Awesome customer service takes the stress out of car buying. I have not purchased a vehicle yet but I will be buying through them! They sat down and worked with me on what I was looking for, broke down all the costs up front and made it simple and clear on what I can expect. Worth buying used over new just to be able to do buisness here.

Simple Car Company was such a breath of fresh air in the scary world of car sales people. Jason, the owner, and his parents created a warm, down to earth, and welcoming environment every step of the way. I came all the way from the Seattle area and it was worth every minute. Not only is the sales tax much lower over there but the drive to Oak Harbor is absolutely gorgeous. This family-owned-shop made me feel really taken care of rather than taken advantage of. They also have a canine concierge service. Haha! Just kidding but I was greeted by a doggo with a bow-tie, in the parking lot, who walked me inside. They gave me an excellent price on the car without trying to push anything extra. Not to mention the Lexus CT Sport that I bought is in great condition, which seems to be the overall standard on the lot. I urge everyone to visit their inventory. P.S. Their communication is great! Super fast response time and some of the most genuinely kind and accommodating people I've met.
