Transaction was smooth as silk, no pressure or changing numbers around last minute like some other car dealers where your like WHAT? Just got a new 2021 Jeep Wrangler! Coach was extremely helpful! He did a bunch of footwork before we got there. Had all our available options ready to choose from. Got us a great trade in offer. Went there for service- didn't fix it, took my money, would not budge on refunds or give a reasonable deal. They are dishonest, untrustworthy.

Starting out- Paul Sliman has really brought this place up to date, almost space age.The dealership is very clean and is updated very well.Tom Szudarek came out in the rain to help me find a new truck, which we did.This is the second vehicle we have gotten from Tom. He helped set up the navigation and went through all the operations of the truck for me. He really knows his stuff.

I inquired online about a blacked-out Jeep Cherokee ... from online to in-person, Ross and the Sliman's staff impressed us ... making new believers out of me and my wife. I've been looking for the right Jeep for years now. I knew exactly what I was looking for. I found the right Jeep at Sliman's and inquired online. Ross gave me a call the very next morning and invited me for a test drive. I was impressed as soon as he said, "I'll have the Jeep sitting out front waiting for us to test drive together!" Sure enough, that's what happend. Ross even had it warmed up since it was cold out!! Needless to say ... I feel in love and Ross and the finance department worked their behinds off fighting to help make the deal work for us and for them. They all even stayed after hours to try to make it work?!?! Who does that now-a-days?! I could write a ton ... but I'll leave it at this ... If you are looking for incredible, professional yet genuine service ... Ross and the team at Sliman's is the way to go.

I OWN A 2001 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE AND I WILL ONLY TAKE MY JEEP TO SLIMANS...... PERIOD HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE MANY YEARS AGO AT NORTH OLMSTED AND FOUND SLIMANS AND HAVENT LOOKED BACK. WHEN I WALK INTO THE SERVICE AREA I AM GREETED BY NAME AND FEEL VERY WELCOMED. THE TECHNICIANS ARE SO KNOWLEDGABLE AND ALWAYS WALK ME THRU WHAT THEY SEE AND THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. I NEVER QUESTION IF THERES A NON TRUSTWORTHY TECHNICIAN ISSUE IM BEING CHARGED FOR. ONE TIME I SAID I KNOW MY TRANSFER CASE NEEDS REPLACED PLEASE HAVE IT DONE (NO WARRANTY) AND RICHARD SAID WE CAN BUT YOU DO NOT NEED IT. YES IT IS STILL RUNNING GREAT 2 YEARS LATER. THE PARTS DEPARTMENT IS WONDERFUL AND HELP WITH THE SMALLEST DETAILS.( I MISS PAULS SMILING FACE HE RETIRED) WAITING AREA IS HUGE, HAS COMFY CHAIRS, TABLES, GOODIES AND BEVERAGES AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS. THE BIG TV"S ALWAYS HELP AS WELL. SUPER CLEAN, GREAT DEALER AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
