The experience I had at Signature Pre-Owned was easy, no frills, and 100% enjoyable. From the delicious free coffee, to the informative staff, Signature Pre-Owned made purchasing my first vehicle a breeze. Despite having a relatively limited knowledge of the process of buying a car, Mike and Adela were so helpful and kind. Never scoffing at the fact that I didn't know too much about all of the steps, they guided me through the process of buying a car, with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Mike and Victor are the most loyal and honest. They have always done what is best for me every time I've needed help. I purchased a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country from Signature 1 year ago. The price was cheap and the process was so easy. I was very happy. Unfortunately I had a few mechanical problems with the car. I took the car to 2 different Chrysler dealers and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I was really disappointed. I couldn't believe that 2 different dealers couldn't fix the problems. I called Mike at Signature and the mechanic found the problem right away. My car drives like it's brand new. I won't buy a car anywhere else and I won't use another mechanic.

Typically when you visit a dealership, they keep you for hours trying to haggle price and sell you everything under the sun, that wasn't the case with this dealer, they gave me a fair price on the vehicle and trade in (I did my homework on both) and secured the best financing possible. The tire package was also a nice add on (the tires are expensive, one or two flat tires and it pays for itself). Overall I was very happy with the experience and I will definetly recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking for a quality used vehicle.

I was interested in a particular car and Mike went out of his way to make sure that all my questions were answered. Once I made my decision to purchase the vehicle they did everything possible to make my purchase as painless as possible. I travelled over 250 miles and the car turned out to be exactly as described. Besides picking me up at the train station, he even took the time to make sure that the satellite radio was turned on for my drive home. I felt very comfortable with the entire transaction and I drove the car home without a hitch. If you drive by this place it looks like another typical wholesale ripoff dealer but this is anything but.

I'm sure everyone knows how exhausting, time consuming and somewhat stressful a car search can be. I had been looking and researching for weeks and then I saw the one I wanted at Signature Pre-Owned. I called Signature as i was on my way to look at the car and was told they had someone there purchasing the car. I was disappointed and started the whole search process all over again. I found a few more but not the color I really wanted, but was willing to sacrifice. The next day I was determined to visit other dealers and find my Honda Pilot that day! I called at least 4 dealers and all told me the Pilot they had just sold. Now i was really getting bummed out. I decided maybe now wasn't the time and would wait. Later that day I received an email from Victor and he told me the Honda Pilot i wanted became available, and asked me if i was still interested because if not he had other people interested. He didn't have to contact me, he could've easily just sold it to the next person asking about it. I was very appreciative that he did that. When I got there to check out the car Mike went through the car with me and explained everything he knew about the vehicle, and gave me a crash course with the Navigation unit so I could find my way back home (I made it Mike!). Another thing that I liked very much was that no one was pushy or pressing. I was able to take my time and not feel pressured. All in all it was a positive buying experience, and I would certainly buy from Signature again if I were in the market and they had what I was looking for, and yes I do recommend them to anyone else looking. When I went to victor last year with my hopes and expectations of what I wanted in a car he by far exceeded all of them! I financed a black glk 350 Mercedes fully loaded and was beyond happy with it! She came fully equipped with all that I had asked for! After driving her for about a year my life style had forced me to down size (because of gas and traveling). I went to victor with wanting to find the perfect nissan altima. I gave him a list of all the thinbs I wanted. Within a few days I was driving off in my beautiful black on black fully loaded 2013 nissan altima! Words cannot explain how happy I was. Victor is an outstanding car salesman and business owner. He is super professional and genuinely cares about the quality of the cars he sells to his customers! Before I could leave the lot with my beautiful new car Mike explained to me how to use all the gadgets within the car and gave me super useful tips about maintaining and keeping up with this car. My experience at Signature Pre-Owned was easy and fast. I saw the car online and corresponded with Victor via email. I drove from southern Maryland to New Jersey for a BMW and it was worth it. The price was fair and the car was clean and conditioned. I would really consider making the ride to this dealership again for a future purchase.

I have been in sales for over 20 years and I have never had such a great experience buying a car until I went to Signature Pre-owned in Kearny New Jersey. I worked directly with the owner and wasn't being constantly told " I need to pay my bills" or " you don't work for free why should I" . All he did was find the car I loved for the price I could afford! And that's all he cared about. I was treated like a friend and not a daily quota. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will continue to refer Signature Pre-owned to anyone that needs a friend to help you thru trails of buying a car!

I just purchase a 2009 ML350 4matic from Victor at Signature Pre-Owned and once again it has been a pleasurable experience dealing with him. This is one of many purchases from Victor and the experience has been nothing short of superb, I will follow him where ever he goes. Anyone can put a sign up and call themselves a "dealership" but Vic takes Signature Pre-Owned to the next level of customer satisfaction. I find him to be knowledgeable, competent, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. The whole team at Signature have been great. The customer service is why I keep going back to there, not sure why people would ever have a problem there, but hey some people can't be pleased no matter what you do for them. This has been the 9th vehicle I have purchased from Victor. He has not only made the deal and financing easy, he flew with me to Ohio (485 miles away) to pick it up and make sure I was taken care of from beginning to end without any issues. I recommend Signature Preowned if you are looking for honest guidance and good help on purchasing your next vehicle. I will never purchase a car elsewhere. Eventhough they didn't have the car I wanted at the dealer, Victor made sure he found what I wanted. Color, condition, and mileage on the one he found was exactly what I was looking for, not to mention the price which was great. I will deffinetly return if I'm looking for something in the future.

I needed to get a van for my wife and i had only 1 week to get it. After telling Vic the van that i wanted he set out to locate it for me, he went out of his way to go get the vehicle for me on a Sunday (his day off) and he had the car serviced, detailed and ready for me to pick up on Friday. The price was great and his customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Signature Preowned, they are very knowledgeable and honest. And most of all my wife loved the van.
