Great price (especially considering the current inflation and scarcity of used vehicles), super clean and as always no hidden fees. CROOKS AND CON ARTISTS! DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM SIGNAL IMPORTS! I purchased a Honda Accord V6 coupe in August 2020 and it failed within 10k miles and 10 months. I had multiple conversations with Mike prior to making the purchase for my college age son. Mike told me directly that he would feel comfortable putting his son in this car as and out of town college student. Mike assured me that the car had a clean bill of health. From August 2020 to June 2021 we had multiple problems with the car including A/C Door Actuator ($200), A/C Compressor ($700) and now a failed transmission ($3000). When I spoke with Mike he apologized and gave me a sob story about how the past few months have been difficult, but he promised to call me back in 24 hours to let me know how he would help to make this right. The next day I called and left a message and we called back by Mike’s wife. She was dishonest or not knowledgeable about the situation and kept trying to convince me that the Accord was a a good car, even though it is literally undriveable. Mike’s wife continually cut my off during our conversation, was extremely rude and hung up on me. I try hard to support the local and independent auto dealers, but Signal Imports is not worth the effort.

Mike Dill is trustworthy and it is important to him that his customers are happy. I just purchased a Lexus RX350 and upon arriving home, I smelled gas when I shut off the car. I wrote Mike and said I was very upset. He offered to come get the car that night or the next day (I live 56 miles away) and to refund my money because he stands by his cars and values his customers. After googling, I saw sometimes if the gas cap is not on all the way, you will smell gas and this is exactly what had happened. So, it was all on me. Mike Dill is the kind of person I want to buy a car from. Linda was awesome, too.

Mike and Jerry were extremely honest, helpful and I felt like they went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. I was looking through Cars.Com for a reliable car for my wife. I saw several possible choices at Signal Imports. We drove from Greenville to Spartanburg one Sat, to check out the options there, they had closed 10 minutes before we got there. We returned the next Monday, we were shown several cars, no pressure but plenty of good advice, they really know their stuff! We returned the next day and purchased the car. The entire experience was great and I'm totally happy with my Rx 350. It was detailed impeckably and had a full tank of gas, ready to go right on time. I'll do it again next time.

We searched various web sites and contacted several dealers for a Lexus. Mike and his staff at Signal Imports responded to our inquires quickly, and gave staightforward answers to our questions. We drove an hour there for a test drive, and we were not disappointed. Mike handled all the details personally and professionally. There were no high pressure tactics and every person we worked with was efficient and friendly. This was the most stress-free car buying experience we have ever had and I will not hesitate to go back for future purchases. I highly recommend Mike and this dealership!
