Ronnie was awesome! He helped us every step of the way. We were so impressed with how fast the process was. He answered every one of our questions and was funny and charismatic. I am honored to have worked with him. He was funny and understood us and what we wanted on a different level. He wasnt pushy like other sales men we have interacted with before. I bought a used vehicle from Sisbarro early August and have had nothing but issues with customer service. I gave a high review to them too (manager and salesman) after the purchase because it had been a good experience. Since that review, it has been nothing but a hassle to get answers. My car had an immediate issue within 24 hours of purchasing it. I took it back and it took a month to get my car back for a back door panel repair. Upon receiving it from the repair, there was an issue with the back door alignment and I have been trying to get answers to how to resolve. I spoke with another salesman in September regarding the issue. He said he would get back to me and here I am 6 weeks later with no call. When I purchased my car from Sisbarro I had let them know what a horrible experience I had with previous used car dealership and here I am back again with a similar experience. Very disappointed and let down at this time.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade from a car to an SUV. We began with a small Audi that my wife had for a couple years. We looked all over the El Paso and Las Cruces area and finally found a Cadillac XT5 that we really liked. Initially the salesman was great. He was kind, motivated, and helped us with all of our questions. He helped us get the car from Deming to Las Cruces the very next day. We test drove it and decided to buy it. The very next day, after everything was final, my wife called me worried saying that the car was driving funny and that the transmission service light came on. We contacted our salesman and he told us not to worry to just bring the car in. So we did and although we never got a consistent answer (salesman told is it was normal maintenance, service manager told us nothing was wrong, finance manager said it was unexpected but the transmission problem was fixed) we got the car back a few days later. Keep in mind we were never offered a loaner car even though we had just bought the car. Literally, less than two minutes and less than 100 yards from driving the car off the lot, my wife calls me again, the sunroof seized up and it sounds broken. So I looked at it when we got home, and ye, the sunroof was nonfunctional after going into the dealership working, and coming out broken. Of course, I called the salesman back and he again told me, "Don't worry bro, I'll handle it and take care of you guys for all your troubles." Unfortunately, I believed him. We took it in on a Wednesday and he told us it should be done by Friday, but possibly not until Monday. For a Cadillac XT5, we got a base model Nissan Sentra loaner car. At this point we have owned the car about a week, and had it in our possession for only two days. On Friday when I hadn't heard from the salesman, I called him and he said it should be ready tomorrow on Saturday. After not hearing from anyone on Saturday, I called around four o clock and they said that the technicians had left for the day and it was not ready. When I called on Monday, finally I spoke to the manager, at which point he informed me that the problem had not even been diagnosed yet as they were backed up. I notified the manager Alex, that I was extremely frustrated that we were not being communicated with and being treated poorly. He told me he understood my frustrations and that although we would be unable to recuperate all of our losses, that the only thing we would not be able to get back, was the sales taxes. We went through the process of looking through the lot trying to trade the car back in and found one that we liked. Alex, the manager, then sent us the offer to "help us out," which included a trade in value on the car $2,000 less than we had paid for it one week ago, no return of our down payment, and a selling price of the car that we picked, $1,000 over blue book value. When I pointed these facts out to Alex, he stated, "pos, it is a business man, I have to make money." Time and time again we were told we would be taken care of because of the poor condition of the car we initially sold. Time and time again, we were mistreated, and blatantly lied to. The car had not been serviced, they had transferred the car to a completely different car dealership because Sisbarro was unable to fix the car correctly, and low-balled on the car we had just bought. I will NEVER recommend or buy from Sisbarro ever again. In fact I will actively encourage friends and family to avoid Sisbarro if they ever ask my opinion.

Our 2017 Acadia SLT2 was on order for just under 3 months. We took delivery of it less than a week ago and love it already. Our salesman, Rudy kept us informed of the build and delivery progress. A big thank you to the sales team and the new car prep guys.

I've used Sisbarro's Express Lane Oil Change Service a few times now and each time has been quick and easy. This particular visit I dropped off my truck since they had a couple vehicles in front of me and I went to lunch. The service coordinator was understanding of my request (change air filter and new wipers). There is never any pressure for purchase or services. Since I was leaving my truck he offered a car wash and called me when all was ready. My truck was clean and ready to hit the road when I got there. I'll continue to take my truck her for servicing as needed.

My wife and I were looking to trade in our Yukon and were looking for a new vehicle. We live in a suburb town of New Mexico near the state line of El Paso Texas. We visited a few dealers in the El Paso area with hopes of finding a great deal on a new vehicle. However, we did not feel that the dealers in El Paso were interested in our business. Therefore, we went to the dealer Sisbarro in Las Cruces NM and found -not only the best deal in our new vehicle but the best treatment overall. Routine oil change on my Encore was handled quickly and pleasantly as all of my visits have been. The staff always greets me, and it is a busy, but efficiently run operation at Sisbarro. I appreciate the auto wash as my car always needs it! How the garage area is kept so clean is amazing in such a busy place.

The over all experience of the dealership is great. Everyone from the service department up to the sales department are friendly. My only concern is that the dealership is short on loaner vehicles when your vehicle is in service for many days ( I was without my vehicle for 1.5 weeks)

Service dept: Frank and Johnny the service writers are so very helpful. Not sure the name of the technician who worked on my car but he also was very thorough. That experience was for servicing my 2010 Buick. Then we bought a 2015 GMC Sierra and Kevin was absolutely amazing! He helped us so very much. A big thanks to the owner Dan, very friendly and really helped us to understand the ins and outs of purchasing. I will continue to visit sisbarro!

I have always been treated fairly, received what I was promised, when I was promised it. I will continue to have all my service work done there, and will purchase my next vehicle from Sisbarro.

If you dont mind driving back and forth multiple times when you get an oil change because they are not capable of doing it AND resetting your Onstar monitor in one visit. Went here because I was told what exceptional service they provide. exceptionally bad! They dont even bother to appologize when you come back in to correct their error. I would never buy another car here.

The tech tried to get me to pay him directly and not give me a receipt and when I complained about it to the service manager, I wasn't taken seriously. After asking multiple times for a refund since I believed that the work that was done to my vehicle was never really done and it was exaggerated from what really was wrong, they finally offered a measly 20% off my next visit (2 months after multiple emails and calls). I will NEVER BE BACK. I even dealt with the service director, Mr. Carpenter from Las Cruces and then I even emailed Lou Sisbarro and I have yet to receive a call, text, email, NOTHING from Mr. Sisbarro, who I would think would take it more seriously... Even after I told him I would never step foot inside another one of his dealerships again and continued to spread my opinion and situation all over facebook and in conversations with my entire friends and family. THEY ARE LOOSING MORE AND MORE CUSTOMERS EVERY DAY!! It is my opinion that the customer is not always right at Sisbarro and Lou hasn't reached out to fix the problem personally even though it has grown to be a MAJOR source of dissatisfaction with me and now my entire family and our friends. Keep in mind, I have every right to my opinion based on the factual events that took place in doing "business" with Sisbarro. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!! Their Loss!

I contacted this dealer via email concerning a vehicle they had advertised on cars.com. I received a reply stating that I had to call them, which I did. The person who answered the phone couldn't tell me anything about the Toyota RAV4 I was interested in and said one of their salesmen would call back within an hour. It didn't happen. So, I called them again the next day and just received the run-around a second time. They wouldn't even tell me the price on this vehicle. Since they're 50 miles away, I was NOT going to drive all the way over there just to find out it was priced out of my range. BTW, this same vehicle remained on cars.com for two more months, never with the price listed.

Purchased a used dodge mega cab on October 1st.. Although they fixed several small things that I wanted done right away.. I am still waiting November 14th on a tire sensor. They have had the truck twice now and this part was not replaced. After calling several times I have finally been told to schedule an appointment to bring the truck back in. Every time I called I talked to several different people and never felt like anyone really cared that they still owed me the part.
