My mom found this place because we had to get her a new car, and we got blessed!! Kevin was a great help, and a very generous nice man! We left in a timely manner, he got us in and out. Update # 2. Now that I finally received proof that the trade off has been paid off, I had to get BBB involved, I have found out they have not filed the paperwork to register the truck in my name. As part of the contract I paid for TAX, TITLE and LICENSE. Kevin, once again, has. clerical error, and has not filed for me to get license plates on my truck. I check Tarrant County where I bought and Taylor County where I live. I will be contacting the BBB and probably a lawyer AGAIN. Three weeks ago I traded in a car, which is currently for sale (he does not have the title) and bought a truck. He has not finished the transaction by paying off what I traded in and receiving the title. The car is still is my name and I am expected to pay on the note, as well as now the new vehicle I traded for. He said he’d check into it, and never returned my emails or calls. My next call is police to file a stolen vehicle report I guess, since he’s trying to sell a vehicle that is legally still in my name. Update: after threatening police and lawyer action I heard from George that it was a clerical error. How can finishing your job of selling a car and buying a car be a clerical error? They forgot to send the check to buy the car and get the title to a car they are currently trying to sell? They would be illegal. AND it leaves me on the hook for paying for a car they are trying to make money on. I am still currently waiting for the money to be transferred to my bank to get the traded vehicle out of my name so they can have the title and legally sell it. I am not holding my breath. Kevin also tried to lie during the sell saying that I can not drive a vehicle off the lot without first calling my insurance and getting it insured, even though I have up to date insurance and showed it to him. I talked to my insurance agent who stated I have 5 days from purchase date to put it on my policy. Lying about the small things should have been my clue that he was going to lie about the big things

I had a great buying experience with this dealership, start to finish went very smooth and Kevin mention they just serviced my New 2015 C300 and showed me the Service sticker , new brakes and tires, also help my wife to set up her phone and show the all futures on the car and we left happy. Not impressed with vehicle. I felt the advertising was misleading. The ad said the vehicle was very clean dependable. When test driving it, the engine was making a noise, check engine light on, and a/c and heater making noise. In my opinion the vehicle was not in as good of shape as the ad made it sound. The vehicle was clean however and did have low miles

I have been taking my BMW for repair here since early 2014. Oil changes - brakes - hoses and a little body work as well. Pricing has always been better than the dealership by 20 -30% or more, and they are extremely honest about the repairs. I have been able to get a loaner when needed and the work is usually finished same day. I would definitely recommend them for any service related item you might need.

Without a doubt, a very positive car buying experience, when the process itself can usually be stressful. Kevin was most gracious, professional, responsive, patient and knowledgeable. As well, George, was a pleasure to deal with. I have had many luxury cars over the years and the MB that I traded in was one of the best I ever had, so it was hard to let it go.but I have traded it for what I hope will be another quality and dependable vehicle. Bucket list purchase! I have wanted a V 12 for 20 years! George was excellent. I purchased the car and had a significant a problem as I drove off the lot. George took care of me; refunded my money and took the car back as it was not what I had purched. They made the repairs and I repurchased the car a few weeks later. 2,000 miles later I'm a Mercedes-Benz convert. This kind of stand up behavior is almost unheard of in today's society. Silver Star Motorcars earned its stars today.

My husband and I went to see a vehicle here and when we got there we were greeted by Kevin (which I think he's the only employee). He was very nice although he didn't want to help us out on our trade in. I'm used to going back and forth on dealing but he was straight to the point and the price was the price on the vehicle we wanted to purchase and our trade in as well. Needless to say I was sad that we weren't able to purchase the vehicle b/c he wasn't willing to go in any direction of the prices :(

2005 model with 44k SL500 Mercedes is advertised but not available. Drove over 40 miles to the lot and they said in shop for radio repair. Called a week later; still gone. Another week, another call, no car. Just sayin....... Found another car and have deposit in place.

Ray and George are very attentive to customer's service timeliness and quality. The service work is excellent and completed within the time estimated. Customer is notified in advance if a delivery estimate must be adjusted due to parts delivery delay or additional critical work beyond the initial estimate. Ray or George keeps the customer apprised of current service progress and alerts the customer to future service work that may be necessary.

The benz dealership said I needed a trans for $7100, and Silver Star was honest enough to say that I just needed a flush and valve cleaning for $900!! They have always been honest, and that's why I'll never go anywhere else.

We got our car back and there was greese all over it. Also, our back seat was not latched down. The clips were missing that were supposed to lock it into place. They did not even bring this up to us. Our overall experience felt dishonest. Please beware.

What a great experience. Usually buying and trading in a car is a monumental task for the customer. From the first phone call to the time I drove off in my low milage 2001 XJ8 Jag, I was treated with respect and all of the employees wanted to make me happy. It always helps to have a CarFax to look at as well and they give that for all cars for free. Yes Customer Service, Quality of Work, Friendliness, Whole Experience and the Price being right was all great but what they did beyond all of this is why I am writing this review. Once you buy a used car without a warranty, you are taking a car as is and there is no obligation on the dealer to fix anything after that point. I drove home with the Jag and it had a water leaking problem. I called them and they said bring it back in and we will find the problem. They gave me a rental car for free for several days and finally found and fixed the problem for free without any obligation. Not only did they fix the problem they had the means and the service department to fix the problem. These people are wonderful and they deserve anyone's business. Mitch in Rockwall, TX.

I recently purchased a Mercedes from this dealership. I was worried by the comments on this site, but risked it anyway... and I am surely glad I did. They allowed me to drive the car to my mechanic. When I asked my mechanic how the engine looked, his response was "excellent." The rear bumper had been replaced a couple of years ago, and Kevin was totally upfront about that (before he even pulled up the Carfax report). They were even somewhat open to negotiate (which is rare these days with all the internet retailers out there. I have to admit though -- the amount they came down wasn't quite as much as I was hoping [but who can complain -- I still got a pretty good deal]). Additionally, they offered me one free oil change, 30 day warranty on the car, 6 months of free roadside assistance, and they detailed my car before I went back to pick it up at the end of the day! Though the gas tank certainly could have used a fill up, I can't blame the dealership for trying to cut costs (considering gas prices these days). I definitely plan on using Silver Star next time a I or my family members are looking to buy a car.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with these gentlemen. I had been taking my BMW to this dealership/service company for about two years. I was very happy with how I was treated and given much appreciated information about the service required on my vehicle. I was having a lot of problems with my car the fisrt time I visited. They were very straight-forward about what really needed to be fixed and what could wait. The only reason why I hadn't continued going there was because I purchased a new vehicle.
