I walked in to check out and order a new 3500 specifically with the longhorn edition Steven approached me and helped me order the truck I have always wanted. He was very easy going and helpful and had excellent follow up. The truck I ordered did take a while to come in due to the “chip” shortage but Steven keep me informed and gave me updates with my order. Also Tom was also very helpful. It was a great experience and I LOVE my new Ram truck!

I had to take my car in for a recall and I dread having to take my car to the dealership. This was my first time at the Simi Valley Jeep and I had the best experience. They were able to get me an appt weeks before another location could and Sam, in the Service Dept, knew I had my 2 kids with me and made sure to get my car done quickly. He called me as soon as my car was done and I was in and out of there in 45 mins. I could have waited in the lounge but I went for a run and before I even finished my run the car was done. I will definitely be going back to this location.

I am always impressed with Simi Valley Dodge, and highly recommend this dealer over Crown Dodge Ventura. First time buyer, but second time visit. From start to finish you are greeted and treated as a person and “not as a number or that you're wasting the dealers time”. I mean understandably you are looking to buy a car, and a dealer has to make is cut, but you def won’t feel like a sharks prey walking onto their lot. I drove to Simi and not my local dealer in Ventura because of the customer service. I also tried T.O., but they just couldn’t make a deal happen with limited inventory due to COVID, plus high priced. Jesus Ortega was very honest, and kept it real. I walked in and out of Simi Valley Dodge with a brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee at an excellent fair price that made me and the dealer happy! After my purchase, I decided to install a tow receiver, Stephen in parts/service is knowledgeable and awesome! Thank you Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM for helping this military family!

Great customer service from their service department. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Danielle took care of us, fitting us in their busy schedule just before a road trip to do a safety inspection. Out of all the Ram/Dodge dealerships in our area, Simi Valley is by far the best we've been to.

Kevin is ALWAYS awesome 👍. I Never feel like I'm being B.S.'d. If the cost was not twice as much, I'd come here for ALL my regular maintenance. If you can afford it, definitely come to SV CDJR for service.
