I've bought alot of vehicles & had the misfortune of going to less than satisfactory dealerships, giving me a jaded outlook on having to car shop...BUT, Sierra Blanca Motors ultimately blew those experiences away with their truthfully customer 1st attitudes. These guys would not give up working hard to get me the right deal. I especially have to commend our salesman, Ryan Koch, who proved to me that there are still very decent car salesman working out there. I was not an easy deal to make & every time I shot them down, they came back stronger & better to try to take care of me & my family. They went over & beyond what they could have said "no" to, even though I know I came to the table with an almost impossible situation. Ryan & the folks there at Sierra Blanca took care of me right & I couldn't be more happy with our new, very nice Chevy Silverado. It's the nicest vehicle we've ever owned & Ryan was the best salesman we've ever delt with. Thanks!

This place is top notch! I just bought a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and have never been more satisfied with the customer service I received. The buying process was stress, and hassle free. Once I received the vehicle the service dept. went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you to everyone. Ted, Bud, Dominique, Cleet, and Jenifer. You guys know what is most important, my wife and ME. I so appreciate you all. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is searching for a car, suv or truck. they will make sure you are satisfied. it is worth the drive from anywhere in New Mexico or Texas just to receive an honest deal. After attempting to find a Town and Country Limited with the accessories we wanted in Alb, we went on line and found the exact car to meet our requirements at Sierra Blanca Motors. Emailed and talked and finally we took a day and drove to Ruidoso. With the usual expectations of a car dealer encounter, we were so very pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and information we got. The entire staff, especially Ryan Koch, was exceptional. No pressure, no harrassment , no "attack" like we got in Alb. Sat and talked for a while about our trade and what we were expecting from Ryan. Finally agreed on a price , did the paper work, full tank of gas to get home and they even washed the car. While we were waiting to get everything done, the GM even came out and introduced himself - I don't even know the GM of any dealership in Alb that would do that. We were VERY pleasantly satisfied. If we ever purchase another vehicle, we will definitely consider taking another drive to Sierra Blanca Motors.

I had been talking with salesman, Eddie Browne over several weeks on the possibility of buying a vehicle. I was going back and forth on just what I wanted. I was provided all the necessary information on several different vehicles. When the wife and I arrived, we checked out several of the new Darts and we picked out one that the wife and I both liked. After agreeing on the Dart, I asked about another vehicle I viewed online. The wife and I both liked the Chrysler 200 and even considered it over the Dart. So, I asked Eddie the "what if" question. Well, he took and the necessary information and after a short period of time had details that just made it impossible to turn down a second deal. We left that afternoon with two great vehicles and didn't break the bank. We will refer all our friends to checking out the deals at Sierra Blanca Motors. Eddie Browne made this possible and we thank him. It is also nice to know that John Marshall is also a salesman at Sierra Blanca Motors, whom I purchased vehicles in the past.

The two man crew in Roswell were dynomite in assisting me with my first experience buying a used truck. I saw the truck I wanted on the website but it was in Ruidoso. They had it in Roswell the next morning. Let me test drive it, took care of any questions or complaints I had and it was a sale! I stopped in to pick up my liscense plate and Jose put in right on my truck. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to find excellent customer service and care. They really do go above and beyond!!!

I spoke with John Marshall a few months ago, I've been in more then once searching vehicles. I expressed that I was looking for a manuel 4x4 but something small. He said those are hard to come by but they do happen...he said he would keep a eye out for me. I left it at that and then I received a surprise call from John on Thursday that a 2008 toyota truck had just come in...manual 4x4! Needless to say I came by on lunch the next day and to my delight it was exactly what I had described. I came back Saturday...they patiently worked with me as I crunched numbers to keep within my budget! I'm a proud owner of a 2008 toyota tacoma...Truth be told I couldn't be happier...worth every effort and every penny involved!! Thank you Sierra Blanca staff for a great car buying experience ~ John Marshall your a gem!!!

I have to say that Sierra Blanca Motors made my car buying experience easy and stress free. I used the website to find the car, fill out the credit application and negotiate the price. When I was approved, I went to the dealership to test drive the car to see if it met my standards of quality. It was clean and in great shape. The salesperson Max Larson walked me thru all of the technology on my new vehicle. I drove away feeling great about my new purchase. Thank you Max and Sierra Blanca Motors.
