I recently purchased a 2009 Benz CL 550, Ed Kavetski was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable of the car. He provided insights and knew many details of the car I bought. His follow-up and professionalism was great. Ed is really approachable and made a novice like me feel quite comfortable to make the purchase. The entire experience was great. They had numerous cars that looked nice.Iif I was not as focused on the CL550, the other cars could have been a nice alternative.

Unbelievable remarkable deal! Arrived at SMC, unannounced, two weeks ago at about 11am; test drove the BMW soon thereafter. Found the sale representative, Ed, to be straightforward and honest with no sales gimmicks or price inflation. I not only purchased an absolutely awesome 2007 BMW 650I but saved over $8000--when compared with six other dealerships. Very impressed with the quality and feel of this high performance luxury vehicle particularly on the drive home (approx 400 miles). Upon further inspection, the engine and the underlay were in pristine condition. Great customer service!!!

This is the second car I've purchased from SkyMotorCars... to say the experience was a positive one is an understatement. I picked up the car on a snowy Saturday and Ed couldn't have been more cooperative. Long story short I ordered snow tires and had them delivered to his facility. Ed came in special on a Saturday to deliver the car and put the snow tires on. And then called me the next day to make sure I got home alright. I'm already looking forward to my next purchase. To top it off I got a great car at a great price.

Ed at Sky Motorcars facilitated my first purchase ever of a car online. I made an offer, it was accepted and the entire process was smooth as silk. My friend and I were even met at the local train station by Ed who took us on to their showroom. Everyone was very cordial there and the whole process took maybe 40 minutes total. The BMW has proven to be the best car I have ever driven, and I have owned a lot of cars through the years. Sky Motorcars gets my highest rating for professionalism.

I just purchased a 2009 Mercedes station wagon that I had found on car gurus. I was very anxious about the process, as sky motors is pretty far from where I live, but working with Ed was an exceptional experience. The car was lovely, and exactly, if not better than described. The multiple photographs were honest as I worked all by phone and email. As a single mother working full time, it was wonderful to have such responsiveness, honesty and reliability. No hidden charges, super fast and smooth buying process and I am very pleased with my car. It was worth the 2 hour drive! Highly recommend sky motor cars and Ed, and would absolutely consider buying from them again.

I bought a Porsche 911 turbo cabriolet from Ed, and I feel he was honest and fair throughout the entire process. He was able to help me get a pre-purchase inspection set up at 2 separate places by phone, then I flew out to see the car in person. I was very detailed in my investigation of the car, as a used car in this price range can create some trepidation, but everything checked out as billed. A learning process was that a warranty via certified-pre-owned was not able to carry over in the context of a non-Porsche authorized dealer, but he was very fair and appropriate in resolving this, which required some effort on his part. I would buy from him again on a high-end used car without reservation.

I'd been looking for a BMW 6-series for over a year. I came across Sky Motor Cars who had a beautiful 650i with incredibly low miles and a price tag that matched the miles. I drove over 2 hours from VA to check it out and was not disappointed! The car is impeccable - even better than I'd hoped. The experience was topped only by the professional service and attention I received throughout the process. Most were purchased over the internet and the descrition was accurate along with the staff was very easy to work with. The team is very knowledgeable across the brand spectrum. I have bought and sold several luxury and exotic cars through Brett. If he didnt have what I was looking for in inventory, I only needed to tell him the kind of car, color, accessories etc. that I wanted, he would find it and deliver it to me. His tremendous dealer network, understanding of the internet and the industry as a whole, gives him access to an inventory others don't have. A very easy process with no stress or pressure. Great value and above all great customer service. I have referred friends from around the country.

Prices are always better to what you would expect from a traditional large dealership and you don't have to deal with the typical sales pressure. Great experince all the way around!

I bought my first car from Brett and skymotorcars in 2004, a BMW X3, then a few years later, a MB CLK 55, and now have my BMW m3 from them. This is the 2nd vehicle I bought through Brett. The first one was a used car he had in inventory. I kept it 4 years and had no problems. I was looking for another particular used car recently but there were none available with the color and equipment I wanted. Brett spent countless time searching but to no avail. After being "jerked" around by a few dealerships, I found Skymotorcars had the vehicle I was looking for. I called and spoke to Brett, he was amazing. Not only did he have great knowledge of the model I was interested in, he gave me a complete history of the vehicle. I visited his facility and was thoroughly impressed. Very clean, organized and a great selection of vehicles. The car I wanted was in excellent condition and Brett worked out a fair deal for me. I couldn't be happier and was very impressed with the whole process. I have bought many cars in my day and never have I had such a great buying experience!!! Unfortunately my husband and I did not have the positive experiences of these other 2 customers. We met Brett and Ed a week ago yesterday to discuss what kind of vehicle we were looking for. They just so happened to have a beautiful Audi Q5 in their inventory. We drove it and fell in love with it. We settled on a price two days later and I was stopped in mid week to talk about trading in my car and to just " seal the deal" so to speak. We expressed concern about the Carfax report but after speaking with Ed, felt comfortable knowing it was just a bumper cover that was replaced; the car had never been painted. My husband offered to leave a deposit but Brett and Ed said it wasn't necessary. This was Wednesday. My husband was working out of the state and tried to follow up with Ed Thursday morning. Ed told me they would do the paperwork on line and we could pick up the car Saturday ( yesterday). Ed never returned my husband's calls and later in the day my husband received a text from Brett telling him he sold the car! Not even the courtesy of a phone call-a text. I went to Sky Motors on my way home from work Friday and all Brett kept saying was he was sorry, it was his fault. Turns out he got more money for the vehicle and another car in the deal that he wanted. He never even gave us the opportunity to pay more for the car, he just sole it out from under us. Horrible , horrible way to do business! Sort of confirms the awful reputation used car salesmen have for being shady and sleazy. So, I would advise anybody considering going to Sky Motors to turn around and run.
