Wonderful sales staff! Very responsive to phone calls, email, and text. Normally, I prefer to ride alone on a test drive, but given that I am not familiar with Greensburg, it was a pleasant experience to have Clint along for the ride. He guided us along a route that provided access to both highway and back road driving. He expertly highlighted various features of the car (primarily lane centering). I felt very comfortable behind the wheel. Once back in the office, he was quick to provide numbers for both leasing and financing. I never felt pressured to make a decision or (too) stressed about negotiations. Aside from a snag encountered while seeking approval on the leasing contract (since we’re out-of-state and our trade was also a lease), this was one of the easier transactions I’ve experienced. Delivery day was pretty straight-forward; signing paperwork was quick and painless. They surprised me by walking me to my new car, which had been pulled onto the showroom floor! Jessica provided me with a checklist to fill out and they proceeded to adjust my new car’s settings based upon my preferences. Jessica also offered to go over the various features inside the car, but I declined since I was already familiar with most of them. All around GREAT experience!!

If anyone owns a Acura, you may want to avoid smail Acura of greensburg pa. Had a problem with a miss in the transmission of my 2014 Acura MDX. Took it to smail Acura for service. Was told I needed a transmission fluid change for $180. I refused service knowing it was NOT the problem. Made another appointment with a different Acura dealership, they not only fixed my problem, but also did two computer upgrades that were due on the car that smail did not do. I wasn't charged a dime for fixing the vehicle and the two upgrades that were done on my car. However, smail Acura of greensburg was goin to charge me $180, not do the two upgrades to my car and I would've still had the same problem I took it in for. Total rip offs! I contacted Scott knabb service manager of smail Acura and he did nothing about this issue. Very poor customer service from the service Dept and also the manager. Please be aware of smail Acura of greensburg and please feel free to share this posting public.

Love this SUV. Drives like my former RL luxury sedan. Salesman was terrific especially in explaining and detailing all of those extra electronic accessories. Great new showroom. Traveled with check in hand from South Carolina to purchase a used Yukon Denali and left the same way I came. My very concern was rust, being from a state with salt use on roads due to weather. I was reassured that there was NO RUST on the vehicle. There are text messages to prove it. If I could attach pictures I would. I drove eight hits one way to purchase this vehicle and was greeted in the parking lot with a hand shake and told that Saturday's are busy for him and he had appointments but would work back and forth as best he could, but the lady in finance could help me when I was ready. REALLY!?! I then started inspecting and found that rust covered this vehicle's undercarriage and they tried to cover up rust on the doors with a horrible touch up job. The salesman tried to say he informed me there was rust normal for that area. He did not. And that isn't normal. It flaked off into my hand as I rubbed the frame. I'm aware there's a coating but this was worse than that. The vehicle had low miles for its age so I trusted what he said that it was well taken care of. The inside was beautiful and I guess that's all he thought I would care about. Much to his surprise, I inspected under the car right there on the showroom floor. I guess my first mistake was trusting a used car salesman thinking surely he wouldn't steer me wrong traveling from so far away.

Went in to get my oil changed and a service bulletin checked. I was told that I had to do an oil consumption test. After driving in 4 times to get my oil levels checked, I was told everything was fine and that I did not need any further assistance. At 5800 miles from the oil change or 1800 from my last oil consumption test my car read 50% oil life but when I checked my dip stick there was only a drop of oil on it. I quickly took the car in to check the oil and only had about a quart and a half in my engine. I was quickly told that it was ok by ACURA standards to burn 1 quart every 1000 miles. Which means that 4000 miles I could potentially have no oil in my car and that would totally be ok....... I have always purchased Acuras and Honda and after this am pretty sure that I will not purchase a 6th one. I am very let down by anyone who thinks that a synthetic oil change should only last 4000 miles and that the fix is just bring it in for oil changes every 4500 miles!!!! Which is funny in its self becuase I could potentially be out of oil at 4500 miles..... After speaking with the service manager he told me he would take this to the next level and I should hear back the next day, which was a friday, or the latest monday. It has now been two weeks and no return phone call.

My father and I arrived to be welcomed by John Myers, who was not like the typical aggressive alpha salesperson as most usually encounter. Instead John let us test drive the vehicle without him. So We test drove the acura and fell in love, what I liked about john is he completely trusted my father and respected our decisions. That trust immediately made me consider the purchase even more. I am in sales and purchasing for a living. I felt like the experience was quick and direct. That is how i prefer it. I hate haggling to a degree but I feel we were treated fairly monetarily. On the personnel side, everyone was pleasant and helpful, trying to help us get out as quick as possible. This is the second time I have dealt with this dealership. Once previously when i helped my buddy buy a car. Michael Arndt was easy to deal with. He was courteous and moved the process along. We had our 2 kids with us and he understood time being of essence. I would recommend this dealership if they have the car your looking for. I prefer long term relationships with my vendors, and If i have a need for a car in the future I would come back.

I take my 2012-13 Black Porsche Panamera Turbo S to Smail Acura for Auto Butler Paint Protection Treatment. Why do I do this?Because Auto Butler makes my car so shinny...that I can just barely find the driver's door to get in it if it is out in the sun! I need to use my Maui Jim Polaroid Glasses and make sure that I don't stare at the car for more than two seconds...If I do, I'm temporarily blinded and have to wait for about 15 seconds before I can make another attempt to find the door!Also, as I am driving in the sun I have noticed that there are no cars immediately around me...Its like driving in a vacuum.Seriously, what an incredible SHINE! It's amazing! There is nothing like this anywhere else!My wife has a white 2014 MDX that also has Auto Butler...And, it is simply beautiful...Better than new relative to its shine...Both cars tend to resist road grime and wash much easier at the car wash, too.These two cars are numbers 4 and 5 of a total of 5 cars that we have had Auto Butler Paint Protector applied. CLEARLY, worth every penny spent!

After another dealer told me that the car I wanted is not available I called Smail Acura. Dealt with John Howard on the phone before showing up to pick up my car. Very efficient and excellent price. Transparent pricing. John is quick and courteous, doesn't waste your time and answered all my questions. I filled up the online credit application and faxed over my documents. So the paperwork at dealership took merely 5 min! John got me the exact car I wanted and spent time going over the car features. Overall a very pleasant experience free of all the hassles of car dealerships. Strongly recommended.

I went in to get a key copied on 5/30/2015. Bruce at the parts counter said that he wasn't sure if it would fit in his machine, I showed him that it was only 4 screws to remove the key from the OEM flipkey FOB. He said " I don't have a screwdriver". I asked if he could get one and he said 'well it's going to be $29.95 for us to cut it'. It got the feeling he just did not feel like doing the work. I ask to see the manager and he said "I am the manager". I then asked to see his manager and he said "that's the owner". I then left the counter and asked one of his coworkers who his direct supervisor was and she said " Paul Shirley, but he's not in".I would have been happy to rectify this with Paul Shirley but Bruce told me it was the owner, and Im sure the owner will get to see the review on here. I decided that I am never going to come to this location or do business here again.

We worked with John on a nice Blue MDX... He wanted to sell a car and we wanted to buy one... John treated us very nice and I am happy we meet in person. Prior to meeting: I called Smail and they put me on the phone with John. Then he called me a week later and gave us a solid price and treated us very well. If you want to buy a new Acura go to the best "S" Acura dealership in Pittsburgh Area; Smail! Also, with a "S" on his chest, John Howard; Ask for him by name, because there is no match.

My salesman Mike Arndt is a very honest and straightforward guy. He understood my credit rating but still said he can make it work. After collecting all my information he said would give me a call tomorrow at noon. He called me and suggested that I traded in my broken car( which i was going to junk for 150) for 500$ and that i add a little more money to my down payment. Came in he sign paperwork and drove offHe even gave me a good tip that i use this to fix my credit than come back and trade for a newer model....He a good salesman that can work magic, i honestly thought i will not get approved for loan.Plus he did the nicest thing he drove me home because it was cold.( as a test drive for the car I am buying)

My family and I recently visited the Smail dealership to look at a Nissan Pathfinder. We were met in the parking lot by Martin de Salterain. We had told Martin from the beginning that we were not going to be buying this vehicle but just wanted to check out the inside. Martin was very pleasant and friendly and didn't pressure us at all to buy something that day. We exchanged emails and phone numbers before we left so that Martin could keep us updated when a vehicle that met our criteria became available. A few days later, he sent me a text message asking if we wanted to stop out and see a Honda Pilot they had. We drove out that evening not expecting to buy anything and a few hours later we left with that vehicle!! Martin and the other guys on our team, Jeff and Jim, were amazing! Definitely a wonderful group of guys. Martin was very kind and attentive to our children, even making them feel comfortable by changing the tv to something that the kids wanted to watch. They exceeded our expectations and will be first on our list for any future car purchases.

The purchase of our 2014 Honda Acura started with a phone call to Smail Honda to see if there were any used Acuras on their lot. We spoke with Martin de Salterain as to what we were interested in and he said he would get in touch with us should something come available. Within 15 minute he called back and advised that he could get us into a brand new car for the same price and would we be interested in coming out to look at the 2014 Honda Acuras that were available. Within an hour we were on our way to meet Martin and check out the Acuras. Martin was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We certainly had a lot of questions. As this was our first experience with Smail Acura, we were exceptionally impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of our salesman, Martin de Salterain. We could not have asked for anyone more knowledgeable on the MDX. He took his time to answer our multitude of questions, showed us all of the many amenities offered by the MDX (which are quite impressive), and made our first experience at Smail Acura a positive experience. From our first telephone call with Martin to driving our MDX off the lot, our overall experience with Smail Acura and Martin, was excellent and we are now enjoying our new MDX and you can't get any better than that. This is my 3rd MDX. I really think MDX is the very best SUV value you can get anywhere. Clint Robbins has been my salesman for the last two purchases and his combination of friendliness, new car knowledge and patience have made my purchases a very positive experience. Another reason I buy from Smail Acura is their outstanding service department. Gabe Leonard has been my main service rep and has always makes me feel that I am important to Smail. Alex Jones is relatively new to me but always goes out of her way to be helpful and friendly. As long as Clint, Gabe and Alex are there I plan to be a Smail Acura customer.

I was very pleased with the attention, friendliness and amenability of everyone that I came into contact with. John Howard initially showed me the car and Joe Suto did the delivery. There was also intervention by Nick the sales Manager. Initially I was hesitant to buy from a Smail dealership due to a bad experience that I had at another brand but I could not have been treated better than I was at Acura. John took the time to show me the advantages of the RDX and did not pressure me to make a decision. Once I made the decision, Joe Suto spent an inordinate amount of time going over all of the features and answering every question that I had. He also promised to make himself available for any questions that I might have after driving the car. I must say that I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of everyone that I dealt with. I will recommend this dealership in the future! Plus the car has been all that I hoped for when I purchased it!

I was in the market for a new vehicle, and had my choices narrowed down to 3 different makes. At that time, Acura was not one of them. My wife mentioned that she liked the appearance of the RDX, so I went to see and drive one. The sales consultant that I met was Martin de Salterain. My first impression was that he is pretty young and I was leery of the "sales pressure" that I associate with auto sales people, but I was impressed. Not only was he very professional, but very knowledgeable and not in the least "pushy". We did a test drive and I was immediately impressed with the handling and the ride. After checking out a couple of other vehicles, I talked with Martin again and made my decision to buy the RDX. The experience at Smail Acura was very nice. John Lunn was very friendly and knowledgeable. The deal was very straightforward and with little haggling, we settled on a price I found to be fair. A scuff on the bumper was fixed as promised and a nice loaner car was provided during the service. If you want a nice Acura at a good price, no need to look any further than Smail.

Dude. I drove over an hour to get to Smail because I've heard they are a good, solid car dealership, and I wasn't disappointed. I even arrived expecting to not love the RDX, the way I had the first time I drove an earlier model. I wasn't going to buy a car; this excursion was going to be the justification for why I was still stuck in limbo, debating what my options were.Well, salesman CJ Nuss knew exactly how to pull the love out of me, and the vehicle did, too. I went from thinking I'd taken a day off work on a wild goose chase to buying a second vehicle.Which is where Alex came into the picture. After all, I'd driven myself out to Smail, and that meant my beloved TSX was left behind while I took the new-to-me RDX home. Alex didn't just detail her up at CJ's request. Nope. I needed my annual inspection and heck, I was only 1k miles away from my 110k mile service on my baby, so... Alex made sure it all got done. I'm sure there were other people who'd booked time with Smail's service team, but Alex found room on the schedule for me. Overall, it was a great experience. It's been a couple of weeks, but every time I go down into my garage and see the two Acuras in my garage, I smile. Maybe best of all, it was the kick in the rear I needed to clean out the garage. Bonus all around. Well, except for those car payments...

Closed my deal with Michelle and Brook. Michelle was new to sales but had service experience on her resume; very knowledgeable about the RDX, friendly with no pressure to buy. I had done my homework and Sunday lot browsing so I knew fair trade-in and what model I wanted to purchase. After the test drive I was sold; it's a great vehicle. First at-home hand car wash I knew I had purchased a well made product - everything on the RDX is perfect! Brook made the paperwork process easy, efficient, and fast. Final test of my satisfaction with the dealer will be to see how the relationship extends to the Smail Acura service department for vehicle maintenance visits. Thanks very much Michelle and Brook!

My experience with Smail Acura started with a phone call to ask if it was possible to trade-in three cars for a new TSX. I was transferred to CJ Nuss in the sales department. CJ handled my situation quickly and efficiently, setting up a time for the used car sales manager to come to my home to evaluate my cars. One of the cars belonged to my son, who lives out of state, which complicated the situation further. CJ was able to guide me in taking care of this as well. This entire purchase was done with my convenience in mind. I am now a happy owner of one car, a new TSX.

Overall the experience was very good. I have a hard time giving "great" rating to anything. CJ was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair based on comparisons to other dealers. The follow up service to address minor vehicle blemishes was outstanding and again CJ was very helpful with following through on the repairs.

I met Jonathon Lunn for the 1st time last fall of 2013 and test drove the ACURA MDX. However my wife could not come at the time. Jonathon kept me in the loop but was not pestering me with phone calls. Which I greatly appreciated. He knew of my timetable and respected our conversations as to when we may be ready for a vehicle. When the time came that my wife and I could come over, Jonathan met us with a vehicle ready to test out at 4.45pm on a Saturday as that was a quick as we could get there from near Altoona, PA. He pointed out all the features to my wife and then allowed her time to test drive the vehicle and when we returned to the dealership asked us with out being pushy if we wanted to discuss the purchase of a vehicle that day. When we came I was pretty certain based on what my wife had told me on the drive over that we would only be looking that day and not rushing into a purchase. However, after meeting with Jonathan and getting price and your dealerships willingness to negotiate a very fair trade for our vehicle we walked away with a New vehicle. He and your appraiser and Brook in finance went above and beyond the call of duty as they finished up the sale and it was almost 8pm in the evening even thought your dealership closes at 5pm. We were very happy with our experience and will recommend Jonathan and your dealership to any of our friends.Thanks for making this car purchase a pleasant one.

First Honda Pilot purchased in October 2013. Second Honda pilot purchased in March 2014. All within 5 months! Why? I have worked with John Howard in purchasing 5 new Acuras in the past 4 years. His dedication to his customers is unheard of in the auto purchasing industry. His extensive knowledge in each of the products he sells has been repeatedly demonstrated during both the sales process and the delivery. He understands the features and takes the time to make sure that his customers do as well. Following delivery of the vehicle any phone calls with questions are answered immediately or returned promptly when he is unavailable. We'll let me just say "I love this dealership!" I drive from Robinson Twp just because they are so good. There are other Acura dealerships that are closer but they do not compare to the service and experience that you get when you walk into Smail Acura. Joe Suto is my sales representative, more like my friend. He is personable, friendly, informative and never pushing. I also have dealt with Rich DePalma, GM...amazing! I know that they are in the business of selling cars but they really want you to enjoy what you buy. I am a repeat customer, as well as a person that has referred others to buy at Smail. No one has ever been disappointed.

The overall experience was great. Clint was very friendly to work with and was very knowledgeable about the product. I am new to the ACURA car line so he took the time to explain the features of the car to me so that I could make an informed decision. Clint also worked with multiple lines of communication Email, Phone, and text to communicate with me when I had questions, this made the purchasing experience easier. Even though this dealership is located an hour and half from our home, we will drive it for the excellent service both from the sales staff (Joe Suto) and the service staff. Sales staff is passing, but service is ongoing and they have been terrific. This is the third TL that we have purchased from Smail automotive and I am hoping that we will be able to buy three more in the future.

This has been without a doubt, my best experience ever, buying a new car. I have to say that I opted to drive an hour away, instead of buying locally, because after talking to Clint I was convinced that I was going to love the service at Smail Acura. I was not disappointed. I bought my car, and signed all the paperwork on a Thursday evening, and because I didn't have a trade-in, and it would be difficult to get a ride back to the dealership on the weekend, the car was delivered to my doorstep on Saturday morning. Just in time for an important evening I had planned. Clint even took care of notifying my insurance company, and having them provide me with the necessary paperwork, and because I had just moved, he even notified the Dept. of transportation and took care of my change of address. Clint was planning to follow up at the beginning of the week to go over all of the Technology Package at my home, however, I decided to take a ride to Smail with my new Acura, at which time he spent at least an hour and a half going over all of the features of the Technology Package and controls, and answering all of my questions. To top it off, when we were finished, he personally washed and dried my new car, and even filled the gas tank for a second time. It goes without saying that these people are committed to being the best. This was all done without effort, because this is what they do every day. Just unbelievable! All this being said, I didn't even mention my beautiful new Acura TL AWD. So now, let the FUN begin!

My husband and I were greeted by Martin as soon as we walked into the dealership. He was very friendly and accomodating. He asked uswhat type of auto we were looking for and we said we were just starting to look. We were trading our 2010 BMW28i. Martin said the Acura TL would be comparable. After some discussion and a test drive we were impressed with the car. We did not have our BMW with us as we werenot expecting to purchase a car that day. Martin gave us an estimate of a trade-in value of our car and my husband thought it wasreasonable. We decided to purchase a silver Acura TL. Martin was very helpful in making our decision and he made the arrangements for us to make the trade on Monday. Martin was very thorough in showing me the features of the car and said to call him if I had anyquestions about anything. Martin was very personable and made the whole experiece very pleasant. Brooke was also very pleasant and efficient.

Clint Robbins is an excellent sales consultant, and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new car. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and quick to respond to any questions/concerns that I had in making my new car buying decision--and there were many of them. He was also patient, as I looked at competing cars. He facilitated the paperwork so that most of it was completed prior to our arriving at the dealership on the day that we purchased the car. When we arrived to buy the car, the process was very efficient, and we just had to "sign on the dotted lines". He also came in on his day off so that we could pick up the car when we wanted it for a family, weekend trip. He reviewed the functions of the navigation, radio, phone, etc before we drove off with the new car and offered to help with some presetting as well. So far, my experiences have been positive, and I am looking forward to a similar experience as I work with the service department for scheduled maintenance on my new MDX. Martin did an overall solid job with us. Our only complaint (out of Martin's hands) was our trade in price of our brand new CRV with 450 miles on it. It was stolen and recovered with only a scratch on the bumper, and we lost $5,000 on the trade in.

First, the Dealership was Excellent, Second, the Service Department was always Friendly and Professional, if you were in for service, they kept you updated on your vehicle's progress OR offered another option, if service time was lengthy, a ride to the Mall. Third....oursalesman...Clint Robbins......we first bought an Acura MDX 2012.....from the day it was purchased until now, we could not ask forsomeone who really took care of you, we just purchased an Acura MDX 2014 with the Tech pkg.......Clint explained all the new features inthe 2014, the differences between the 2012 and 2014....he does his homework and knows the Acura, but the most important thing aboutClint is, he has always delivered what he promised. He took care of everything. We have a different security system on our garage dooropener and would not respond to the books directions, Clint came to our house, keyed in the code and even set the code for our othercar. So now, we are able to utilize the automatic door opener on both cars and with the new MDX he came back out and keyed in the security code. I guess the bottom line is he didn't forget you after the sale.We have purchased a lot of cars over the years but no dealership or salesperson has treated us so well. One satisfied customer.

Contacted by my husband on the phone, Joe Suto guaranteed us the trip to Smail would be worth our time. He was not exaggerating; we had the best buying experience we could have hoped for. Joe was friendly, professional, knows his product, and we felt no pressure; all of which we certainly appreciated. I dealt with Charles the first night and then came back the following night and dealt with Clint. Both were very professional and very accommodating. Clint was great to deal with, kept the typical back and forth to a minimum, something I had hoped would be less of a fiasco being that I was buying a luxury brand this time. My wife and I live over an hour away and did not get to the dealership until around 7, and we didn't finish up until after 10PM(They close at 9). Clint never lost interest nor gave the impression that he had to rush us out of there. He made sure we had all the info we needed and was extremely thourough with explaining the Technology in the new Acura's. Everyone involved exceeded my expectations, they even went as far to unlock the parts to get me the all weather floor mats I wanted after it had closed. 10 out of 10 across the board for these class actshighly recommend these guys over other Acura dealers in the PGH area(I can't speak to Wexford as I never visited, but Smail blows Spitzer Acura out of the water!!

John was not pushy or overbearing, but instead was encouraging and very well versed in all of the new technologies found on the Acura MDX. I recently bought an Acura RDX at Smail Acura. I bought my previous vehicle there, too. As in the past i have always received excellent customer service from this dealership. Joe Suto sold me my first Acura TSX many years ago. He always kept in touch either by mail or anytime I stopped in for service. He provides the excellent service that customers want at a car dealership. He goes out of his way to provide exceptional service. Gabe Leonard has also provided me with excellent advice anytime I brought my first Acura (TSX) in for service. I know it won't be any different. Best experience ever! Clint provides me all the information I needed to buy the cars on time and a good deal. I was actually looking to buy a Lexus IS 350 but they way he explain to me each detail of the specs of the car and the test drive was sufficient to change my mind. I gave an overall "Great" rating above. Why? As an individual that hates to car shop, I found this experience of shopping for a vehicle the most pleasant experience ever, and I have shopped for many cars in my life time. It was a rainy afternoon, so trying to find a used Honda Pilot that I had my heart set on was no easy task. Our last stop was Smail Honda but somehow my husband and I ended up at the Used Acura Dealership. As we began to approach the building, a nice young man asked if he could help. My typical question is how long have you been selling cars, his reply was 3 months. Typically more experience equals more knowledge. Wrong! CJ Nuss might have been the new guy at the dealership, but he certainly knew how to take care of a potential customer. His was very knowledgable, and if he didn't know the answer he would clarify with a superior that did. He has a great personality, patience and a GREAT attitude. My experience was night and day compared to the other dealerships that I visited. I was referred to Mr. Robins after an exhausting search and much disappointment. I encountered unprofessionalism and arrogance and was quite apprehensive by the time I walked through the doors at Smail Acura. From the moment that I was greeted by Mr Robins I truly felt my apprehension slip away. He was beyond professional, knowledgeable, and his care for his customers safety and happiness is what immediately set him apart. What really impressed me the most was that although I was not there to purchase an Acura as he well knew, he still took me for a test drive in the Acura since I had such a negative experience at the North Hills location. He wanted to turn that experience into something positive! Furthermore, I was purchasing a much less expensive vehicle but he treated me as if I was there to purchase the most expensive suv on the lot. Very Impressive! As I told him, he is a true gentleman and he now has a customer for life! I trust him inexplicably! If you choose to buy from Mr Robins, know that you are in the best hands!!!

Im back Yes Im back for my second MDX and another great experience working with Smail Acura and salesman Clint Robbins. Yes, again I drove those 55 miles to Smail when I am still 2.4 miles from that other Acura dealership.Over these 3 years I have received genuine excellent care from Smail Acura. Its the small things they do that make all the difference! And as you know, small things add up to a dealership with fantastic people who truly care about making you feel extra special. Small things like calling and really getting a friendly receptionist who doesnt put you on hold or cut you off in mid-sentence. Small things like having an actual conversation with Gabe in the Service Department about what service was done, understanding everything he said and no billing surprises when you pick up the car! Small things like getting a birthday card every year, yes every year, from my salesman Clint Robbins no kidding how does he do that! Seriously, Im not making this stuff up! Well, it is all those small things that set Smail Acura far apart from other dealerships. I was contacted by John Howard about the available lease on the 2014 RLX. Having worked with John on several previous deals I have acquired the utmost trust and confidence in his ability to deliver the best deal for me as the consumer. Upon arrival I noticed some preliminary paper work on the desk and immediately realized that this deal was as John had promised. The test drive, the inordinate amount of time that John spends with us, the clear explanations, the next day follow up to schedule our lessons at attempting to master the technology in the vehicle and the genuine concern that John shows to us not only as customers but as friends is THE reason why Smail Acura is our dealer of choice. I never feel pressured when at the dealership and as an informed car buyer I know that when I deal with John that I am obtaining the best possible deal on the vehicle. It has been four days since we acquired the vehicle and there has been three contacts with John. Prior to our decision on an MDX, my wife & researched/considered every comparable SUV on the market. Upon our initial visit to Smail Acura, we were greeted in their parking lot with a huge smile by Charles "CJ" Nuss. We explained to CJ how we were in the market for an SUV, & considering an MDX; but were unsure which package best suited our needs. CJ was very knowledgeable & thoroughly explained the differences, available options & pricing. We never felt pressured & he worked patiently with us. We experienced a pleasant no pressure buying experience. Mike, our sales rep, was polite and answered all of our questions, even when we informed him we would still be looking at a competitors vehicle later that day. He seemed genuinely concerned that we find the best vehicle to meet our large family's needs even if it might not be his product. Even after he had sold us the car he continued to show the same helpfulness and enthusiasm about his product and this dealership.

We went to look at the Nissan, which we saw on the internet, and liked it very much. We told Mike that we were leaving town the next day and couldn't do anything right away. He suggested that we take our trip in the Nissan. We couldn't see how this was possible, but within a short while we drove away with the Nissan. It was amazing that they were able to take care of all the detail, including the transfer of insurance, the trade etc. so quickly and smoothly.We have read the terms of use that goes with this survey. It is terrible and we suspect many people, if they read it, are turned off by it.

My husband paid a visit to the Acura dealer, unbeknownst to me, to get information on the ILX and TSX, as I had expressed an interest in purchasing a new car. He met Joe Suto, who suggested bringing me in to see the cars. I was unaware when I got there that this was all preplanned, and both cars were sitting side by side for test driving and comparison. I chose the TSX, but the color I preferred was not readily available. Somehow, Joe managed to locate exactly what I was looking for the next day, and I purchased the vehicle that very weekend. Joe was knowledgeable and helpful with my decision making. Also, he is very personable and I didn't feel pressured at any time to make a decision. The overall experience was pleasant and I would recommend this dealership to my friends. I have not used the service department yet, but have been notified that I will be receiving an invitation to meet the service team.

I had no intent to buy an "Acura". I had a bucket list of manufactures I wanted to test drive and I had driven two when we stopped at Smail Acura. My husband and I had been on the lot just "looking" twice before. When we entered the dealership we were promptly greeted by Clint Robbins. After collecting myself and indicating what I was looking for..outside we went to the lot. Clint gave us an overview of the Acura TL before leaving the lot. I must say that it was evident he was a great salesman but his knowledge and handling of the TL was impressive. My husband could read my body language that I was "really" interested. After test driving and some discussion about the car that would fit our needs, Clint worked out numbers we were comfortable with. Brooke Brewer quickly prepped our documents and everything was in order. Clint spent time with us explaining all the features (more than I'll probably remember to use) but he said to stop or call anytime if we need a review. There's not too many things that would keep me from watching the PENGUINS on the first round of playoffs, but we closed the dealership that Saturday with my Acura TL ready to drive home. Love how it handles, Of all the dealerships we've bought from over the years..hands down this was a pleasurable experience.

The Acura RDX sold itself. I really love the vehicle. However, Mr Clint Robbins was THE BEST! I was deciding between a Highlander and the RDX. Clint had nothing but praise for his competition. He absolutely knows his product and very patiently explained it. He is completely "down to earth" with no hint of arrogance and demonstrated his respect of my time. I have been a service customer at Smail Acura for 11 years with my 2001 Integra. Gabe and the service department have always taken excellent care of my car and have always been very honest and extremely courteous. I have had such a good experience with my Acura (>200,000 miles without incident) and the service at Smail that I naturally looked there for my new car. My circumstances are complicated by a congenital back defect that makes it very difficult for me to find a car that is comfortable. I met Joe Suto and he showed me multiple cars. We went on standard test drives and then Joe went with me on extended test drives of an hour or more. I need to drive a car for that long just to get an idea if the seat and/or ride will work for me. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time or keeping him from something else. Joe even arranged for me to take one car that seemed like it might work out on a weekend long test drive. Joe responded promptly to emails. He was always understanding of my predicament, patient and kind. He went above and beyond to put me in an Acura without being pushy. His pride in the cars he sells is obvious. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend Joe Suto and Smail Acura for sales and service.

On June 19th 2010 I leased a 2010 Acura tl. After several months , I came to the conclusion I had made a mistake. I hated the color and everything about the color. After two years of the three year lease, I called Clint Robbins to see if I could end the lease early. He told me it was not possible at that time, however he would contact me at the right time. Several months before my lease was over he called and we worked out a great lease deal. Everything was handled professionally. There was no Mickey Mouse sales tactics. The entire staff was top notch! I would definitely recommend this dealership and Clint Robbins .

We test drove them and then he went to work on the numbers. He was able to upgrade my vehicle and roll over my unused miles on my existing lease to keep my lease payment comparable on the new lease. We have been customers of Smail dealerships for over 20 years, having bought a 01 CL and 04 MDX new. While on a vacation to New Jersey, my 04 MDX developed a significant mechanical issue with 200,000 miles on it (it was time for a new vehicle). Stranded in Philadelphia, I called back to Smail and spoke with our sales associate Clint, explaining that we were stranded and that we were going to rent a vehicle to get home. Clint worked IMMEDIATELY to get us options for a new vehicle and presented us with an Acura certified used 2011 MDX while we were driving home. Our other issue was how to recover the old Acura and Clint, working with his managers at Smail, arranged to recover the vehicle from an Acura dealership in Philadelphia that would only help us if I bought from them at that moment (not a good option and not really in line with the Acura "brand" - another story for another day). Once we arrived home, we unpacked and made our way to the Smail dealership, quite tired. Smail made us feel like family from the start (nothing new to us). Clint arranged to help us return the one way rental to the local airport and then sent us home with the newer MDX (with dealer tags as we did not yet have our vehicle back). Later in the week, we returned to complete the sale. Not having to do anything with the old MDX, Smail management helped us get it to auction and recovered much more than we expected. Not only was the pre-owned and certified 2011 MDX a good deal, in our opinion, but the recovery of value on our previous vehicle was also a suprise. Again, this is way we have shopped here for so long. Gabe has been our point person for service for many years and Clint is our point person for sales. BOTH treat us like family, and more important, represent EXACTLY what the Acura brand stands for. We highly recommend this family of dealerships to ANYONE. Went to look at a new TSX on the coldest night of the year. I met Mike Arndt at the dealership and he was very helpful in helping decide on my TSX. Mike showed me a brand new TSX and a comparable preowned example. He was very knowledgeable of the comparison between new and certified preowned program, Mike's knowledge helped me to make the right decision based on my use of the car. As for the negotiation process, it was fairly low pressure and we agreed upon a fair price. I would work with Mike again.

Just browsing at the Acuras on a early cold morning while waiting for our Honda Pilot to be serviced we were invited by Joe Suto to come inside to browse just before official opening hours. We were just looking, but had been considering purchasing a TL because of the good performance we had with a TL we had purchased many years ago. The Greensburgh Acura is top notch in terms of professionalism and customer service. Our sales reps were Mike Arndt and Clint Robbins. Mike was very professional and played a major role in sealing the final deal and get us the price which we had budgted for. Clint was very professional and savyy. He very patient and let us explore several options before we chose to go with the TSX. Clint also took the time to introduce us to several options in our current MDX which we never knew about. He is very passionate about his work which you rarely encounter in a car dealership.(Note: We bought the 2008 MDX from the Acura dealership in Beford, Ohio in 2011,and it was the worst experience ever. The sales rep tried to mislead us on the mileage, did not bother resetting the system nor walking us through the different options that the car offered. They were arrogant and only concerned about closing the deal) We had a great experience with Acura of Greensburgh and and we wish we lived closer to it. They also accpeted to take our MDX in for a full service (oil change, etc...) while we were closing the deal on the TSX, which we greatly appreciated. To be quiet honest, finding a quality service in an Acura dealership seem to be impossible. We have used 2 dealerships before: Bedford, OH and South Hills, PA and the service has been miserable. The sales reps are arrogant, lazy, and only concerned about the sale. And the service/maintenance team has no patience for any questions regarding your car, and asking for a loaner car is like pulling teeth. We hope Acura makes an effort to monitor their deadlerships' quality of service so they look more like the Greensburgh Acura and its team. After all you are selling luxury cars and you are up against great competition.

We had narrowed our search for a new vehicle to a few options when we went back to Smail Acura to meet with Joe Suto. The negation process was a give and take process and created no I'll feelings. I feel very comfortable returning to the dealership for any need. I had found a posting for a pre-owned Infiniti EX35, offered for sale by Smail Acura. It was the exact color combination I was seeking and the price was something I could afford. So, I immediately telephoned the dealership and began discussions concerning the vehicle, with Clint Robbins, a sales consulatant. He was courteous, helpful and also put forth special effort, so that I could test-drive the vehicle, at my convenience. (I live approx. an hour away from the dealership and work full-time, also a distance away.) I ultimately purchased the Infiniti and Clint made the transactions as seamless as possible. His efforts were greatly appreciated!

When I got to Acura on Saturday morning at 820 am, the Acura TL I had called about on Friday was fired up and ready to go for test drive. We didnt have to start the vehicle at all. The test drive went well. The car seemed great for all 15 minutes we drove it. Mike was very knowledgeable about Acura, Navigation system, etc. he was friendly as well. On friday, he had sold me on buying from him becuase it was a certified PRE OWNED Acura, even though this vehicle was priced about $2000 more than another one i saw online.When I went to leave after I purchased the 2009 Acura TL with the 5 yr 62,000 mile warranty and 7 yr, 100000 mile manufactorers warranty ALSO with the 150 point approved Acura inspection. The car didnt start. The battery was dead. I was in a bit of a time constraint but Mike told me that the dealership left one of the lights on in the car overnight, which is why the vehicle's battery was dead. he did offer to replace it but i was in a rush for an appointment/committment downtown, which is why we went to see Mike so early. he confirmed that the alternator would charge the battery and sure enough i got downtown and the car battery died. this was just the TIP of the iceburg.I had to go to Advanced Auto Parts to get a new battery, which Mike paid for... this could have ALL been avoided. I also had to get to my fiancee's shower. When Advanced Auto Parts changed battery, they must have eliminated the all wheel drive in the car. Plus i was unable to turn on radio and navigation. I called Mike and he was apologetic and walked me through the process to get everything back up and running.once i got home and started driving the car more... we noticed the front right speaker was blown or something was wrong with it. This was small in nature to the engine ticking and rattling/vibration noise it is making.I emailed Mike fist thing monday monring (with in 24 business hours) and said i was not happy and that i wanted to bring the car back. I told him everything that was wrong the car and was upset. This is where Mike started changing his attitude. It became more about me and that i was doing something wrong and that everything is oK wiht the car. They did come back and pick it up and "fix" it and told me that there was water in the gas and that everything else was OK.I had spoke to rich becuase i wanted more from the dealership. Afterall, i was sold on the 150 point inspection but yet i was having some serious issues and i still am. I spoke to Ralph, a service technician at Acura and he assured me that the engine was making the vibration/rattling noise due to the type of gasoline being used. I assured him that i have not had a chance to put in any gas becuase i havent even owned the care long enoughI am very frustrated and seem to be getting the run around now. I have emailed Mike yesterday and today and havent even heard back from him. I know i might be a problem to them but i am not happy with the level of service. I am going to see a mechanic tomorrow to see what is going on with the engine because it is still rattling/vibratin at 30 mph.

My wife and I needed to find a vehicle in only a few hours. Kevin seemed to intuitively know how to help us proceed when we weren't sure exactly what we were looking for. He test drove two vehicles for us, because I felt uncomfortable doing so and was very willing to point out both the strengths and weaknesses of the vehicles. This was a quality that really made Smail Acura shine. Our budget was low, and we needed a used vehicle - we knew we weren't going to be getting something perfect and Kevin paid attention to this. Without his help, we would have definitely aimlessly wandered from lot to lot, and probably wouldn't have left with a vehicle in the time frame that we needed one by. He gave us space when we needed it and stood by as available the moment we had a question. He didn't push or prod us into a decision, and was strikingly professional and respectful. Most of all, he was patient. He worked with us long after closing time. Above and beyond expectations, he allowed us to keep the rental truck we had temporarily parked in Smail Acura's lot, so that Enterprise could come and collect it the next day. If I could change anything about the experience, I would have loved more time to make a decision. But this was out of the scope of Kevin's control, and despite our commitments to time, he helped us meet our goal.

I have worked with Joe Suto in the past. Although I bought my 2010 Acura in Buffalo,NY, which is closer to my home, Joe Suto's customer service experience prompted me to take my business to the Smail dealership in Greensburg, Pa. Joe offered me a very competitive price on my 2010 TL and made the entire purchasing experience positive and rewarding. My experience with the Ray Laks dealership in Buffalo was quite the opposite. Their reluctance to offer me a fair price prompted me to return to Joe Suto. Joe had previously sold me a TL in 2007. Mr. Suto immediately offered me a very competitive price for my vehicle and made the entire buying process painless and stress free. After hearing that I was going to purchase my new vehicle in Greensburg, Ray Laks offered to match the deal that I received in Greensburg. However, I told them, "Too little, too late!" When I arrived at the Smail dealership to pick up my 2012 MDX, the vehicle was in perfect condition and ready for delivery. Joe Suto and Smail Acura should be commended for their ability to work with perspective customers.

We changed sales reps halfway through the process. Joe Suto (who we finished with), was great. He was very thorough in his demonstration of the features & benefits our new car came equipped with, while also remaining personable, professional, and courteous, throughout the entire process. After we decided on the vehicle we wanted and it was time to negotiate, Joe handled it with class. It was by far, the least stressful vehicle purchase we've ever made. We only had to counter once, instead of the back and forth games I've had to play at other dealerships. After only making one counter offer, we were happy with the amount they offered for our trade-in, and we felt as though we got a fair deal overall. The only thing we didn't care for regarding the delivery process, was that they pretty much insisted we take delivery of the new car on the spot. We would have much rather signed whatever needed to be signed, then went home so we could have emptied our car of our personal belongings, sent our babysitter home at a reasonable hour, then came back the next day to take delivery of our new car without feeling rushed. I thought we expressed at the time, that we would have been preferred to come back the next day to take delivery, but we were told "it'll only be a few minutes"... well needless to say, it took more than a few minutes. We didn't appreciate that the dealership refused to appraise our trade-in on our first visit to the store. We're not sure if this is standard policy at Smail, or if this was a decision made by the first sales rep we worked with. He knew we had a few other vehicles we intended on looking at, so he attempted to smooth it over by suggesting we look at everything else first, then come back to Smail to have our trade-in appraised, as though that would have somehow made things easier on us. To me that was nothing more than a sales tactic to prevent me from being able to shop their trade-in number against other dealers. I get that, I used to be in sales... however, as the customer, it was an inconvenience, and was also somewhat off-putting. By that time we'd already narrowed our vehicle shopping down to 3 vehicles, and we knew the Acura TSX Wagon was going to be one of the finalists, so to speak. By not appraising our vehicle, they put us in a situation where we had to return back to Smail no matter what, which was an inconvenience, and really rubbed me the wrong way. However, their competition down the street (Sendel VW) did the same thing, they also wouldn't appraise our trade-in. That's the only reason why I only rated the overall experience as "good" as opposed to "great"... As I mentioned, I don't know if that is typical of Smail's policy, or if it was a decision made by the first sales rep we worked with. I can't say enough good things about Joe Suto. He went out of his way after the purchase, to pickup the car at my wife's place of work, and deliver it back to her later that day, to facilitate getting our remote starter installed without inconveniencing us in any way. Overall it still remains one of the best buying experiences I've ever been through, and I'd highly recommend Smail Acura, and Joe Suto, to my friends & family. I only wish they would have appraised our trade on our first visit there, and that they would have scheduled delivery for the next day when it would have been more convenient for us.

My experience with Bud Smail Acura has earned a 5-star rating. I went to the dealership 15 minutes before closing and the salesperson, Dave Kimmick, still took the time to take me for a test drive. After that he and his finance manager stayed more than an hour after the dealership closed to get me approved for financing and to complete the paperwork on a vehicle. I really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism that the staff showed. This made me feel that they truly cared about me as a customer. We were able to negotiate a fair price on the vehicle and it is obvious that the dealership took the time to ensure that the vehicle was of good quality before it was sold. Joe Suto knows Acuras! He knows them inside and out. Joe never tried to mislead me with features that weren't available and sold me the car by telling me about all of the awesome features that are included with the car. He turned a simple test drive into a fun learning experience and completely sold me on the car by the time I was done with the test drive. Joe worked with me though the financing and through my many changes of mind. He never showed an ounce of frustration with me. Joe found the exact color combination that I wanted and sent someone over 200 miles round trip to pick the car up...at no additional charge to me. There is a reason that Joe Suto has so many awards hanging on his wall...and I saw that first-hand. I would never hesitate to purchase another car from Joe Suto!

Our overall experience at Smail Acura today was very pleasant. We did not feel the high pressure to make the deal today, but yet there were active negotiations that led to an agreement. Dave Kimmick did a solid job representing Smail while trying to please us at the same time. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We didn't get exactly the price we were looking for (which is understandable), and that is the reason for the "good" rating above instead of "great". This was our second purchase of a car from a Smail dealer, and I would highly recommend Smail to anyone considering buying a new or used vehicle.

To a great extent it was due to salesperson Joe Suto who is a real professional - great product knowledge, absoultely no pressure, and extrememly courteous and helpful. I needed new parts for my 03 RSX due to improper installation of aftermarket headlight assemblies by the previous owner. The staff at Smail Acura Parts Department were friendly and helpful in finding the components I needed and shipping them to me as I live some distance from a dealership. The parts I purchased now may be insignificant, but Smail Acura made an impression on me. When I finish college and am able to purchase a brand new Acura, I won't forget you guys.

My husband and I were looking for a vehicle for me to drive. He is handicapped and has his own equipped van. I had been researching vehicles and had the Acura MDX at the very top of my list for serveral reasons. Once arriving at Smail, I was immediately greeted by Todd Rohaly. I explained to him that I had placed a query online and had been exchanging emails with Clint Robbins. He told me that Clint was with another customer, but would gladly show me around until Clint was available. We were so impressed with having Todd so willing to help us and not recommend that we wait for Clint. Todd took care of every question we had, provided us with meaningful information about the vehicle, and maintained a very professional, yet personable demeanor throughout the process. When Clint was available, he took over certain areas while Todd worked on related needs to complete the sale after our decision was made known. They worked together as a team and at no time did we feel that we were breeching a contact initially made with Clint. Smail is a wonderful place to do business and these employees are proud of their product and present it as such. Of course, the car speaks for itself in price and it is delivering everything that Todd and Clint had promised. We love it, and would love to give our business to Smail when we begin shopping for a vehicle that can accomodate my husband's mobility issues.

We have been buying cars from Smail family of dealerships for 20 years. We decided to trade our 2001 Acura CL in for a new 2012 TL, provided the deal would be acceptable (trade and new car). Because of our past VERY POSITIVE experiences with Smail, we decided to again approach them. We were introduced to a new salesman (Clint) by our longstanding service engineer (Gabe) who explained that our old salesperson was no longer at Smail Acura(after selling us the past two Acuras). Knowing the extremely level of technology, we needed a salesperson who could explain each and every feature to our full understanding (why buy features that we cannot understand or use). My first visit was to meet the new salesman, Clint, and learn about the TL SH-awd w/tech package. Even though they did not have one of these on the lot, Clint spent over a hour talking about technology, safety, improvements over previous models/years. Clearly, he knew his cars and how to talk with his customers. Before leaving that first day, we traded contact info (emails) and he kept us abreast of incoming inventory. Two days after the correct TL arrived at the dealer (three weeks later), my wife and I made an appointment to come out, test drive, and talk about a deal. Prior to the appointment, Clint clearly explained in an email what the new car would be priced at, including dealer applied options. This proved to me that Clint (Smail Acura) was not hiding anything and presented a fair price before we arrived (I did research the car and price to be very fair). Upon arrival, he spent two hours with both of us on a detailed review of the vehicle, how it compared to the previous year's model and how it would be much different that our 2001 CL or my 2004 MDX. A long road test with plenty of opportunities to demonstrate the ride, handling and features was then conducted. At that point, I asked for a review of our trade. Only 10 minutes later, the value was returned to me (a bit less that I was hoping but the car did have 100,000 miles). We shook hands 5 minutes later and began paperwork that evening. It should be noted that Clint was not scheduled to work the evening he took our appointment but did so to match opur tight schedules.Deliver day was two days later and again, everything was picture perfect with documentation and the exact same numbers as was agreed to previously. Again, Clint took another hour to review features and get us comfortable with the new vehicle. Delivery was flawless between Clint and the Business Manager - zero pressure for anything beyond the purchase.After the third day with the new vehicle, our salesman once again called to see if we had any questions or concerns and offered to meet with us for an additional training session so that we are certain to take advantage of all the car had to offer.To finish, I work in heavy manufacturing and have seen many changes to our products and to customer service. This dealership, Smail, stands out to me with the respect that they give to each customer, time and time again. The same holds for their service department, which again, draws me back to them. If we were to move, I would most likely return to one of his dealerships for a new vehicle, and if Acura, would again return to this salesman.

This has been the second vehicle that I have bought from Smail and from Clint Robbins the Sales Consultant. I have nothing but good things to say about the previous vehicle that I owned from them and most of all how they are willing to go out of their way and help you. Last week I purchased a used vehicle and this week had to take in for a minor repair. Everything covered and fixed no charge, and no questions asked. I would definitely recommed Smail, but most of all Clint! Will be the guy I look for in the future of purchasing another vehicle!

Smail Acura did an outstanding job of taking care of all of our needs. We had recently purchased a 2003 TL (from another dealer) and Smail was able to quickly and affordably take care of the service needs for that vehicle. While we were at the dealership, we began looking at new vehicles and found that the RDX was a perfect fit for us. We put a lot of miles on our cars, but Smail was able to structure our financing so that the RDX was the lewast expensive option for our needs. Smail's serivce department will pick up our cars when they need work, and give us a vehicle to use while the work is being performed. That works great in our busy schedule.

Genuinely appreciated the overall buying experience. Mike was outstanding....he never became rattled - and always answered my questions/concerns patiently. I do believe, however, I was a tad low-balled (even after numerous increases) on the value/price for my trade-in.......but I believe that's universally the case with used-car sales. Again, NO pressure was applied, no silly sales games, either. So, thanks. I will though, next time, learn to set a monthly figure that I cannot exceed - and will make sure the entire cost is covered (monthly charge, tax/title, service warranty....). I overextended myself a bit with this purchase....and, in retrospect, could have probably fought harder to stay on budget. But that's on ME. Anyway, thanks again for everything. Mike and Jim were exceptional.....and everyone at the Acura dealership treated my wife and me wonderfully. We'll be back someday, I promise.

I bought a used CPO Acura MDX. I worked with Joe Suto. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and attentive. I felt he went above and beyond. I did not feel pressured to purchase any vehicle and he showed my a couple of other comparisons. He walked me through how all the gadgets on the car worked and helped me set up my bluetooth and added some numbers for me. He went over my car before I took delivery of it to make sure it was spotless. This was one of the best car sales experience I have ever had. I would definitely buy another car from Joe Suto again. Joseph was from the onset of our first conversation my best description of a great automobile salesman. Joseph was no pressure "How can I help" "What is it that you are looking for". I asked for pricing on several vehicles, Joseph came back quickly with the pricing on all vehicles available and we left the dealership to consider our options. Joseph followed up in a few days, we took our test drive, negotiated the price and financing options and the sale was complete with the exception of picking up the vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle is was spotless even though it had rained, we went for another drive to familiarize us with the controls and features. Joseph always seemed as excited as we were to purchase the vehicle. He showed that he cared about the customer from start to finish. This vehicle is the seventh purchased from a Smail dealership, and we look forward to the eighth.

I was very pleased with my experience at Smail Acura. I had been searching for a particular used vehicle for some time and had visited and dealt with MANY dealers/dealerships over the last couple of months and can tell you that I was losing complete faith that anyone still cared about customer service. The others had poor personalities, were not friendly, and quite frankly, seemed that they could have cared less about making a sale, let alone pleasing a customer. From the moment I met Mr. Suto, I felt that he was different. He was extremely friendly, took the time to get to know me, and was very willing to work with me to satisfy my needs. The entire team at Smail Acura went above and beyond what is expected of a dealership. They included many options at no additional charge to satisfy me and help make the purchase easier. They also did a complete cleaning of my new vehicle inside and out which I can say was the best job I have ever seen. They also were kind enough to install a couple of extra options I purchased elsewhere at no additional charge and on their own time. I can not say enough good things about dealing with Mr. Suto and the entire Smail Acura team. I hope I have the opportunity to return the favor and reccommend the business to everyone I know searching for a vehicle or service center. I knew what I wanted to buy, but I was planning to wait until the end of the year due to a variety of constraints. Clint listened to my concerns and helped make it happen four months sooner than I planned.I purchased the car sight unseen over the phone and picked it up five days later. Upon arriving it was prepped and ready to go. Clint's did an outstanding job going over the car with me and walking me through the navigation system and other features of the car. It was exactly what I wanted at a fair price and with excellent financing.It was the easiest, most professional car buying experience I have ever had. I had an RDX on lease from Smail Acura and they called me 6 mos before end of lease to see if I'd be interested in another lease or purchase from them. I was interested in upgrading to the MDX and they were able to get me out of my lease early. I got a good deal on a demo model with upgrades I normally couldnt afford. On another note, you feel like your part of an elite group by working with the team there. I'm not sure if this is how all Acura dealerships are as I havent been to others. They are running a high-class operation. I had a Ford, Jeep and a VW before the Acura and wow I can tell you that the service is worlds apart. Even their service floor is spotless and their waiting room is plush. I considered looking at other vehicles at the end of this lease; however, I figured i'm pretty spoiled by Smail Acura at this point and will be disappointed wherever else I go.

The experience of buying a car, whether it is new or pre owned is generally not the most fun thing to do. However, the staff was very friendly, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. From the sales person and the sales manager, to the finance person, they all provided excellent service. I am enjoying my car that I purchased from them. I will definitely consider this dealership for future car purchases. So far I have had no issues with my car, but they have assured me that they will handle anything that may occur.

Mike was very good with response to internet request and follow up prior to us coming in and after the sale.Joe Sopko, closed the deal with his knowledge. He took us both on a test drive, explained all the functions of the controls, showed us the service side of the dealership, and explained what is offered for service. He is extremely knowledgable about Acura, and the Smail Acura dealership. He should train all sales staff at this dealship in our opinion. Clint, went over the controls again after the sale, because Joe was busy with another customer, He also was very Acura knowledgeable, and the Acura sales staff worked as a team. Finance dept. Jim, and Dina, also were very friendly, and knowledgeable in making a 20+ year Nissan customer comfortable with moving to a new brand and dealership.

This was the furthest dealer from our house, so we were trying not to have to go there. From the time we arrived at the showroom, it was a great experience. Clint Robbins was truly exceptional. He continued the test rides after the dealership was closed. He was knowlegeable, & professional at all times. He was thoughtful & considerate, bringing us a cup of cold water in exceptional heat conditions, while we were outside trying to decide, but did not stay trying to pressure us. Clint & Jim Long, the business manager, stayed after the dealership closed again the second day, but we were not rushed in completing the deal. Clint offered to come to our driveway to show us all the features on the car, but we opted to stay & do it right then, meaning we left the dealership at 11 pm. It was an unexpected, hassle-free negotiation. We received a fair price on the purchase & on the trade-in. We would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Clint Robbins was the sales professional we dealt with most at Smail Acura. We had expressed to Clint that never in any of our car experiences had we dealt with a sales professional as knowledgeable, thorough and customer friendly as he was. Additionally, what we appreciated most was that Clint (nor anyone else at Smail) was not condescending at all - a characteristic that unfortunately we have seen too many times when dealing with car dealerships. For that reason, I'm glad there is a forum such as this where other people can read reviews like this and hopefully give Smail Acura a try. The only reluctance we had was dealing with a dealership that was so far from where we live. We live approximately 90 minutes from Smail Acura. Our concern was that if something needed to be taken care of by the dealership, that's at least a 3 hour trip in itself - a lot of time - especially when we have 2 toddlers at home. Our concerns were immediately put to rest. Clint explained to us, that should anything need to be taken care of, Smail Acura will come to us and pick our car up. Who does that??? That was awesome.There was never any pressure from anyone - not from Clint or Mike, or Jim Long, the business manager at Smail Acura. It was THE MOST buyer-friendly experience we have ever had. I'm not surprised that Smail Acura has the type of rankings they do in our region as well as across the country. As I mentioned, we live approximately 90 minutes from Smail Acura, but it was worth the drive there. This is a dealership we will definitely do business with again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Very good experience, Clint was very friendly and knowledgable about the Acura i was purchasing. Clint took me for a very exentsive test drive, showing and explaining all of the standard features. When we talked about available options each one was presented and discussed in detail, but never did i feel like i was being pushed to purchase any of the additional options. I was very pleased with the pricing, financing and trade in value that i recieved, everyone was very accomodating. I would, and already have, recomded Smail Acura to others.

I hate shopping for cars. Even though I'm an attorney and negotiate for a living, I find the experience painful. I went to Smail Acura this past Saturday to buy an MDX (if the deal was right) and was surprised at how "unpainful" the transaction was. I had already researched and driven the MDX and knew exactly what trim level I wanted. They had almost every color in my trim level available on the lot. Joe didn't waste my time tying to up-sell me on a higher trim level. Instead we walked the lot and did what I wanted to do, which was look at colors and interiors. I knew going in what would have been a best-case price for both the MDX and my trade. After a few minutes of fairly light hearted negotiations (and a few jabs back and forth with the sales manager about our respective chosen professions) we ended up at a very fair price. My car had just been delivered and needed prepped so Joe used another car from the lot to demonstrate all of the features. When my car was ready, we set up the blue tooth for my phone, customized a few settings, and I was off. I am not the type that has to know that the dealer isn't making any money before I'm satisfied, and Smail was not the type of dealer that made me threaten to walk off the lot before they gave me a fair deal. In the end I was able to get a fair deal and drive home in the exact car I wanted in a few hours on a Saturday afternoon. Unlike prior experiences there was no need to visit several dealers and play one against the other to get a fair price, and I didn't have to wait for them to find a car in the right color and have it brought in from out of state. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

Mr. Suto was very fair with me during my car buying experience. We got better prices quoted from other dealers but they did not have the features we wanted in the car. Mr. Suto was very friendly and accommodating and was prepared to serve me in any way that he was able to. Overall my car buying experience was a 5...I just wish the price was a little more in line with the other Pittsburgh area Acura dealers.

It was a true pleasure to work with our salesman, Todd Rohaly, and the rest of the staff at Smail Acura in Greensburg, PA. Todd was very well versed in the features and benefits of the Acura TL and was able to work with his sales manager, Rich Depalma, in coming up with a very attractive lease for our '11 TL SH-AWD.Being a salesman I find myself more often than not being critical of other salespeople. There was no need to put up my guard with these folks. They know their product, treat you with respect, and have great follow-up and follow-through. My wife and I could not have been more delighted.Lastly, the meeting with the F&I manager Jim was a breeze. He had everthing ready to go and we were on our way in no time. He was very organized and is a consumate professional.We drove a long way to visit Smail Acura and so far we are glad we did!

My experience with Smail Acura has been wonderful. This is my third TSX because it gives you such a great value for the money. Everyone at Acura that I have had to deal with including service has always been very helpful and thorough. I have especially appreciated John Howards assistance through the whole process. Deciding on what to get can be a daunting task, and he made it very easy to make the right choice. He is very knowledgable about ACURA's and listens very well to what my needs were. In addition, my previous TSX needed minor body repair and he took it upon himself to take it to the Smail collision center since I made the early decision to get into a new TSX the week before the 08 TSX was due in the body shop. I felt that was outstanding customer service and he should be commended for that.

It was a great experience, Joe was very helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted. He was able to find me the car and give me a rental in the mean time while he was getting it ready. Very happy with everything and everyone was very nice. Impressed with with everything.

I bought this car just because of the Sales person MikeI had a $800 cheaper deal on the table but i still bought it because of Mike customer service.. He was very helpful and it was really good working with himI really appreciate Mike's service and looking forward to working with him in the future

All in all, it was a great experience. We were quoted a slightly lower price from another dealer in the area, but walked out because we just did not want to do business with them. We drove out to Smail instead and they were just so much more pleasant to deal with. John is fantastic - I will definitely work with him again on my next car purchase.

Let me start by saying I live 5 mile from the Wexford Accura dealership. I chose a dealership 50 miles away from my house simply because of the friendly and service oriented people like Joe at Smails. I am a business ower and I wish I could have 50 Joe Suto's. Clint Robbins knew that I was not in the market for a new car. Nonetheless, he treated me as though I were. He was gracious, thorough & made sure I was comfortable with the purchase as well as the operation of the car - & that took a while! It's a great thing to know that customer service is still alive & well - shout out to Clint who's made buying a car a great experience! Can't say enough about Clint (#1) & Smail. We recently purchased the Acura ZDX from John Howard at Smail Acura. This is the 2nd car we purchased through him, we also purchased the Acura TL in 09. John has truly become like a friend to us. The ZDX was a total surprise to me from my husband. John and the staff at Smail were incredible! They seemed to all take part in my big surprise!! John went to great lengths to make the day special for me and easy for my husband. We felt as though he was just as excited as we were. The dealership was efficient and everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. We would be happy to recommend John and the Smail staff as they made our purchases enjoyable and never once pressured us during either sale.

I had a remote starter in the vehicle that I was trading in, thought I had made it very clear that the remote was switched into the new vehicle or it wasn't a deal. The salesman Todd spoke with his manager and came back and said they could not switch it but would get me a new starter. The cost of the new starter would be $250 and I would ONLY have to pay $75.00 which I repeated a couple of times and Todd agreed; so I then agreed to the deal. I did get a check for the $175.00 as promised and a month a later when the appointment was scheduled for, I then learned that I had to pay $170.00 plus tax, because that was the deal that Smails had negotiated with the company that installed the remote started. This company also stated that this wasn't the first time that Smails had done this to a customer. I feel strongly that Smails owe me $187.35 the remaining price I had to pay, espciallly since they got a vehicle with a remote starter that they added that to the price to resale to someone else. I will not recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends. I will recomment Acura to them but through a different dealership, unless they would make this incident correct.

There is something special about Joe Suto at Smail Acura. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like Joe treated me like a member of his family. He wasn't pushy or forceful when selling me my car. Rather, he was warm, patient, and very giving of his time. He even traveled to my home to assist me in setting up my new car with some of the advanced features. I would highly recommend Joe Suto at Smail Acura for anyone interested in buying a car from someone who is kind, and who cares about his customers.

Clint was extremely helpful, friendly, personable, and knew his product inside and out. He never put an inordinate amount of pressure on us to buy which we greatly appreciated. He followed up with us after the sale which no other dealer has ever done with us. The finance manager we worked with on the loan was also outstanding. Overall a great experience for us.

When I walked into the dealership to look at a used Acura TL Type S a salesman came outside and greeted me almost immediatly. I did not have to wait around for someone to talk to me. Everyone in the dealership was very polite. My salesman was very helpful and answered all my questions I had about the car. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone. It was a good experience.

Michael was very easy to deal with and was able to offer me the best price for the Acura TL that I wanted. He was not a "pushy" sales person -- which is appealing to me because I don't like being pushed! He was a great listener and understood what I wanted in a car. He took time to understand what I needed and offered the best options he had available to meet those needs. Michael has a very calm personality and took time to show the options of the new TL I was purchasing. We purchased our 2011 MDX on December 23rd 2010. We drove 55 miles to Smail Acura in the rain and snow when I am 2.4 miles from another Acura dealer why? because Smail Acura was nice to me before I even walked into the dealership. Armed and ready with my own car data spreadsheet I had diligently compiled over months of research, I was expecting a very long day ahead of me. Like so many times before, I had no intension of going home in a new vehicle I was there to just check it out, see how it drove and get a feel for the dealership. I wanted to this adventure over as quickly and painlessly as possible.Salesman Clint Robbins greeted us with a warm smile and oozed of confidence over the MDX. Clint met my quirky spreadsheet challenges head on answering all of my questions and then some. His knowledge of the MDX was as if he designed the car himself. He knows everything and I mean everything about that car. Not only does he know it all, he took the time to thoroughly explain the features and all the gadgets - sometimes more than once. He took his time and made sure the MDX was the right fit for what we were looking for. What was happening here this adventure was turning out to be a great experience. He was not pushy, no high pressure antics and no transparent compliments just hoping to make a sale (I met that salesman at the last 2 dealerships) and best of all he didnt show me the vanity mirror! Clint was a true professional, easy to work with, and a genuine nice guy! He made this MDX adventure painless. And though Clint knew I had that spreadsheet, he didnt once make fun of it or even ask to peek at it now that says a lot! Needless to say we did drive home that day in my new MDX. I contacted Clint Robbins via the internet. He responded immediately in a professional manner. He was able to quickly give me a price for my trade in and a price for a 2011 MDX.He efficiently followed up after a few days and did his best to get us a good interest rate on the loan and close the sale.He was very helpful during the sales process. He also spent a decent amount of time explaining the features of the vehicle after the sale. Clint called us after a few weeks to follow up and make sure we were satisfied with our new vehicle. I would recommend buying a car from him.

After buying new vehicles for over forty years, I have to say this MDX purchase from Smail Acura thru Clint Robbins exceeded our expectations and was one of the most pleasant and satisfying of our car buying experiences. And given the impression we left with, I expect more of the same dealing with the Smail Service Dept. We had a number in mind and planned to visit all three area dealers starting with the dealer nearest to our home. Clint & Smail, second on our list and farthest from our home, pretty much hit a homer on price and our overall experience. Clint knows this vehicle inside and out and enthusiastically left us with the impression that we were puchasing the finest vehicle ever made by man.

Their price may not be the lowest in the area but they provide excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an Acura.

Since I first did business with Smail Acura, I have been very pleased with the dealership. The show room is very nice and of course the cars are a pleaure to look at. The salesman that I have dealt with, John Howard, is a very pleasant and considerate person. He is certainly not a high pressure person. On the rare occasions when I have brought my Acura in for service, I have waited for the car rather than leaving it off. The waiting area is very comfortable and I also enjoy their coffee. Their service has been very prompt and the service people have also been very friendly. Overall, I plan to use Smail Acura in the future for my car needs.

I hate to even go shopping for a new vehicle because the prices are so high, sales people are usually pushy and they just want to make the sale. My girl friend and I were coming over to the WestMoreland Mall on Saturday, December 4, 2010 just to shop and not planning on going automobile shopping. She wanted to go to Pier 1 so I dropped her off and said that I was going to go through the Acura lot just to brouse around. I pulled in and was just looking. A sales person came out (John C. Howard) and was very pleasant and informative. I told him right up front that I was just looking and I was not planning on purchasing a car. He was still wonderful with me, friendly and informative. He explained the different types of acuras, what they included, and also some pricing. I was immediately interested in the TSX. He said that we could test drive if I was interested. We went for a test drive and I loved the car. He showed me the one on the showroom floor and I asked if we could get the same sale price as the TSX's that were outside. He said that he would talk to his boss. Everything went well, he was a wonderful sales person, put me at ease, very informative. It was the best experience that I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. He made sure that I watched two videos and asked if I had questions. I cannot reiterate how informative he was. After the deal was complete, he helped me transfer my stuff from the old car to the new. He was very thorough explaining the entire interior of the car, buttons how to program asked if I had questions. He wanted to make sure that I understood all of the functionality of the vehicle. I was very impressed. I will be a return customer and I will refer your dealership to my friends. John Howard is an excellent salesmen and he is an asset to your dealership. The gentlemen that completed the final paperwork was also very informative and explained the warranty information and all paperwork thoroughly. He did not try and talk me into taking any additional warranty, but was very informative on my coverage with the basic warranty and what the extended warranty would cover. I was not going to purchase the extended warranty in the beginning, but I was so impressed with him that I purchased. Both personnel that I dealt with were great!! Keep up the good work.

As you can tell, I was very satisfied with my experience with Smail Auto. I will have no qualms recommending Michael and Smail to my friends and relatives. We were considering a dealership closer to our home but the service department at Smail was much more impressive. Their pick up and delivery service is important to us since we live a distance from Smail. The personalized attention we received from Mike was remarkable.

Clint was very helpful from the start finding what are needs were in a new vehicle. Having dealt with many sales men in the past, by far the best! Tested out a Used 2008 Acura RDX and fell in love with it. Clint took the time to go through all the different features and make sure that all our questions were thorougly answered.Jim was very knowledgeable in the finance dept to make sure that we were insured in all areas of the vehicle in the future. Jim sold us the 100k warranty at an incredible price that you don't find from just any dealership. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from Smail in the future. A+++++

We purchased an Acura TSX from Smail Acura in Greensburg, PA about one month ago. Our salesman was Wesley Drenning. When we arrived Wesley had three vehicles selected for us according to what we told him we wanted. We had an excellent test drive in the car we chose. The whole process including financing took about three hours.Financing was handled efficiently and everything was explained very well. The service department had our car in beautiful condition when we were ready to leave.Wesley was very friendly, informative and very importantly, efficient and professional. All options and services were presented to us so that we could make decisions about what we needed/wanted.Everyone we dealt with made us feel very welcome. At no time did we feel neglected or not involved in the process. We appreciate that there were no surprises. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had.We would definitely recommend Smail Acura.

Wesley helped me purchase my first Acura TL in February 2009. I have had all service don to that car at the Smail Acura Dealership. Tehy service department is first rate. This past August, I recievd eamil from Smail Acura stating that I was selected to upgrade my 2009 TL. I deleted that email, thinking that is was a sales pitch. That afternoon Weslet returned my call concernig another matter. He proceeded to tell me that he was going to call about the upgrade that is being offered to me. I did not want to hear about, however I agreed to meet with him for a complete explanation. withing minutes we were in the lot picking out my new 2010 TL (AWD this time). It did cost me a little more money but The need for the AWD is there. Wesley and the staff did not push the sale, Wesley assisted me in picking out and purchasing the new ride. I like it , could not be happier with the Weslely, those in managment, finance and purchasing. and as I stated at the beginng the service department assisited me in keeping the 2009 TL it top n otche running condition, which allows the dealership the best car avalible for resale as a certified used car. This is one time I don't mind being the guy that takes the hit on a new purchase. due to my job I put a lot of miles on a car in a short period of time, being able to swap every year and a half or two years and keep the payment the same or close is a benefit to me.Thank you Wesley and all at The Smail Acura FamilySincerelyLee E. It was a pleasure dealing with the Wesley Drenning as a sales person. When I went to the dealership I was greated with a handshake and a good personality. Wesley showed me a few vehicles that he thought I would be interested in based off of our conversation. I told him let me think it out overnight and called him the next day to complete the purchase. He had everything arranged so that my time to complete the purchase took less than 45 minutes. I was very impressed. I would definately recommend Wesley and the Smail crew again.

I recently bought a 2010 Acura RDX. Joe Suto, my salesman, was very professional and he did not pressure me at all. That is very important to me. I can't stand pushy salesman and Joe was NOT pushy in the least. Joe was also quick in getting all my paperwork together and helped me with my XM radio. Calling them himself and staying on the line, which is awful.. He explained all the features in my car with ease. The Service department is always superb. They are very efficient and that is why I don't mind going back to them. I love Acura's in general because of their dependabilty and quality of the vehicle. My experience was very positive. You are always treated with respect whether you are there to purchase a vehicle or have service performed. I recently purchased a 2011 RDX from Clint Robbins, he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the Acura product. When I came in to pick up my new vehicle, I was given an extensive review of my car....from the navagation system, voice recognition system, how to use the various functions of my car....he even set up my XM radio, bluetooth, garage door opener, etc. I never realized my car had soooo many wonderful features. I highly recommend Smail Acura to anyone wanting a GREAT product, GREAT service, and a salesman who was not "pushy". I know that after the purchase they will take care of me and my RDX, because they also have the BEST service department. Thank you Clint Robbins, Ralph (Service), and the Smail Acura staff for making my purchase a good one.

This is the second Acura purchase from Joe and the fourth Acura we have owned. Joe is not your stereotypical car salesman. He makes the experiecne of buying a car fun. The dealership is accomodating and friendly from all of the staff, the sign that says we are to be treated as a guest. They seem to follow this!

Joe was great to work with. Adapted to my needs. I tend to do a lot via e-mail; and this is my 4th acura so I didn't want a long "every detail" review on pickup - although he did sit with me and covered at great length and walked me through 2 of the newest features I wasn't familiar with (bluetooth and ipod).Also - Ralph in service - who has handled all of our cars for years - was instrumental. I told my husband that I was going to price shop on the new vehicle and was talking to another dealer - saying we could buy at the other place and just still use Ralph for service. My husband said "no way - we need to buy from smail - Ralph is so incredible and we need to use them for new and service".

My husband made contact with Clint on Smail website and made arrangements to just meet and look at the TL. From the minute we stepped into the dealership, I was able to tell the excellence management of the company. So far, so good, but the best part was connecting with Clint. I'm in sales and can be very judgemental with other sales people. I expect alot. Clint really delivered more than I could have expected. He was so enthusiastic about the car. I couldn't believe how many additional items were on the car that were never explained to me by the last sales person. To make a long story short, I bought my 3rd TL. You definitely have a winning team in Smail Acura and Clint Robbins. I can't wait to tell all my friends about my wonderful experience.

Wesley was super knowledgeable about the Acura. He was able to not only answer all of our questions, but he also anticipated what we might like to know. This is our first Acura, and I wouldn't have known what to ask about available features.Wesley made the process of purchasing the car easy and hassle-free. He paved the way for a smooth transaction by having me pre-approved ahead of time and by calling my car insurance agent while we completed the paperwork. Smail Acura made the purchase of a car easy with no pressure. As we completed paperwork we were offered several after market products such as Auto Butler,wheel protection,etc.As we declined each offer,there was no effort to pressure us to purchase these products. As a consumer I felt I was treated fairly ,given a acceptable price on a quality product.

Fantastic car buying experience...probably the best in my 33 years of car buying days. Absolutely no pressure. This was a completely professional, relaxed and fun experience. I was surprised not to see the negotiation "games" that I've been accustomed to seeing in previous car buying experiences. This was a terrific experience. My wife bought her Honda Pilot about five years ago at their Honda dealership...and that was also a great experience. This time it was my turn to buy a car...and it was a Toyota Camry that the Acura dealership had on their lot. I was originally interested in the Acura TL...but wasn't totally satisfied after the test drive. My sales rep (Wesley) was very thorough in showing me many other cars that would fit the description of what I was looking for. After we settled on the Camry, I was just amazed at the quick and painless process of getting the car from their hands to mine. If I was asked to rate this experience on a 1 to 100 scale, I'd give Smail Acura a solid 100.

We have had the pleasure to lease two Acura vehicles from Clin at Smail Acura. We leased our RDX in November of 2009 and the TSX just a few days ago. I have always been a fan of Honda/Acura, but we were so pleased we couldn't wait to come back. I realy take the time to research a few vehicles prior to taking one out on a test drive and let me tell you that you will not get a better 'walk around" anywhere. Clint really knows the vehicles inside and out, his attention to details is much appreciated. Upfront, personal, no pressure sales approach was very refreshing.

I had purchased a vehicle at Smail in 2006, with Joe Suto assisting me through the sales process. I had not seen him in person since, even though we had spoken several times on the phone. When I entered the dealership in May, 2010, Joe immediately recognized me, and also remembered my name. Clint was very thorough, pleasant, and not the pushy salesman type. He was very professional and was and is helpful. The pricing was within our tolerance and there needed to be no "games" played in that regard. My wife and I were treated with respect and no questions went unanswered or were avoided.

From the very initial contact with Smail Acura and our salesperson Clint Robbins my wife and I were very impressed. I would describe our experience as being extremely comfortable. Everyone was very professional and Clint was someone we felt we could trust. They were all very upfront with the finances relating to the new car purchase and the tradein. We were also very pleased with the excellent explanation of features of various cars. It was helpful to us in deciding which car we would enjoy the most based on our needs and preferred ride and handling. We would recommend Clint and smail Acura to anyone!

Smail Acura is the most efficient and friendliest dealership I have every encountered! Before I went to Smail I went to another dealership (Acura) and I was looking around for about 20 min before someone approached me. They were very short on their presentation and I proceeded to look elsewhere. I walked into Smail Acura and I felt much love and kindness from Clint. He was willing to work with me; listen to my concerns and answer questions honestly. They are so knowledgeable and thorough with their customers. You certainly feel at ease and comfortable with them and they continue to provide the same friendliness each and every service visit. I will not take my car anywhere else and when I am ready to trade -Smail Acura is my #1 dealership! Clint Robbins is tremendous at what he does and continues to make you feel proud of your decision in purchasing from Smail Acura. For a little over a year, I have had the pleasure of owning a dream car, the Acura TL, AWD. The entire car purchase experience was just the start for me. My husband and I truly felt that our sales associate, Clint Robbins, was like a trusted friend. He had such extensive knowledge about the car and presented it in a pressure-free manner. Since that time, I have visited the dealership for service and Clint has gone out of his way to greet me and offer additional assistance. The entire staff has been phenomenal. Each and every team member has been friendly and helpful to me.

We were in the market for an MDX Advance and we had dealt with Smail Acura with Clint Robbins as the salesperson before. There is an Acura dealership less than 1/2 mi. from our residence but we drove 53 miles to deal with Smail and Clint in particular because number 1 he is a "class act" a very nice person - no pressure or games, number 2 he knows his product in depth and does a great presentation/orientation. We have always had great service from the ENTIRE Smail team - they really have it together.

Todd Rohaly was very knowledgeable to deal with at Smail Acura. If he did not know the answer to our questions, he immediately found someone who did. The servicewas efficient acknowledging OUR time was important. The customer service wasvery friendly and relaxed. No pressure was put on us, therefore, making us want to deal with this particular dealership. Clint was a fantastic salesman. Very professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone in the deal is happy. Stayed late the night of sale to make sure everything was completed properly. Next time I am in the market I will look to Clint and Smail Acura first.

I have always been extremely pleased with the service I receive at Smail Acura. From the time that I arrive, the garage door opens and I am greeted with a friendly, "Good Morning Dr. Orris". The requested service is reviewed and I am quickly out the door. My only concern is one of cost. The driver's side rear view mirror's plastic housing was cracked as was the turn signal lens. The cost for the repair/replacement for the mirror was nearly $500. That's absurd. We are talking about pieces of plastic.

Clint was very enthusiastic about the product. His knowledge of the products was unparalelled, making it easy to make an iformed decision about my purchase. At delivery, he was an excellent teacher, showing me each feature in detail. He took the time to get to know how I would use my vehicle's features and then showed me how . In gnereal, everyone at the dealership was freindly and client focused. The facitlity is also very nice. I am thoroughly enjoying my vehicle and all of it's features. From the tech package to the performance on the road, my Acura MDX is the best car I have ever owned.

Joe Suto answered all questions about my vehicle and when I went for delivery, he discussed all the entire vehicle with me.the service department has also been great. they do the necessary work on my vehicle and do it in a timely manner. if I have a question, they answer it.everyone I have dealth with has been very customer oriented.

He has assisted me with purchasing 1 vehicle and has shown me another - admitting that he was not completely familiar with a GMC Yukon Denali (he works at the Acura Dealership), he got a GMC sales associate involved as well.

My experience with Smail Acura thus far has exceeded my expectations for a car dealership. I never felt pressure to buy the vehicle and the test drive was relaxed. I was able to call Joe S. in sales after deciding I wanted to purchase my new car and he started getting the car and paperwork ready for when I arrived. I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. I have been very pleased when dealing with the service department. They really seem to listen to the customer and do everything they can to make sure the customer is happy. I also appreciate the follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied with my service appointment. This is very important to me because it is in my opinion that the service department determines whether or not I will purchase another vehicle from Smail Acura, as well as decide to have my vehicle serviced at the dealership instead of a national chain.As of today, I would have no problem or hesitation recommending Smail Acura to family and friends.Keep up the good work!

The folks at Smail make the car purchase/lease experience as easy as possible without hard sell tactics, inaccurate information, etc. and they go out of their way to provide excellent service and aid in end of lease transactions. I would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a Hyundia , Azera from Wesley Denning . It was a very pleasant experience. On 12/12/09 my son purchased a Mazda RX-8 from Smail Honda. He was told that since this was second purchase in three months from Smail by our family, they would send him a check for $50.00 It was never sent. Inquired by e-mail and phone with saleman Nickie Perenyi,(Wesley Denning was not available ) however he never answered.

My late wife and I had also spoken with Mr. John Howard in the SMAIL ACURA Sales Department about a year ago (early Summer of 2009) about purchasing a new or used ACURA as a second car (our present car is very nice 1999 ACURA 3.2-TL which belonged to our older son). She became ill and passed away in October of 2009, and I have not decided what I will do yet. Gabe Leonard has been the Service Advisor for all of my service appointments on the 3.2-TL, and I could not ever ask for better, more responsive treatment than Gabe provides. His attention to detail and his thoroughness and courtesy makes my 20+-mile (one-way) trips out to their dealership in Greensburg well worth it. Because of the excellent care our son Scott gave the car when he owned it (and I am following suite), most of the work is just basic routine maintenance (lube/oil-change/filter-change). But the occasional actual mechanical/electrical repairs (and 2 warranty re-calls) are always handled by SMAIL ACURA with the same careful, conscientious "kid glove care" which is a SMAIL ACURA trademark and the primary reason I will never look anywhere else when buying a car or look at any car other than another ACURA. Everything the salesman and thedealer promised me, they have done and with great service and a great attitude.Since I bought the detailing service,the dealer has picked up my car at my home, given me a good quality loaner, and completed the service efficientlyLast winter I damaged my car . The dealer fixed it quickly and at a very fair price. I would highly recommend thedealer and the salesman. Joe was easy to talk to, very helpful in showing all the features of the car and veryenthusiastic and informed.

I bought my first ACURA TL from Smail Auto, and sales representative Joe Suto back in February 2010. Smail Auto carries many lines of automobiles, and I truly wasn't set on the car or make I chose, but working with Joe Suto sealed the deal for me.Joe, was extremely knowledgable and most importantly to me, not pushy. He was able to read my mannerisms, was very prompt and up front....I like that. They were able to fit my car into my price range after negotiating a little bit. He has also checked in on me a few times to make sure I was happy with the car and if I needed anything. I have bought cars from other surrounding dealerships (Cochran) and the level of professionalism from Joe and the rest of the staff at Smail Auto will make me continue to buy cars from him/them. Highly recommended.

The manager, Rich DePalma, made sure that I was looking at the best car to suit my needs. Joe Suto, sales associate, answered any car question with patience and caring. Joe often offered help with any technical questions that I had. He even called after the sale to check on how we liked the car & if there were any problems. Their fine service extended beyond the day of purchasing the car. Mark Smail, owner, made sure that my family was happy with my selection. He was there to congratulate us when we purchased. Mark personally called to thank us again. Joe, Rich, and Mark made us feel like an important part of their client family.

I used their website and obtained an internet price to begin the sales process. After minimal further negotiation, the price I obtained was the one I wanted and very fair. Our first experience with Joe Suto at Smail Acura was such a good one that we returned for our second Acura and brought along two family members who also now deal with Joe. From the intial phone call to the time we entered the dealership, Joe & the Smail team were friendly, informative, patient and easy to work with. We never felt pressured by Joe or anyone at the dealership to make a deal that was not good for us. The Acura brand is exceptional in quality and comfort. Other vehicles we considered cannot compare. Joe Suto & the Smail Acura team made buying our two Acura's a pleasant experience. We look forward to dealing with Joe when it is time for our next Acura.
