I found a new 2017 chevy cruze that I liked when getting my 2014 chevy cruze serviced. I noticed a lighter colored 2017 cruze and I was able to get a good deal on it and trade in my 2014 cruze. they went above and beyond expectations! and found me the car that is perfect for me.

Dealing with Gustavo in Sales and Lillian in Financing was truly a pleasant experience in buying a new vehicle. All the other employees with whom we came in contact were always pleasant, attentive, and helpful. We have previously had service done at this dealership and were well treated. That is one of the reasons we drove over 800 miles to pick up our new vehicle here.

Salesman who helped me was Modzel "Bud" Greer. He is very kind, respectable sales man. Very humble and willing to answer any questions we had. But please give Mr. Bud a raise as he is a top notch sales man and needs to be rewarded. Also the sales manager Mr. Sanchez was very kind and was willing to help in any way also.

when returning from a cross country trip in new Colorado my oil left percentage hit 0. We were staying in Deming and went to the dealer first thing in morning. The service writer, Mr Short said he would try to get it in all though he was fully booked. We decided to wait and were on the road by 9:30 and very happy. Would stop if in the area again. I was interested in a Jeep, and wanted to go to a dealer where I would get the attention I needed as a first time new car buyer. A test drive ( lots of fun with sunny Cynthia! ) quickly turned into an "I'll buy it if you can get me the same car with a sunroof!" My salesperson, Cynthia Rodriguez came shining through when she went to consult Manager Richard, who spent quite a few minutes searching for "my" car. They located it, half a state away, and ordered it to come us in Deming. I had been approved for a decent rate loan already, but then Richard took up the ball and got me a significantly lower rate after doing some work........ so I am SUPER PLEASED with his help, also!Then came the financials and paper signing, which Lillian really broke down for me..... Thank you, Lillian! She has the patience of a saint. I really consider Cynthia a friend! The whole process was enjoyable, and we really connected.The whole dealership was friendly - I shook so many strong warm hands. I came in with my service dog, Rocky, and they all went out of their way to come up to us and meet us. It was great.Also a big shout out to Jose!!!! Who helped us get my shiny new Jeep home safely. Love you all! I have been raving about Sisbarro ever since- and some of my neighbors may be coming!

Took my 2015 Malibu in for an oil change. While waiting, I asked Delores (Service Writer) if they still had the use 2015 Cadillac ATS I saw on the web-site. She said YES, then Carlos Ramos came in, brought the car out front, we drove it, they accepted my CASH DIFFERENCE offer, and I drove it home a few hours later. Never got to drive my Malibu after that. The car is very nice and their customer service was better than I ever expected. This dealer used to be a little "iffy" in our small town of Deming, NM, but Mike the GM, Sidney the Sales Manager, and Carlos Ramos (my salesperson) did a great job. I happily recommend these guys for sales or service. Did a great job so far.

I TOOK MY NEW RAM TRUCK TO SISBARRO-DEMING, NM. KYLE IN THE SERVICE DEPT WAS ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS!!!!!! HE ENABLED OUR ELECTRONIC NAVIGATION SYSTEM IN ZIP TIME. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS NEW FEATURE!!!!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. GREAT STAFF!!!!!!!

I made an appointment with sis barrow in new Mexico they picked up my car keep it all day I paid 90 dollars to find out no oil had been changed but I was charged after calling the GM I was returned my money but I will never have trust with the service of them again
