So I have been driving past Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for many years now with a fantasy of one day owning a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. My fantasy became a reality this past Memorial Day weekend. Not only am I a proud new Jeep owner but I can honestly say that I went through the best customer buying experience. Michael was an outstanding sales representative and very attentive to my needs as a car buyer. There was no sales pitch just an honest conversation between Jeep enthusiasts which relieved any tension I may have had walking into the place. Their team walked me through the entire process and I was in and out of there in a short amount of time. I strongly recommend Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone that is looking for a vehicle within the Chrysler fleet. I will definitely be buying all my vehicles there in the future.

James, our salesman, embodied the standard of what we think sales people should be: knowledgeable, not at all pushy, but ready to go the extra mile to be helpful. At other dealerships I have been turned off by the high pressure. I'm happy to say that we didn't find that at Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

I was referred to Art and Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM by a friend. Art helped me to build and then locate the exact Model that I was looking for without having to wait for a Factory Special order. He kept me posted on progress and was spot on for the delivery date. I Couldn't be more happy with my New Wrangler Unlimited and the short wait for the new 2016 color was well worth it! Everyone at the Dealership was very nice and friendly throughout the entire process and that made for a great experience.
