

Bought a 07 impala ss from them with 62000 miles on it long story short had to replace the entire pully system, I'm pretty sure a wobbling harmonic balencer isn't good but they claim it was ok. Same with a popping cv joint when turning. The car had been wrecked down drivers side, and the customer service is crap they never answer phones when the ladies at desk direct your call. Also was guaranteed the car had fresh tired and alignment but when I went to balance and rotate tires the driver front was barely showing wires and the undercarriage was rusted out. They helped with some stuff but had to pay outta pocket a different dealer to resolve alignment, tire isues and rust. Also the mechanic from show me auto mall that worked on my car is shady I noticed my car was loping only to find out my plug wire was disconnected! And a pin hole in my coolant line.. they should be ashamed

I purchased my 2013 Ford Escape less than 30 days ago, imagine my dismay when Wed night it broke down, shutting down do to a coolant issue. I had purchased the lifetime warranty so called the service department to see what to do. I called the service and had my car towed to the dealership. Dillon Hoffman picked me up and made sure I got to the dealership before six so I could get a loaner to drive. I was upset that my car had a problem when I had put less than 700 miles on it. We came to look at a certain vehicle that I had found on Craigslist. The truck wasn't in the condition I thought it was. So, they looked into every vehicle they had to see if we could find something we liked. We wound up buying a lot nicer truck than I ever thought I'd have. And, they worked to stay in my budget. The service after the sale has not been anything to brag about. They didn't do some of the things they said they would and my wife was treated horrible when she took the truck back to get it serviced, which they didn't do. We have a nice truck but won't deal with them again

I went to Show me auto mall on 01/15/2016 with it set in my mind to purchase a new car that I had seen on their website. After showing up Logan (who I had already spoke with in the phone) met me at the car with the keys in hand. I went for a quick test drive then went inside to start the deal. Logan did an excellent job making sure we were happy with the price before we moved on to finalize the deal. I drove away that night with a 10 year newer vehicle and a warranty (Wrap) that I couldn't believe. I took my Jeep in to be serviced on 1/25/2016 to have an oil change, MVI, pick up a spare tire and get a new key. I was there for about an hour before Jeremy offered me a loaner car because the shop was extremely busy that day. I picked my Jeep up on 1/26/2016 with the spare, 2 new tires, an oil change, and a fixed coolant leak that I didn't even know I had. I also picked up my new key (which is why it took so long) and turns out my Jeep also has remote start! Will defiantly be coming back to this dealer.

I took my vehicle into them to check out an oil leak that I had previously fixed by one of the "big" guys around town 1 1/2 months ago and paid a lot of money. I called and spoke with Dillon Hoffman and explained the situation and he said sure bring it up and we will take a look at it. With in a few minutes of checking in he they had already found the issue. The last place I took it didn't tighten something correctly therefore oil was leaking out. They tightened it for me at no charge and sent me on my way. Great customer service and will definitely be doing business there again.

My husband researched online to find a 2010 Suburban with bench seats. He found one with low miles that looked to be in great shape at this dealership. (Apparently, this dealer likes to keep only vehicles with low mileage on the lot.) We live an hour away, so we called to see if they still had the Suburban, then drove over to take a look at it. It fit the bill, so within 3 hours of driving on the lot, we were driving away as new owners of a car we love. The kids' room kept our older son busy during the process. The popcorn was a plus for our hungry toddler. Nick helped us initially, and Bill helped finalize the financing.

I found a wonderful car through their website, the exact make/model I needed and not too high of mileage. They went above and beyond to ensure that I wasn't buying something that would be a maintenance nightmare. They did a full service on it, checked its history, and replaced 2 tires that wouldn't have survived the winter. They even took me back to their service area to see 3 guys working their tails off to make sure that car was spotless before I even signed the check.The level of service was great, but it was the professionalism of the salesman Mike that really won me over. I've been to several dealerships recently only to have the same pushy sales tactics repeated over and over. I knew what I wanted, I knew what I could afford, and I didn't need to be tricked into an up-sale and some obscene loan with terms I could never meet. Mike helped me get the car I needed and best of all I didn't spend half a day haggling.

I drove an hour and a half to see a particular vehicle. I even called ahead to make sure that vehicle was still available. When I arrived at dealership vehicle was no where to be found the owner or a salesman was out joy riding in it. I will not do business with a dealership that drives the cars around town joy riding or out to lunch that is what personal vehicles are for! No telling what they do with customers cars then.

After driving 4 hours one way the truck I went to look at wouldn't start. I was in need of a truck and only had a one way ride and the dealer knew this. The truck had numerous small dents and scratches, a broken mirror, bald tires, a vibration when I test drove it and a tear in the seat. They were nice folks just not very honest with me.

Went up to look at a suburban on the lot and after making a decision on one, the negotiations and preliminary paperwork was completed within 45 minutes. Very very easy to work with and no shady sales tactics. Fair asking prices on vehicles and if there is an issue with a vehicle you are interested in they will see to it that it is taken care of! After reading several negative reviews but finding the truck we thought we wanted, we started toward Show Me Auto from Central Kansas. Once we arrived, we realized that there were no employees out on the lot as they were all helping customers so we found our way inside. Practically two steps into the door, the manager met us and set us up with Nick to help us throughout the day, and what a day it was! I was set on a primarily a Silverado, F-150, Sierra, or Tundra. After test driving not one, or two, but three Silverados, Nick found out that we had not driven an F-150 and gave us the keys to a 2011 to drive but warned us that it was out of the price range I had so aggressively set. We drove the truck and fell in love with the handling of the vehicle and wanted to test drive others. Out of more curiosity than really anything, Nick went ahead and with our approval ran the numbers to find out what our payments would be. After some time in his manager's office he came with the results that we were actually right where we wanted to be for payments because they were willing to compromise with us to get it into the price range that we had set. We did have a good trade-in but still, the team at this dealership was extraordinarily good at serving us in the best possible ways. I do not think that any of the team missed an opportunity to offer us water, show us around, or share their life stories with us, after we walked through the door at 1130 until we left an hour and a half after their closing time. Nick was exemplary at showing us the vehicles that we wanted to see but where I think he truly succeeded was his integrity. He seemed to have a thorough knowledge of information of the vehicles but as a 'used car salesman' we as customers must be wary. However, upon intense inspection of the vehicle that I wanted I found something that proved he knew the back story of the vehicles on his lot. If you ever get the privilege of going to Show Me Auto and the honor to work with Nick Snider, ask him of the sea shell story. I am sure he is not going to forget it for some time to come but in the meantime I am going to go drive my awesome new ride!

The staff there is very nice and helpful with any questions you have. I would have given it 4 to 5 stars if they weren't so flooded with work and under staffed. Doug was my service writer very nice and working hard to help me. With only 2 of them and enough work for 4 or 5 guys it's hard for them to get in touch with you quickly. Also they need more service techs so that they aren't rushing your vehicle out and you know it's done properly. The bosses need to figure that out so there customers are happy and there employees aren't falling apart from being over worked.

Just know you're buying a used vehicle from a used car salesman. They don't seem to look the vehicles over and fix things like some other lots. Your buying pretty much how they get it at auction. I got a decent deal on an 06 f150. Their selection was good. There was significant rust painted over that came up within weeks. Probably not painted over by Show Me. They did do a good job detailing. The salesman I had didn't know a whole lot about the vehicles either. In the end, know you're dealing in used cars and look it over really good before buying.

I bought a Silverado truck from this dealer less than two months ago. First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nick, Josh, and the GM were all very accessible, even by text message. I was told that no wrecks had ever occurred. I wasn't told until after I purchased it that it had been repossessed from original owner. I think the truck has been in an acident. 2 weeks after purchasing, check engine light came on. Had it looked at by Chevy dealer and it is not going to be a small fix. Since owning, power has literally shut off COMPLETELY while driving 70 mph on interstate...3 different times. Scary stuff when it's at night. Anyway, I had the alternator and battery tested. Battery power was good, however, the dealer put in an incredibly cheap and small battery...WAY too small for a big Silverado truck (500 CCA). So, I had to buy a new $175 battery with correct power amp in order to keep the truck from overloading. Hopefully I don't lose power again. Also, no spare tire with the truck, which I suppose is my fault for not noticing before purchasing. Got a great price on the truck, I just hope it is not a lemon, as it is beginning to seem like it is. I reached out to the sales team and asked if they'd like to make all of this "right" before I put a bad review online, and they simply said "No, if you didn't purchase the extended warranty, there's nothing we can do. Bad things happen to good people sometimes." I live 2 hours from the dealer so it was a bit of a pain to visit them several times. They even forgot to give me an inspection sheet so that when I went to get the vehicle licensed, I didn't have what I needed. They later mailed me one, which they obviously just filled out in order to appease me and keep me from having to drive back in for a $20 inspection.

Please don't buy here. This place knows there are problems with there trucks but relies on the warranty they sell you to cover all the things they should have fixed. We bought our truck from here and the transmission had problems. Took it back and after two weeks later they said they couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission but fixed injectors. It came back to us with 3000 more miles on it. A month later the transmission went out and the the warranty company wouldn't pay for a NEW transmission so we went through three before we fit one that didn't over heat. They didn't care out of the six months we had it it was there getting repays for four total. Don't do it go anywhere else.

Dealership pros: FRIENDLY salesmen, LARGE SELECTION of vehicles, OUTSTANDING warranties, NO PRESSUREDealership cons: Feel finance department did not disclose enough information to salesman before meeting with that department. However, things were professionally resolved before leaving that department. After hearing about this awesome dealership in Harrisonville, I had to add it to my hunt for a vehicle. Dick Mais greeted me and let me investigate the entire lot, even the "not listed yet" vehicles to help me with my automobile needs. Dick listened to my needs and wants... and was able to directly recommend specific vehicles which would satisfy my requests. After letting me test drive several vehicles, I selected the best car and deal for me. Listed price was lower than comparatives on KBB and NADA and even let me have a mechanic inspect the car before purchasing it. Lifetime warranty, first year of service on them, and Dick made sure my "used" vehicle was just like a "new" vehicle by having the service department take care of some things you would expect with used vehicles. They cleaned it, shined the tires and checked the pressure, touched up some paint, installed a brand new windshield that even beads away rain, and Dick made sure I had plenty of gas. No one else can match the warranties offered for the qualifying vehicles. Cannot totally rate the service department yet, but thinking if the same friendliness, professionalism, and "wow" will be extended through out the entire Show Me Auto Mall, then this dealership will have the complete package and you will not want to do business anywhere else.My only qualm was some of the pricing that came up during the finance department meeting which had not been suggested as possibilities before meeting with them.. Some information was brought to my attention by my salesman Dick before going into the financial office; like what is included in their pricing and services, sometimes with financing there could be a down payment, and there are fees for extending warranties. However, that qualm was assured by the professional explanations, the detailed explanations of any of the paperwork, and the double-checking of information before the process was finalized. Although SHOW ME AUTO MALL is not in your immediate neighborhood, CHECK OUT their large inventory, GREAT customer service and AWESOME warranties!

I loaded up the wife and 2 young boys to make a 2 hour drive for an older inexpensive truck. That deal fell through as there wasn't adequate space for my boys' car seats. I brought my car in recently with a horrible grinding noise. Being a single woman I was afraid of being taken advantage of and this appointment costing me a fortune. That wasn't the case at all!! Doug took great care of me. He had the problem identified and taken care of in a couple of hours and the price was less than I had expected. He was very courteous and professional. He actually went above and beyond, I feel, because he knew I had something unexpected come up and he offered to let me borrow a car while mine was being worked on to go take care of what I needed to. Salesmen were great, just like they want you to think, so youll buy a vehicle. Bought a twenty five hundred dollar warranty and a 2008 truck from them, my new truck set in their shop for three weeks, on two seperate ocasions, out of the first month that i had it. They were super nice, even talked me into writing a great review for them.Both times that i got my truck back, it ran worse. I eventually had to take the truck to Precision Tune in order to have it fixed correctly. Had to pay out of my own pocket, but after all the trouble with show me auto mall, it was well worth it. Show me auto mall gave me a years worth of free oil changes, I do the oil changes myself or pay precision tune to do them if im busy with work. Ive learned to avoid, at all costs, ever letting their mechanics touch my truck again. Ive never come across a place i have no trust for, as much as Show me auto mall. Love my truck i bought from them but now that it runs ten times better, ill never let them touch it. Sales men were nice, but when have you ever meant a mean sales men. Gotta be nice to someone in order to sale them something.

By far the best experience I have ever had from both original service visit with my old truck to buying used truck from them, and then to after market service for add on items. Never felt like just a number when I called in with problem with my old pick up that wasn't even bought from them. Doug the service tech I was assign to took time to explain issues with my truck after taking time to completely and thoroughly investigate issues with vehicle. Didn't try to up sell or push unneeded repairs, even took time to work with me on timing of getting vehicle done and back to me. So it was not a burden on me and my schedule being a independent contractor. Unfortunately with in a few weeks of repairs being completed, another problem arose, unrelated to original repairs. Again Doug took the time needed to talk with me not over me, to go over my options and what pricing would be for the different options available. He went above and beyond to attempt to keep my repair bill as low as possible. I decided not to repair instead traded it in and purchase from off lot, as part of deal had after market items added to truck again, Doug took time to discuss options with me and work withy schedule to get new truck in and out of shop as quickly as possible, with least amount of inconvenience possible. Based on my dealings with Doug I have already recommended several friends to dealership for service, as well as my own mom who will now be having her service done on her vehicle instead of paying inflated prices for service from the original dealership she bought her vehicle from. The have a customer for life in me and my family.

I bought my Ford raptor here. They gave me a good trade in value on mine, and a truly fair price on the raptor. They did a 100ish point inspection and fixed everything that was or wasn't wrong with it. Also came with a free lifetime powertrain warranty. The dealer Nick is awesome to work with. Broken window regulatorCalled on Tuesday and was in the service dept that afternoon to look at issue. Part was ordered and received next morning and repaired Wednesday afternoon. Was expecting a few days wait on part and was happily surprised was in next morning and scheduled that afternoon for repair. Was done in less time than was told. I went into show me auto mall with very tight budget and needing a good amount for my car as a trade in. It was between their dealership and JKB. I actually had a car picked out at JKB but my husband wanted to stop by Show Me first and sure glad I did! They we ALL very friendly and were able to work with me on everything. Mike Dudok, our salesman was pretty awesome, he had a lot of patience and very pleasant. They had me approved and everything and had a car that I knew I wanted instead. I did go to JKB before finalizing my deal at Show Me to make sure I wanted to changen my mind. And when we got to JKB Ruth was very unpleasant and rude, not to mention condescending. I was there maybe a total of 20 min and left to go complete my sale at Show Me Auto Mall. When I returned Mike was awaiting us with paperwork and everything, the best part was it didn't even take long to do. Quickest and the best place I have ever been to buy a car from sales personnel to, management, and finance. I would 100% recommened them and will be going there for the rest of our car purchases.

Very professional operation on par with new car dealerships. My entire experience from viewing trucks on the website, to sales, service, test drive, to purchase was outstanding. I felt no pressure, wasn't hurried, and was treated like a person not a dollar sign. Josh in sales was awesome. He focused on my purchase from start to finish, which is very important to me (I've walked off many a dealership in my day for inattentive salesman.) The truck I wanted had dead batteries. Josh had the service department on it STAT. He managed the situation and didn't just hand it off. The Service Department was on the ball and had a new alternator and batteries delivered and installed in less than 45 minutes. Usually, I don't return to used car/truck dealerships for service work, but this experience with the Service Department has proven it is a professional operation and has earned my future service patronage. While the truck was getting fixed, Clifton had a look at my trade in and gave it a test drive. And even though my trade in was a piece of junk he was friendly and professional. With the truck fixed, I took a comprehensive test drive with Josh and he answered all my (tons) of questions about the truck. After that we went to his desk and started the negotiation. What's important here is two things: It's an semi-secluded desk like a new car dealership, so there is some privacy to talk without being overheard; the other is negotiation, yup, just like a new car dealership. (Not like the shady dealerships on the stip with fixed prices and predatory lending practices.) We did go over some of Show Me Auto's financial options, which were not too bad really, but I declined since I was pre-approved by my bank and had everything through them already (direct deposit, checking, savings, insurance, etc). The negotiation went smoothly with offer/counter offer banter, while Josh was middleman. I never did get to meet The Great and Terrible Oz behind the curtain, but we reached a price I was happy with. The point to remember is there was a negotiation.Bill in Admin/Finance had the paperwork ready in just a few short minutes. And after a quick call to my bank to engage the insurance, I was on the road home in my new (used) Ford F-350 Light Armored Vehicle! My wife looked forever to try and find the truck I wanted. She had checked with every dealer in the Kansas City area and as I predicted, no one would work for her. If they didn't have it, it wasn't worth they're time to help her look for what she wanted. She finally got a hold of a salesman named Josh Mcanally at show me auto mall in Harrisonville Mo. I'm happy with my overall experience with Show Me Auto Mall. Rocky was very nice and helpful during the sales process. The same evening I drove it home I noticed a strange noise that the dealership didn't notice, and I brought it back in first thing the next morning. They were very willing to fix it and I had my car back in two days. Things happen, I'm just very appreciative that they were so accommodating and willing to make a repair to a brand new purchase even after I drove off the lot with it. I think they are genuinely a nice staff of people.

Arranged for delivery of truck. They ate shipping costs so that was a plus, but was days late on delivery. Then on day of delivery the driver was hours late. Truck smelled like driver smoked inside cab the entire trip (3-4hrs). Truck was muddy and on quater tank when delivered. Was told it was supposed to be washed and tank full of gas. Was also told by salesman he would send gas card in the mail but haven't seen it yet. It's been 3 weeks..One thing I'm not sure on: I was told by the salesman that the state of MO made them charge me a $199 "fee" but when I filled out paperwork I had to sign a form saying I understood the fee was not required by law but by dealer. I won't be using them again, I feel like I got screwed.

I drove from oklahoma to look at a 2008 f 250 that is still on the lot. The truck is listed as completely reconditioned and in great condition. You expect a $30,000 truck to be in decent condition. I let them know I was coming from a long way asked some very detailed questions. The truck was nothing like advertised, it was in horrible condition. The paint had been touched and had overspray all over the trim. The engine that had just been overhauled was rough and exhaust leaked into the truck the entire test drive. Rain leaked in both front windows, and the transmission got stuck in 3rd gear during the drive back to the dealership. This is legitimately a $5000 truck with an asking price of $30,000. I bought a similar truck a week later that put this one to shame. This truck was so disappointing I gave the keys to a lot porter and didn't even bother to look at another vehicle on the lot before leaving. I called the manager and texted the salesman but the truck is still there waiting for some sucker in love with lifted trucks to come along.

WELL I don't know where to start. I just purchased my 5th truck from Sho me auto. That in its self should speak volumes for the excellent customer service they have provided to me time and time again. Mike in sales was able to work with my very busy schedule to stay late and meet with me. And was even in contact with me on his days off. I JUST WANT TO BE CLEAR ! ON HIS TIME HE WAS STILL IN CONTACT WITH ME Communication is the key to success. The only problem was I wanted a truck with special features very hard to find. Mike was able to work with Clifton the sales manager and together they found the perfect truck. It was located out of state so they sent an employee to pick it up and have it back at the dealer within 24 hrs. It is almost impossible to find that kind outstanding service. After the sale I was introduced to the service department only to find out that they service all makes and models. Including all makes of diesel engines. I love my new truck but have to say I do look forward to making my next auto purchase from Sho me Auto And encourage anyone with any type credit or auto needs from 1 ton trucks to smart cars.

Came in for an inspection and was having a problem with my blinker. The tail light assemble was retaining water and caused my blinker bulb to blow out and also damaged the socket. The guys cleaned out the assembly, sealed it so it would not retain water again, replaced the fuse, ordered a new socket and replaced it and replaced the bulb. Only charged me parts, no labor for the job. Always amazing here. I highly recommend yhem to anyone for sales or service. Chris always makes sure I am good to go. Nathan took great care of my vehicle. Much appreciated guys. Keep up the great service.

It seemed like we were always needing a pickup so we began looking around Liberty (where we live) and Independence. My wife happened to see a nice 2011 GMC with just under 40K miles on Craigslist it so we called Monday night and spoke with Matt who had just joined the sales team. Tuesday night after work we drove from Liberty to Harrisonville to see and test drive the truck. We brought the truck, trading in our 2012 Hyundai Accent. Both Matt and Bill King were extremely friendly and we were on our way home two hours later. I have to say that Show Me Auto Mall is a rare fine. There is no comparison to the way they treated us to the other dealers we had sought out. I doubt it seriously if we would ever consider going anywhere else. These folks are genuinely friendly and there is definitely no hard sell. Great bunch of guys!

I purchased a 2006 Dodge 3500 dually at Show Me in October of 2014. Sales did a great job in getting me in to something that would suit me needs and was reasonably priced. Fast forward to March of 2015, I noticed a squealing coming from the engine compartment which turned out to be the A/C compressor. The air conditioning system was replaced upon purchase, so when I called Show Me they immediately scheduled a service appointment to make repairs. They were able to repair the system under a parts warranty at no cost to me. Bryce in service did a great job.

I took in a work truck that had the worst smell of rat urine and droppings, it was so bad that i should of probably had a respirator on, Doug with the service department told me to bring it in and they would look at it. He said he had never seen anything like it in all his years of being in this business. So they completely gutted the interior of the truck, caught all the rats and cleaned and replaced everything that they needed to and I got the truck back and it smells like a brand new truck!! I then jumped on the computer and several sites had Show Me Auto Mall that kept popping up. Harrisonville is very distant to where I live. We decided to make the trip there to look at their stock. We were approached by Tim Holmes. Very friendly and knowledgeable about each vehicle that we looked at. Patient as well. Smiling the whole time we dealt with him... made you feel welcome. After three trips to the dealer (our choice to look and come back after we narrowed down our search), we decided to buy. I was buying my first "family friendly" sports car as a present to myself after graduating from college and being able to afford something that i didn't have to fix every 5 minutes like I was accustomed to being in college. Josh Helped me and was patient with me and understood that when i said i was leaving because i was going to discuss it with my wife (who was still at work at the time) he didn't pressure me to sign then just make the deal. Looked at and drove 3 cars from their dealership that day and came and went to think things over and discuss and Josh was very patient and made sure i got the best deal that worked for everyone. Went through in house financing and got a great rate and an even better full bumper to bumper LIFETIME warranty for less than i have spent in the past for one of the 3 year 30k power train warranties that some other dealers offer. Will be returning within a few weeks to a few months to get a newer better vehicle for my wife.

I had a Ford F-150 that needed a bunch of work. The front suspension was pretty much shot and the engine was leaking coolant. They were able to rebuild the front suspension, replace the head gaskets and heads all with in a week. They always called me with an update of the repairs and did excellent work. I would recommend them to everyone that needs service work.

We bought our 2010 Dodge Ram in January 2014. In July, the A/C quit blowing cold. We took it in and had it charged with freon and dye. Returned 2 weeks later and they determined it was coming from the Evaporator behind the dash. They fixed it and had it back within 2 days. Thankfully we purchased the extended warranty offered by them and we only paid $100 for the entire repair. Great service and understanding staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had my Buick Enclave motor go out on me a few weeks ago. I was shocked about the news of the engine going out. Ernie and Chris assisted me with this tremendously. They expressed concern about the problem and handled it efficiently and professionally. This is the only place I take my car to for service. They keep all my records so the warranty wouldn't be an issue. They found a way to get me a great new engine that the warranty would cover. It only took a week to diagnose, order and install the new engine. During the process I was communicated with on a daily basis, even well past closing hours, keeping me posted on the progress of the car. I was given a loaner Enclave for the week at no extra fee. Great Service, Great People!! Good job guys!!

Everytime we took our truck there we got it back in worse shape then when we took in. We bought our truck from there. They told us it still needed work so we had to take it in. It took them for ever to get in in and then took a month for us to get it back. When we finally got it back the lights flickered. Something is wrong with the wiring now. And the breaks. Everything was fine before we took there. Then we took it in for an oil change and now it looses oil pressure. We have a desiel truck. Maybe they would be fine with a reg car or truck but so far they have messed everything up on our truck. They claim they have desiel mechanics but I'm going to go out on a limb and say they don't. They said all the work they did was warranted but we went to get all that stuff fixed and they said no. I new that would happen though because when I tried to get the guy to put said warranty in writing he wouldn't do it. So I knew. Needless to say we won't be back there ever. Not even for the free inspections.

He let us test drive any cars we saw fit and worked really hard to get us to finance the way we wanted. He was very sociable and negotiable to work with! I came in to Show Me Auto Mall looking for a crew cab truck. I was helped by Tim Hudson and I'm glad that I just happened to get him. I actually prefer buying from individuals rather than dealers because I don't like pressure sales. I got just the opposite from Tim and Show Me Auto Mall. Tim was helpful, honest and "no nonsense". Not only did I get the cleanest Tundra I could find anywhere near here, I got an excellent price on it! I slept on the deal and called the next day and said I wanted to come buy it. On short notice, Clifton, one of the managers, jumped in and got the paperwork completed and I was in and out within about an hour with a new vehicle! I never would have thought I would say it, but I think that I found a dealership that I will come back to again and again.I have not used their service department but will actually buy a warranty from them for my vehicle and start going there for services. Their facilities are clean the people are friendly. I was impressed with the selection of their vehicles as well. They have a great mix of used vehicles in VERY good shape that have all been thoroughly inspected and serviced prior to being sold. It is no surprise to me that in a few short years they have went from a small used car shop around the corner to this larger facility with service, parts, and a huge selection. Go check them out. You will be glad you did.....I am!

Due to many personal financial problems, I found myself in a broke down car, a family to support and no money to fix my car while still making payments. I called Show me and they didn't try to get me to come in....they took my info online and communicated by phone. This was odd to me because it wasn't a typical salesman move. It was NICE to start the process without even leaving my house. I have a bad credit score but they worked hard for 6 hours and got me approved, in a better vehicle than I originally asked for, at the payment I was comfortable with. They treated me like a person, answered my questions and made me comfortable. Given the bad credit score, the interest rate was high but they got me back on the road when no one else could. This is a small town and you're treated like family. They understand personal problems and they'll work with you to earn your business.

We went to purchase a truck from this dealership over a year ago. After deciding on the truck we wanted and negotiating price to a payment we were comfortable with, we also decided to trade in my car. The point of trading in the car was to lower payments as we were going up in truck payments. 6 days after purchasing the truck the engine blew up. We are talking a 2007 Silverado 1500 with 79,000 miles. There should have been no issues and we were assured the vehicle went through their service center when we purchased the vehicle. When we first looked at the vehicle the check engine light was on and we were assured it would be fixed. When we took delivery they said it was just a sensor. When we called about the engine we were first told we would have to wait until after the weekend because it was Friday evening of a 3 day holiday weekend. My husband was upset and they agreed if we could get the vehicle to them they would provide a loaner as we were going out of town and I was already in southern Missouri. The loaner they gave had NO gas. When j say no gas...I mean bone dry. The loaner also got terrible gas mileage, so we have to overspend our budget to have enough gas to get home. When we returned to we asked for a different vehicle. We were given a different loaner once again with no gas. The truck would hardly stay running. After 2 weeks we finally got our truck back. A couple of days later the check engine light came on again. We took it back and they fixed it again. At this point we were worried about the quality of the vehicle and told the dealership that we would like to look at other trucks to get out of this one. We were advised that we would have a high amount of inequity because we hadn't even made a payment. What? We put 500 miles on it and they are telling us we are already upside down? We hadn't had it a month! We kept the truck for only a few months before we found a dealer willing to work with us and get us a great deal! Looking back now...we were unsure how we ever got my car financed though. They could only get a us an interest rate in the teens and in just 6 months I was over 7 thousand dollars upside down in my car. I realize that I should have looked at the numbers better, but the dealership should feel guilty for screwing us over so bad on the numbers. We have since been working with an amazing credit union with excellent rates for new and used cars and once again found a vehicle at Show Me that we were interested in. We made three trips to the dealership and on the third were told that they were working on the bottom dollar figure. They kept trying to get us to run our credit and see what the could do, but we insisted that the 4% interest with our own financing is what we wanted to do. We did not want any other bank. After the 4th day that we were told we would get a call with the numbers I called three times, and our salesman had not communicated to the manager that we were only concerned with the bottom line. They offered us $5000 under retail for our truck and their truck was $1500 over retail. In speaking with Clifton he told us that he could go down to a certain amount, but we told him we were still about $1000 over where we needed to be. We told him if he could get another $500 we would meet in the middle. He said he would speak to Josh the owner and call us back. 3 days later we got a phone call from our salesman, and Clifton denied even offering the number he did. This dealership let us walk away over $500. We gave them a chance to redeem themselves and they ruined it. Nobody ever remembers what they told you, they want to push you into something else that you don't want because v they don't want to negotiate prices and they simply only care about their sales and not their customers. We will never think about using this dealership again and will tell everyone we know not to even look at their lot. When you try to call them put on their mistakes they only argue that they did nothing wrong and they do not care about reputation. We also know others who have purchased vehicles here and every one of them has ended back in the shop. They do a crap job of detailing their vehicles and you get it in the condition the previous owners left it in. STAY AWAY! DON'T EVER GIVE THEM A CHANCE! THEY WON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR WANTS OR NEEDS ONLY THEIR OWN!

Great dealership, customer service first. They were really busy when we arrived, I knew what I wanted to look at and they just did a quick license swap for keys so we could inspect while they got someone to help us. I had plenty of time to inspect and check out on my own. Salesman was very knowledgeable about vehicle accessories and never tried to sell it to me. Never any pressure and priced right. Purchased a vehicle and had equity in it at time of purchase. Family friendly with the kid activity area so we could do the paperwork without interruptions. Financing was a snap with a great interest rate.

Everyone loves buying a car but dreads going to dealerships because you basically get bombarded with annoying sales people wanting to get their commission for the day. This place is WAY different! I drove 9 hours to do business with Show me auto mall, they had the truck I wanted and it was at the price I wanted it at so I decided to hop in the truck and make the trip. Over all it was an easy transaction, Nick was good at helping me with what I wanted. My biggest issue was that the truck was not looked over well enough and had some dings that really needed to be fixed as well as some amateur holes drilled in the bed for a 5th wheel hitch. I wish they would have been fixed there but they did agree to pay for the dings to be fixed, I will follow up after they have been fixed so everyone knows how they did.

Rocky is completely awesome because I had to take it in for service and it was supposed to be possibly three weeks before I could get a rental. I purchased a GMC 2500 with no finance needed I did not haggle on price was hopping for hassle free transaction but that was far from the case the day I bought the truck Tuesday I was told I could not have it till Friday it needed to be detailed Friday came it was not done I was told Monday . I called on Monday and was told Wednesday at the latest Friday Thursday I called was told I would get a call back never did Friday came no call so I called them was told sorry it will be Saturday no call then either at my wits end Monday morning I was told by the end of the day Tuesday I went back in fairly upset and was told they had been waiting on a part and I could have it at the end of the day and I did . 16 days after I came in with a check a long time for a detail I was unaware of any mechanical problems was never told about them but as upset as I was I thought my ordeal was over it was not they did not have the title and did not come up with it for 5 more weeks. Which I was told by the license bureau that selling me the truck without them having the title was indeed illegal, they hadn't even received the lien release at the time they sold me the truck. BUYER BEWARE!!

So I've had my 07 GMC sierra for three months now. Burns a quart or more of oil in about 2300 miles. Doesn't smoke or leak so the oil is going somewhere. Without name dropping the service department is who I've dealt with the most not very friendly and he told it was normal for that to happen. Are you kidding me. I'm a mechanic myself and have owned 2 other sierra's before the one I bought from show me. Never had a gm engine with 80000 that burned over a quart of oil. Looking at over a week before I could get it in and lucky me I paid for the extended warranty and the power train warranty. Are they going to do the work and honor the warranty find the problem I sure hope so if not two thumbs down.

Bill will do his best to get you the best finance that he possible can. He got us the best trade in that he could and we were very happy with his service to us. Chris Palis in the service department treated us very professionally. He made the appointment for our new purchase to have it checked out and was right there on time. He called to make sure the time was good for us and when they went through the car Chris called me to let me know what they found with the car and what was going to be fixed. The car was ready at the time he had given me even with the shop being loaded with other customers. I don't feel you could ever find a better dealer to do business with. We came to Show Me Auto Mall after seeing the Mazda CX-9 on the Internet. When we arrived, we couldn't find the SUV and Carlos told us it had been sent to auction. He assured us that it could be brought back if we were serious about it. The next day at 10am the Mazda was at the dealership ready for us to test drive! My husband told Carlos we had a prior engagement that required us to leave town at 1pm, and Carlos wasted no time! He even watched our 2 & 4 year old daughters while we did the financing! In fact, before we even sat down, Carlos had our girls set up in the play room watching a movie. As a parent of 2 girls himself, he knew exactly what our family needed! Carlos made sure to introduce us to the service manager and make us familiar with that area of the dealership if we should ever need it. There is not enough space to describe my experience with Show Me Auto. My dream vehicle has been a 2007 or newer Jeep Wrangler for a number of years. I started my search online and came across Show Me Auto that had what I was looking for which was a 6 speed, 2007 Wrangler Sahara, Hardtop,4 Wheel drive. Coming from Lawrence, KS I had a 1 hour plus commute, which was fine with me. Once I get to the dealership I meet up with Carlos the salesman who had the Jeep waiting for me. The Jeep was in great condition, and the test drive went great! Once I got back from the test drive I knew this was the Jeep for me, after filling out the paperwork I was good to go. Before I left Carlos introduced me to Bryce in service and Bryce said that I could drive the Jeep home for a couple of weeks and bring it back and they will detail the jeep and fix anything that is wrong with it!! Who does that?? I have never heard of a used car dealership that will let you take the car/truck/jeep home for a couple of weeks..if there is anything wrong they will fix it! That was absolutely amazing to me! I talked to Bryce, and he assured me that they will take care of me, he even gave me his personal cell phone so that if anything came up I had a way of getting a hold of him. What service guy does that?? I texted all the things that I could see wrong with my Jeep and sure enough..Bryce took care of it and he stayed in touch with me as if I was the only customer. I really appreciated the contact via phone and text! It is hard to get this type of communication unless somebody wants money from you! Bryce's communication was great!! Again this experience was fantastic all the way around...while they were working on my Jeep they gave me a loaner car to drive. I am absolutely a fan of "Show Me Auto" and the services that they provide. I would recommend them to anyone! I was very impressed with Bryce and the service team!

My trip to Show Me Auto Mall started excellent (05/03/2014), Tim the salesman that I met with was very nice and friendly. I couldnt have asked for a better salesman. He answered all my questions and was not pushy at all. After a short test drive and seat down to go over the numbers, I advised Tim I needed to talk to my wife before making any decisions. Tim was very understanding and in fact let me take the vehicle home for the weekend.What happened next is where I am upset. Tim filled out the paperwork for a 30 day temp tag and put that on the vehicle for me. I am unhappy because I returned the vehicle after the weekend with a few issues or concerns that I had. Tim assured me that they service department would take care of all the issues.One week later I return to sign the papers and pay for the truck (outside financing). I was advised the vehicle was not ready for me to take home because the service department was waiting on a part. I had no problem with this. What made me mad was 4 days later (11 days after the test drive) my vehicle is ready to be picked up. I found out that my 30 day temp tag is the same one from my test drive 11 days ago. I felt my temp tag should have been from the time I purchased the vehicle and not the day I test drove it.After my wife and I signed all the papers and handed over the check for the vehicle that the paper work would be mailed to us that day. Now today (05/16/2014), 6 days for the day I purchased the vehicle and 13 days from the time I was issued a temp tag, I still have not received my paperwork needed to register the vehicle. After a phone call to Show Me Auto Mall, we were advised that the paperwork would be mailed out soon and should arrive by May 21, 2014. So 19 days after I was issued a 30 day temp tag during a test drive I will final have my paper work to get the vehicle registered. That leaves with me with 5 business days to get my vehicle registered with the 26th of May being a holiday.To make matters worse when I purchased the vehicle the low fuel light was on and the dash read 40 miles to empty. So my first stop was right across the street to get fuel. So when I picked up my vehicle the gas tank was very low, the temp tag was 9 days old and there were multiple things that werent fixed that they said they would fixed. Unfortunately I had already paid.Not the type of experience I was looking for when buying a vehicle. A nice salesman followed by poor service led to an unhappy customer.

I am one who does not like going to car lots and having to deal with pushy salesmen. Was pleasantly surprised at Show Me Auto Mall. I was given the chance to look around the lot a little before approached by a salesman and then instead of steering me he actually listened to what I had too say and showed me vehicles that would work for me inside the price structure I had given him. The salesman, Mike Dudok, stayed well past closing time just showing me vehicles and did not give the impression he minded staying late at all. My wife and I came back the following evening and ended up purchasing a Nissan Titan, a vehicle that had not even been on our radar until Mike suggested it. We live in Overland Park and we knew what vehicle we were looking for. We called Show Me Auto because they had three available. We had never heard of them but we were impressed with their online prices right off the bat. We called and they were very professional and gave us enough information over the phone to warrant driving out to check it out.We walked into the dealership and we were approached by Nick Snider, who we had actually talked to on the phone earlier. He was friendly and helpful and made the process smooth and easy. Both my husband and I felt like he was more of a new friend than a salesmen. He listened to what we were looking for and stayed within our parameters. He even was able to get us many more features on the vehicle then we knew about. He was very upfront about anything we would want to know that most dealerships would not point out. One of the cars had a nice salt layer and dust over a rusty spot on the wheel hub, it was nicely concealed and it found it and pointed it out. He let my husband drive over a bank of snow to test out the vehicles stability over less than ideal conditions. We were able to drive around town and on the highway. Between the three vehicles (which were all priced very well) we chose our favorite. We had walked in with a loan preapproved through our bank. He recommended trying to get a loan through their creditor to see if he could get us an even lower interest rate. They were able to beat it by 2% so we went with their creditor. We signed up for the Scotchgaurd and Envirogaurd products because of all the issues with salt and owning two dogs.Next we talked to Bill King who worked with us and Meritrust for the loan stuff. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked within our budget to get us an excellent warranty, an incredible interest rate and we came in under what we wanted to spend monthly. He was very pleasant, kept our information private, and was also a pleasure to work with.We found out that the company had just moved in recently to the new showroom and offices and was more of a family business. Their goals are to provide vehicles at lower prices and sell more of them. This worked out really well in our favor because we were able to drive away in a vehicle that stayed under our budget and exceeded our expectations. i will be recommending them to anyone that is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle in the future. I needed a heavy duty work truck and didn't want to spend 50K on a new one. After several weeks of looking and research I ended up at Showme Auto Mall. The experience was very good. Bill King was very freindly but not pushy, and has been one of the least repulsive car salesman I have ever dealt with. After a few test drives I ended up selecting with a 2006 RAM 2500 CTD. The price negotiation and closing game proceeded as usual, and for the most part I was happy with the overall price and purchase experience. What happened next is the reason I would highly recommend these guys.After several weeks of use I developed some a significant mechanical issue (it is a used truck, I get it) which the warranty company refused to pay. I called Bill and they offered to help out with over half the cost of the item that required replacing, but wait there is more. After that problem was fixed I developed a more serious issue which was only partially covered by warranty. After explaining the situation Showme went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. They were able to source a new part at a lower price than I had found and they helped defray the labor costs associated with the repair.All things considered, my experience was very good. Could the initial quality of the truck have been better? Yes, but it was a used work truck and no matter how many multi-point inspections are done, mechanical things break eventually (heck I have had new vehicles break within months) it just happened to me shortly after purchase which is what made it painful.I would recommend these guys. And will probably return to get my son a vehicle when he turns 16.

I spoke with Mike Dudok on the phone and set up an appointment to meet him on Monday, September 23rd. Mike was very professional and courteous and took the time to find out what we were looking for in our new vehicle. During the course of our conversation, we mentioned our son played high school baseball and is in the recruiting process. So I finally decided to take a chance to visit a dealer ship that I was referred to by two friends who raved about this dealer ship and the customer service they received from a employee they worked with when they purchased their cars. I had my eye on a Nissan maxiuma for awhile and received such poor service from the two other dealerships I had visited that I kind of gave up because they were not able to get me exactly what I was looking for and I felt that I was being riped off. When I met Bill at show me auto mall, he was very friendly and accommodating to me. He found the exact car I was looking for, he also gave the exact price and payment I could afford. I felt very comfortable with him and he delivered exactly what I asked from him and more. I love my nissan so much that we recently purchased another vehicle from him. We will never go to anyone else to buy cars and we would never let a friend or family memeber buy a car from anyone other than Bill. We trust him and he goes above and beyond!

The my husband purchased was avery sharp, nice looking truck. He was very pleased with his decision after a short test drive. The next day, the transmission went out. We took it back. They sent it to multiple places to get it fixed for as cheap as they could. They then returned the truck to us. 2 days after getting the truck back, the transmission went out... AGAIN. It was not fixed properly because they were trying to get around it. It is one thing to buy used truck with a bad transmission at a fair price... and a whole different story on buying one at FULL RETAIL plus some. Not only was teh truck overpriced, the salesman was aware of the transmission issue and did not tell us. SHADY is the only word for that place. Low quality vehicles bought at cheap prices and then priced on their lot for entirely too high. MAKE SURE YOU KBB OR NADA the vehicle. You can find better quality vehicles at lower prices just about anywhere. We also had friend buy 2 vehicles at the same time from them. One took over $800 to fix within the first week and the tranny is going out of the SUV. Only compliment, the salesmen were friendly.

The service I received was top notch. I had no complaints with any of the process in purchasing my vehicle. I searched AutoTrader for a Duramax diesel truck for over a year before making my purchase. Show Me Auto Mall had a very clean 2005 Chevy 2500HD with the LT3 package for less than NADA, Edmunds, and Kelley book values. Since Show Me Auto Mall is almost 300 miles away from where I live, everything had to be handled by phone. My salesman, Bill King, did a complete walk-around inspection of the truck noting every imperfection and even gave me a ballpark value for my trade-in over the phone. After a long roadtrip to the dealership, I was very happy with the condition of their truck. While I was hoping for $200 more for my trade-in, it was still a very positive buying experience. I was greeted by several very friendly employees, got a fair price for my trade-in, and drove home in a very nice truck. Even my 80 year old dad, who's never impressed by anything, was impressed with the buying experience as a whole. I really can't remember a more positive buying experience anywhere.

I was looking to buy a used Diesel truck and Show Me had a great selection. They were priced right with good financing terms. There were a few issues I wanted repaired on the vehicle to purchase and they have went above and beyond what they have agreed to. The service from their mechanic was good to. He researched the truck and had a great overall plan of what the truck needed. With 190k on this truck, it drives better than a new one, with some added power options and some other new parts. I've owned 4 powerstrokes, this is the best truck I've ever owned. There was a small oil leak when I initially got the truck back, I called them and they were all over it. I was included by Show me and the mechanic shop in producing an awesome dependable truck. Thanks Clifton and everyone else, this was the best Truck buying experience ever.

I contacted these guys to get a mustang for my wife. This was not an easy task im sure but these guys made it almost effortless. She wanted a specific color exterior,certain color interior, v6, had to have the pony package with the gt accessories. Now i had found a few that were close. but these guys went out of their way and out of state to find her exactly what she wanted. Within three days of the start of our search they delivered her car. This car had half the miles on it than any i had found, and about 2500 under blue book. These guys are great! No pressure, didnt try to sell us a vehicle. They just went and got what we were looking for. No haggling no BS! just super friendly and sincere about everything! best car buying experience ive ever had.

The Tahoe I just purchased is my third vehicle form Josh and it went as smooth as the last two I bought. The price was fair and the trade in allowance was also fair. Just like any used vehicle there were a few things that needed attention and they took care of everything to my satisfaction as usual. I would and do highly recommend this dealer they are a great bunch of people to work with. Not only have I bought my third vehicle from them but my son just purchased his second from them.

Buying the vehicle was a very nice experience. We dealt with Clifton Perdue, very nice guy. The problem we encountered is that we have been waiting for 5 months to get the title so we can register it. We have been told numerous times that " We should have it in a week." Today we were told " We will have it by the end of the day" we will see.

They guys here are Great. Best used car I have ever bought. I refer everyone to go talk to them. Its more like talking with friends than a Used Car sales lot. Went in looking at one car and realized it probablly wasn't the car for me. After Talking with Bill he got me the car I wanted and needed at the right price to fit. Great job guys keep it up.

I will will more cars and trucks from them when i need one, they never pressured me into buying always very patient. there whole staff deserves an A++++.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Show me and couldn't be happier. This is a small town dealership but it's everything you would want in your hometown dealer. There was no pressure or pushy sales men. Very kind and relaxed people that you feel comfortable working with. Every time I had stopped in someone was always ready to help or listen to any questions that I had. I never got that feeling that I was being talked to like a deal but like an actual person. I am more than pleased with this dealership and am looking forward to watching them grow and doing more business with them for years to come!

Within a few weeks of purchasing our Dakota we had some mechanical problems. Jason called us personally to ensure us everything would be taken care of and if we had any further problems to call. I have dealt with many large dealerships that don't want to speak to you after they have made the sale, much less try to make right any problems a customer would have. I'm extremely happy to see any business doing the right thing in the current environment of bad business practices.

I recently bought a truck from Show Me Auto Mall, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I had shopped around before going there, and got the exact truck I wanted for less than I could find it for elsewhere. The staff at Show Me Auto Mall were like doing business with old friends. No pressure, very friendly atmosphere. This dealer specializes in trucks and their inventory consists of some very nice vehicles. Josh went out of his way to make me happy, and I am enjoying my purchase. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a late model truck in great shape for a fair price. Best vehicle purchasing experience I have had.

This was the most pleasant buying expierience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. Clifton was awesome from the very beginning when I called asking about the vehicle I saw on Cars.com all the way until I drove my new truck home. I had been to 3 other dealers and called many more when I explained my credit situation to the other dealers they didnt give me the time of day however Clifton worked with me treated me like a human being and got me in my truck. Just wanted to let everyone know about my great expierience and if you are needing a vehicle definetly go see these guys they will work with you.
