I found a couple trucks on the website that I was interested in but was very hesitant due to the reviews. Ultimately I decided to go and see for myself and boy am I glad I did. Bill and Barry are both super friendly and very transparent about the vehicles they sell. I found the experience to be stress free and easy. Bill worked with me on multiple vehicles until we agreed on one that worked for me. If I said I didn’t like a number, that was the last I heard of it. No pressure, just finding what worked for me. Absolutely the best buying process I’ve experienced and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on a used vehicle.

Initially left a five star review for this place. I try and formulate my own decisions about places despite reviews. That being said I deleted it and am updating my review. I bought my truck from this place a little over a month ago. My truck has been shop bound now for almost two weeks. Looking at over $900 in repairs because the vehicle isn’t road legal per the shop. Was originally told by showcase about issues they “fixed” , and all of those items must be replaced per an independent shop. Good thing they offer extended warranty, because you are going to need it.

Bought our Pathfinder there paid cash , it had just got inspected and the man there said that I could bring it back if there was any problems.as soon as I drove home the same day I , check engine light came on it needed catalytic converter took it back they were supposed to fix everything that I had on a note on the seat when I picked the car back up the note was in the glove box and only two things were fixed there was no oil in it we had to use the tire iron to get the oil cap off to put oil in it the oil that was in it was completely black so I had to go pay $100 for an oil change then I needed a tune up. He told me to get it checked out by my mechanic I called him back and told him there's an oil leak and I have to put air in the tires every day now today the truck won't start at all I've had it for less than 60 days they are a rip off . I saved upmy money for 2 years to buy this vehicle because my car had an oil leak and I buy another one with an oil leaktthe.customers they just want to sell you some junk when they read this I hope they know how I am very disappointed in them .The response is a lie it was leaking oil since the day I got it and I paid 7200 for the vehicle and warranty. He is the one that told me it must have a oil leak.and I only kept calling because I didn't want time to go by and him try to say that it was my fault. it leaked since I got it and now since he is a liar I am getting a lawyer involved. I have everything documented. He response is so wrong but that's ok I will get my family together and go protest at his lot. See you in court .he is a fast talker people watch out. Now I see why his lot only has 2 stars.also I am going to have the place that did the inspection checked out by officials it's a scam no way that truck passed inspection

I was in Pittsburgh visiting a friend and had an accident. My car was totaled and I was devastated. I walked into the dealership and was met by BARRY. He dripped sympathy to the point I almost gagged, it was so fake. Long story short, I told him I only need something reliable to get me back to Philly and drive for a couple weeks of work until insurance paid out on the accident. After hearing that, Barry had the "perfect" car. A 2001 explorer with 140k miles and a clean car fax. At 2k I was fairly happy with the deal.I drove the car for my last week in Pittsburgh, it made some sound.. But hey, it's an older car, so I figured it was no big deal.well, when I went to dive home, the car started smoking after about an hour of driving pulled over to inspect and the next thing I know the entire vehicle was in flames.Thanks for nothing Barry. He now ß take my calls or anything. Glad I only lost 2k. It could have been worse. Do not go here

we were put off 3 times for one reason or another when we were suppose to go pick up a car. was constantly trying to get more money than what was advertised. am not buying the vehicle and will never buy vehicle from this dealership. very bad customer service. he shouldn't be in business. he only got one star because i had to put something there. doesn't deserve any

Just bought an 05 Ford Escape from Barry at showcase motors. My wife and I drove 125 to look at a car for my daughter. Barry was great, fixed a small issue with the car while we waited and was very accommodating. I would recommend him to others.

I usually don't give bad reviews but I must. Whoever answered the phone acted like he had no time for me. Very short and rude. When we spoke about the price of the car, he became angry and hung up the phone on me. I'm very surprised this person deals with the public!

I am a young professional looking for a second vehicle. I found a great option and called to get some more details as the add did not have any details. I asked basic questions like "does it have a clean title", "any spots of rust", "clean car history report"? I got all one word answers. I then started mentioning something else and he cut me off and said "I have other customers here, bye". Now a vehicle that I was very interested in is moved to the bottom of my list. Note to dealership: if you want to sell cars and be a successful dealership, change your attitude asap!!! I've purchased over 10 cars over the past 5 years and let me tell you....this is not a way to do business.

A great experience! I found this car online through cars.com. Because Showcase Motors was an hour and a half from my home I wanted to be sure that everything was in order before I made the trip. I was assured that I had everything I needed and that all I had to do was make the trip, sign on the dotted line, and drive away in my car.

We needed a car for our son at college. This SUV was a fair price. Barry had it inspected before we picked it up since the inspection was running out soon. It did need brakes - and brakes were installed. He also replaced the serpentine belt (not a cheap fix) at no cost to us. So far - all is going well. The price we paid was worth the vechicle that should get him through the next 3 years at college.

I was shopping for a car for a little while, online and driving to other dealerships, after about a month I had found showcase motors. When I was looking at the cars I noticed Barry had two of the kind of car that I wanted, him and his guys were very helpful when it came to picking which one of them that I wanted. It was the first dealership that I had gone to that I was able to just go in ask to look and test the car out and they were more then willing to do so. Great place to go and I would recommend it 100%!

I went to Showcase to look at some certified cars following an Internet search; I was treated in an above average manner that exceeded my expectations. I started with Barry through the Internet he was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. When I was unable to connect with him on the phone, I left a message and I received a call within hours, he went above and beyond with having my needs met, and making my visit a comfortable one. I had some difficulties contacting my bank, and they helped to finalize the transaction in a timely manner and provided a wealth of knowledge to extended insurance for the vehicle that purchased. Barry, helped me get an insurance way cheaper than the one I had researched. Overall a wonderful experience.

I rarely write any reviews, but after having the most ridiculous shopping experience ever I felt I should warn others about this place. The dealer was incredibly short with us, to the point of being plain offensive. Half of my questions went unanswered, and the whole time we were treated like idiots who are just wasting the dealer's precious time. Surprised where that idea came from because we told him right away which car we're interested in. We didn't even get to do the drive test as the guy never offered to actually show the car and acted like he wants us to leave as soon as possible. And oh, be sure to come at least two hours before the place is supposed to close - the fist time we came no one was there at 5 although the store was supposed to be open until 6 that day.

I've been up and down 51 shopping the usual stores for years and was surprised to see a new name in the game. Stopped in to check out the selection and the cars and trucks seem to be in very good condition for the asking price. Check it out for yourself. Seems like one of the nicer places on 51.

I am shopping for a car for my son for college. We found a car that both of us liked so I sent the dealer a message that I was interested. I hadn't heard back in about a week so I sent another message just in case the first one didn't go through and double checked to see if the car was still available-it was. I received email confirmation both times that my information was sent to the dealer and that they would be contacting me as soon as possible. I have yet to hear from them and its been weeks.
