Every third oil change he is there to show me a "new feature you just got to have". Thus, I'm trading in a vehicle that just got a new oil change. I think I've bought double the oil changes by the time it's all said and done. Your Ford team in Crete are tops. Trust that is what they present, show and do. They walk the walk!

I couldn't find a 2015 F150 that had the options I wanted so I ordered one through Sid Dillon Ford in Crete, NE. This is my 4th new Ford from them and every time they do everything they can to make me a happy customer. Never more so than this time. I am 100% satisfied with my new truck and am glad we made a great deal. I recommend anyone in Lincoln, NE or the surrounding area go check out Sid Dillon in Crete. Please next time if the air filter needs to be changed bring it in and let me see it so that I can say just change it . please just do not tell me at the end of the service. That the air filter will probably have to be changed next time, just show it to me when I am there , I probably would have wanted it changed while I was already there. I do know that a clean air filter helps with my gas milage.Thanks

The guys always do a great job, they are quick and even bring the vehicle to my place of employment when done so I don't have to go without for the day. They always ask before doing any repairs and are not pushy when it comes to needing things done, they often say that it can wait if I need to. Many places try to get you to do more repairs than needed at the time and I'm glad I don't experience this here, just honest answers.

This was the routine free first oil change - all went well. I did remind them that we purchased the extended warranty and therefore the undercoating needs to be checked and touched up if necessary. I would appreciate if they would do that without me reminding them since we paid so much for the extended warranty on the car.

We contacted a salesman in Crete named Adam. He was quick to respond to our request to potentially leasing a vehicle. We were unsure whether or not we were going to lease, so Adam said that he would be willing to talk with my wife and I. When we arrived, the car we considered leasing was clean and ready to test drive and Adam was waiting for us. We drove the car, then went to his office to discuss the matter. Adam was well informed and very efficient in answering any questions or concerns we had and his boss Dave came in to talk with us as well. We decided that our situation was best suited by leasing, so we did! The 2014 Dodge Dart is a great vehicle and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Without Adam's help, which was not pushy in any way, we would not have been as confident with our choice and may have made a rash and uniformed decision. My wife and I highly reccommend both Adam and Sid Dillon for anyone interested in burning or leasing a car!

Terible at what they do. Over charge you for parts. Sick and tired of having to go back because they cant get it done right the first time. They dont pick up their mess had oil rags in my air filter and inside my truck and when i took the rags back i was lied to about them. They also left the valve stem covers off of my tires. I will never return here again for service and i will be telling my friends and family to not go here.

Was in touch with Sid Dillons salesman Jeremy, several times with questions during the week before making a 200 mile drive to check out the vehicle. My son and I looked at and drove the vehicle several times. We were content with the condition of the vehicle. Jeremy was not pushy and pleasant to deal with, he worked with us to make a deal we could live with. Dan the finance director explained the process of buying a car out of state and what would need to be completed once we got home. Both employees we had contact with were pleasant to deal with.
