I was pretty upset with the service department. I called and asked for my first oil change at 3500 miles of my 2021 sonata. I told them I will be traveling for the holidays and wanted the oil change to get rid of the metal found in new engines. They agreed. when I arrived, they said I would have to pay for an oil change if it was before 7500 miles. I have a 3-year oil change purchase when bought. If that equals a certain number of changes than they should have done the work and reduced the number of oil changes. I bought it and it does not matter if I put one mile between the changes, until the number is zero! I ended up purchasing an oil filter from them and changed it myself. With the problems they have with the previous engines I would never go 7500 miles. A clean motor is a good motor. I would really like to get the money back for the 3 years of oil changes and tire rotations. I can do it cheaper and record when done.

My only complaint has ever been about the guy Jeremy who sold me the car but I believe he no longer works there. When I bought my Kona I bought a package with it that included undercoat well after 2 weeks he never gave me an appt. So I called and he never returned phone call so I had to go through someone else. Now am I wrong to think if I just took a loan to pay you to sell me a car that the dealer should follow through with making sure the deal is completely satisfied?! Other than that I have recommended all kinds of people just told them to avoid him
